Hi there Hive Family,
This Sunday was relaxed but full adventures. We visited a very good Friend at Bansko and decided to do some self arrest practise at the intermediate altitude in Pirin mountain.
This is his house. A lovely place with the Bulgarian banner facade.
Here are some photos of his rooftop and his Pitbull. Apparently he is a very good dog owner and takes care of his pet. This Pitbull was the most lovely and kind of all dogs that I have seen. Everybody knows that Pitbulls are usually a very dangerous breed and are not to be messed with. But this one was so sweet and this was the first time it saw us. Nevertheless, it welcomed us like family and treated us like we were already Friends from a long time. Just amazing time.
Next up, we went to the upper slopes of Todorka mountain. Today they had the ski tournament and a lot players were racing down. We had to be careful and also forget about going very high in altitude. There were too much movement.
Here is a small part of our ice axe self arrest practice. We ran down the slope to gather momentum and then slided and immediately just turned around and carve our ice axes in the snow to stop our movement. Amazing time, though it hurts now a little bit my back and behind from the falls π€£
Following our training. We went to a very nice restaurant and had lunch. I took some pictures of a very nice light green BMW.
We finished the day with an amazing time at a thermal SPA pool and Wim Hof Method as the side river was at normal freezing temperatures. We spent several hours there mixing hot and cold waters. Excellent end of the day.

Hi there Hive Friends,
It has become a tradition of mine to celebrate the New Eve's night with my best friends away from the big city where we can more comfortably relax and just enjoy the time to the fullest.
I did not take too many pictures but here is how it started:
I was meeting with a friend with whom we will go together. A cat was standing on my hood. It was enjoying the warmth from my engine running.
And so we met and went to this small village. Over there I forgot to take pictures of the house and the surroundings and when it became midnight, I started to take pictures and videos.
These are the fireworks filmed in the video. I think they are called Roman candles. What we did was to light up the string coming out of the end of the long tube. In 5 seconds or so these candles shoot off colorful bullets of light. As seen, these bullets flash, explode, and do crackling noises. I think out of all pyroworks, the roman candles are one of the safest.
The other one that we did was this. I guess it is called bomber fireworks. We lit up the string out of a long tube that is already buried into the soil and then it shoots up with a lot of power bombs of lightening and sparkling. Pretty awesome!
Speaking of sparkling. Of course we had the famous Sparklers. The safest fireworks there are period. They are created for the kids to keep them safe while maintaining the traditions alive. Of course, they have to be careful not to burn themselves while holding the hot metal stick and the sparkler is about to burn out.
Anyway, it has been a wonderful night that I really enjoyed and I hope you all did as well. I wish you all Happy New 2022 and hope that this year brings much joy to us the Hivers who relentlessly work to keep the network alive and trending among our day to day responsibilities and other activities. I do believe that we will be one of the few who will barely feel any bear markets as the Hive token is getting stronger and stronger. All of this thanks of its innate rock solid fundamentals. The future is bright and this is only the beginning. I am even contemplating converting my remaining Tether to HBD and enjoying 12% interest rate, while boosting the price of Hive. But I guess this is a topic for LeoFinance :)

Hi there Hive Family,
Today I would like to show you a very good restaurant in the center of Sofia city which will officially open after New Year.
This is a Turkish restaurant. A steak specialty one, part of best steak restaurants in Europe. I really love the bull logo that they have come up with for the place.
We ordered red wine called Nero Marone. Strong taste from Italy. We could easily get drunk with a couple glasses.
The atmosphere is exquisite. And we were the first ones to come although it was 19:30. Not early at all. And the server told us that the previous day, they had 400 people in total for the night. I could hardly believe it. We felt like VIPs.
We ordered black angus ribeye steak and tomato burrata salad and while waiting took a walk around the restaurant. The views from the window are just stunning. Night Sofia does not have too much light but all famous buildings are recognizable and the street lights depict the different quarters with precision.
Spoiler: The flames are not really flames but decoration. Amazing lights that model fire. I did not get burned in the video π€£
Here is a close shot of nightly Sofia. I taped my phone to the window and took this ones. What do you think? Not too bad?
That is my first time eating steak with gloves. It actually felt pretty good. I loved it. I was perfectly clean and did not need to use the bathroom.
This is the dessert. A chocolate souffle with vanilla ice-cream. Perfect combination to sweeten my night.
We walked for a little bit afterwards but saved half of the wine for later. Otherwise, I could have ended up drunk and have issues.
We ended the night at home drinking the rest of the wine in special tiger glasses.

Merry Christmas to everyone! I wish you all happy holidays, bright spirits, positive thoughts, excellent health,joyful welcoming of the upcoming 2022.
This winter we are having unusual very big amount of snow in its very beginning. This is promising for a very delightful and active season. My first winter hike was just amazing and I already feel the energy from this vicinities.
An amazing time spent with static temperatures of under - 20 degrees. We didn't feel the cold though because of the euphoria.

