In this episode I talk about the journey of loving yourself and its importance and value to your life and self. You need to love yourself so you can love others.

I felt like i truly didn't know what this mean't before. I don't think i truly had the capacity to love others because i did not enjoy my own self, habits, company, none of it. Of course, a portion of that comes from lack of love and support and love in my life at the time from family, but ultimately myself and you, have the power to rewrite our experience by focusing on us and healing childhood traumas so it doesn't continue to get passed down.

We are powerful. We deserve to look in the mirror and love our bodies, faces, past and future versions of us. When we come to that place we finally can find our freedom.

In this episode, I talk about habits and routines that serve. It is so important to ask yourself some deep questions when you are thinking of starting a habit or unlearning one.

It takes time. You must learn to be gentle.

Have you ever truly thought about if your habits serve you and your bigger purpose?

Do they allow you to wake up and feel good?

Can you look in the mirror and love this version of yourself?

In this episode, I also talk about my role as a life coach and how I have helped my clients learn their habits that no longer serve and manifest some new ones that are more in alignment with their goals and dreams.

It has been 2 years of not eating meat.

In this episode I talk about my experiences not eating meat as well as a bit deeper into my diet and current lifestyle when it comes to some of my eating habits. When it comes to choosing to eat meat now it has become a lot to do with how my body is feeling and just having tried so many things and not quite knowing what needs to be done, the body is partially an experiment. It is an opportunity to try new things and take things out or add it in and see how it makes you feel.

It should always be about how you feel.

This was some true reflection for me. It really isn't serving me in the ways i thought i needed.

In this episode, I talk about brain hacking and finding your inner peace.

The journey to finding your inner peace is lifelong. You have to commit to yourself and your life mantras in order to improve the way you think and your outer reality. Your external reality is a reflection of the inward and vice versa, you can improve your reality by changing your perspective and opening your mind, oh yea, and letting go!!!!!!

I inspire you today to take action on something you learned from this episode.

Have a merry Christmas!

So much good stuff to talk about in this one. Signs, synchronicities, intuition, and the ego. Learning about the importance of putting trust into something that was greater than I, allowed me to release some of the pressure from myself. Believing in something greater than you connects you to your purpose!

With my developing self-awareness, I am now conscious enough to know when I am not present, more fear starts to come and it doesn't allow me to see the signs or hear my intuition as much. It is so important to make the choice to hear the good looking out for you and wanting to see you happy and successful!
