Lauren is an educated, high achieving, introverted extrovert who was blessed enough to fall into a career she ended up being pretty good at. At a young age she married her HBCU college sweetheart, and they've been together for nearly 9 years. They have 3 energetic little humans and a couple of goldfish together.
As you can guess, Lauren wears many hats and most all at once. She has a Type A personality, loves dissecting how people think, and enjoys helping people better organize their lives and boundaries to achieve the goals they've set for themselves.
Everything she does - every decision, mindset shift, and word of encouragement is rooted in faith. No matter how hard she has worked, she can only credit God with her success.