Hi there Hive Family,
It was about time I tried the very popular Wim Hof Method during winter times and it is always fun when you do it with friends. So we decided that we will do it today!
It was the late afternoon around 15 o'clock. I picked up @titofit and we headed to a region in Vitosha mountain called Golden Bridges.
The temperature in the city was mild and the snow had already melted a lot in most parts. However, the mountain had plenty of it. And we were going to vicinities of 1500 meters high. It was snowing and the upper areas were not cleaned of the snow so we also had big challenges just getting to the place. The road was getting icier and icier the higher we drove. I started to think, okay it looks like the driving is more challenging than the icy dip π
Though I should not be underestimating what we are about to do. Cease the moment and pause. Breathe and feel the wonder called Life. Just amazing sweatshirt by my Friend @titofit.
This is a very serious undertaking. The river was inside a big area covered in snow. We had to first trample a trail so that we can then move barefoot or with flip flops.
Easier said than done of course but luckily I was prepared with winter boots and it was no problem for me to create a trail without making my feet wet.
The weather became very cold. It started snowing as we were praparing to take off our clothes. Yet mother nature is amazing. Beautiful and untouched.
This is the basin area where we are going to take the cold dips. 2 people tops at a time. We gathered 5 people or should I say 5 machines in total.
We created the pathway to cold heaven. Time for action!
We returned to the cars. Put on our bathing shorts, took towels and started to warm up and adapt to the cold temperature. Squats and claps did very good to prepare us. We also did a couple rounds of Wim Hof Breathing to calm our nervous system and further ease our way into the cold.
We walked from the road all the way through the trail and into the river. It was freezing cold during the first 20 seconds but then you learn to ease into it. Just relax, calm down. Slow your breathing, shallow and really calm breathing. Pure feeling with no anxiety or fear. You stop feeling the cold for a little while. At some point you begin to freeze. It is time get out of the water.
In a nutshell. My Friend Tony got off at 30 seconds, I got off at 1 minute, @titofit stayed for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Joro endured 2 minutes. And the champion Veso relaxed in the nature SPA for more than 5 minutes straight.
We filmed the entire process. We took the moment! The aftermath was a burning body. I no longer felt any cold. I was actually so warm, I did not need clothes to wear after walking out of the river. The only cumbersome moment was that our extremities got frozen really quick, hence the limited time that we could spend inside waters. The body itself could hold on forever.
We were full of energy and felt like feathers. Very light and flexible. Also it looks like our muscles got more defined. I guess because of the shrinkage.

Hi there Hive Family,
It is official. Winter is here. And in its brutal, most natural form. We got up at 4:30 AM and wanted to summit Black Peak. We managed to reach 2/3 of our trajectory but we were stopped by mother nature.
I knew that this was the devil talking not the sunrise. I had to be extra cautious because of this sign.
There is something magical about this forest. The Sun appears as if it wants to teleport me to another dimension. The other day I was consciously pondering about how to gain telepatic skills. So bizarre.. I was imagining dancing with very popular people and they had never danced before, yet when I connect with them, I tell them telepathically what is expected of them. And they do everything flawlessly like they have been dancing their whole lives. All of them end up euphoric not kwowing what kind of magic happened to them. I am sure that the key to unclocking those skills is very close. It will be given to us.
We continued our ascend. Never give up!
But along the way something happended..
The snow became just too deep, we were halted abruptly from our adventure..
In the following days, I will create a blog and take you through my whole journey which was pretty amazing :)

My Saturday was rather interesting so decided to share the highlights with you and immerse you in my life and activities.
I picked up my car and drove to Hotel Vitosha where the swimming pool is located.
The traffic was normal. I reached my destination rather quickly.
This is the Hotel. Let's go inside.
This is the reception area. I heading down the hall to the swimming pool.
I passed through the reception and then into the changing room to prepare for some swimming. Let's restore the passion and joy in my life π
The pool was not very crowded. I mostly swam with 1 person in lane. There were 2 training sessions at this time for children so we had a couple of instructors. I gave the instructor my phone so that he can record me. I did mostly crawl and some underwater swimming to enhance my air durability and time with without oxygen. Felt great after the session πͺ
Left the hotel and went home to have my supper and then decided that I want to take a walk in the city center and check out the amenities.
This is the most emblematic boulevard in Sofia. Vitosha boulevard. You never would have guessed the name, I am sure π It is all about Vitosha in Sofia hahaha.

Hi there Hive Family,
I wanted to share with you this amazingly freezing sunset in Osogovo Mountain near North Macedonia. I also included my fox encounter at one of the shelters on my way down. Incredible experience worth seeing and feeling.
We did not expect at all to see any animals in this high vicinity as the temperatures were below 0. It was very cold and windy. What a pleasant suprise it was. Enjoy the video and let me know if you liked it :)

Hi there Hive Family,
This weekend we decided to take our chances with the weather knowing that there is approximately 50% possibility of thunderstorms in the region. The Easter holidays had just started and we were free commit to something more challenging and as usual it was not only that but life threatening.
I took the video while we were contemplating to postpone/cancel our Big Kupen Peak attack. The clouds got too black and we knew that the forecast is actually going to to be correct. Old Mountain is very beautiful yet entirely an open space in its highest parts. There is nowhere to hide from thunders. We were a very good conductor for electricity.
My ego was hurt because I really hate it when my plan is not accomplished. But fortunately, I have already had such fail attempts before so it wasnΒ΄t so much of a deal in the end. Better dissapointed than dead. That is for sure. We were right to withdraw as only minutes after, it started to haul hail and we could hear clear sounds of thunders in the very near distance.
The highest peak over there is Big Kupen. We ran to this safety zone and did it remarkably fast. Just 30 minutes before, we were on the traverse point where the snow is preparing for the summit.
It was pouring of rain. We caught some of it along with some hail. We also saw the thunders, thankfully at good amount of distance. I acted a bit foolishly filming everything and not retreating as fast as I should have . Luckily, we had enough time to retreat and did it in time. Otherwise, there would be nowhere to hide and only God knows what would have happened.
Everybody has a plan, but the Nature has the final call on it. If you feel that something is not right, I suggest that you listen to your inner voice. It is telling you to at least consider what you are doing and be rational. We were rational this time and it paid off. Nobody got hurt :) There is always tomorrow. The mountain is not going anywhere. It will welcome us again with better conditions and let us reach its amazing peaks.

Hi there Hive Family,
Today we visited a famous Eco Trail in Northern Bulgaria and the highest intermittently flowing Waterfall on the Balkans. It was awesome and the weather was very warm! I think the winter is gone for good. Time to unwrap those shorts and T-shirts from last year and get them ready. Next time I will take my swimming shorts and do some Wim Hof cold water diving. It is refreshing and hormone stimulating. Only 1 minute in the cold water gives you the energy burst that will last for hours to come.
I will make a complete blog about it but I need to gather all the material, sort it out and take the time to prepare and write it. In the meantime, enjoy the video and the animations that I composed.
We were 4 people in total and one of us even walked the whole way barefoot (the guy in the video). I did not realize it until we were half-way, otherwise I would have done it too. I like walking and hiking barefoot especially on rocky and muddy terrains without too much grass and flora. It makes me feel safe of bugs and ticks. I think I saw a viper snake or something. The poisonous one. So there are dangers everywhere. Got to be very careful.

Beautiful day Hive and 3Speak Family,
It has been raining for several days already and it is nearly impossible to go for a hike in the mountain. But there is always an alternative. Recently when the weather is bad I decided that I will be improving my climbing skills and my hand grip and what better place to do that than a climbing centre. Luckily, I had one relatively close to my home so I could swing by whenever I want and have plenty of fun. This week I will not have a mountain video but I do not want to be idle and not post anything regarding my sport activity.
It was already dark but that was not stopping me at all. On weekends Walltopia Sofia works until 22 hours. This is the building and the shiny part inside is the climbing gym.

Crazy stuff going on. If you are afraid of heights, this will definitely be a challenge for you. I am afraid of higher altitudes but my legs were definitely shaking when I was on the highest areas. Better not look down π
They also offer all kinds of courses with private instructor. The whole climbing gym consists of different areas or atriums. Atrium because the ceiling is very high in the sky. All atriums have Boulder arenas where you try your best to climb on relatively low altitudes but without rope and harness. In the video above I did exactly that. It was very hard and I was supposed to use my legs more instead of just pulling with my hands. But because I am relatively new in this sport, I utilized all my power through my hands and wasted a lot of energy. The climb was supposed to be done with legs and hands but I cheated and pulled myself only with my hands. Not much of a technique π
Here is the result. Now I had to rest for at least 5 minutes in order to be able to try again π
Because I was not using any technique, my forearms were getting stiff and pumped with blood in just a few attempts, so I had to stretch them. I made a funny animation of that. Nowadays, I try to make interesting animations in my blogs and vlogs.
Anyway, apart from the Boulder section, there is the rope section too. There you use harness and you attach it to a rope via a carabineer that is already set secure and attached on a reel near the top of the atrium. Sounds complicated a bit but it is not. I forgot to take pictures of the mechanism to show it, but I will do it the next time I go. It it really interesting stuff.
This is the rope section. You need to follow the exact colors. Every color is a route and every route is different. You need to check the route prior starting the climb as they vary in difficulty. There is an App to check and activate the routes called EwallsMobile. I will show you how it works in my next vlog.
That section is for more advanced climbers because here the support is not granted by the already fixed rope on the wall. Here you need another person to support you while you climb. You need to have more knowledge on how to tie knots, like the Figure 8 Knot. Usually people undertake a course before being able to use this lot.
Anyway, I did some rope and boulder climbing, I also trained a bit in the gym (Yes! They do have a specilized climbing gym. I will show it to you in my next vlog.). Now it is time to go back home with satisfied smile on my face π

Hi there 3Speak and Hive Family,
This weekend we ascended the Bulgarian Matterhorn. Well, it has little to do with the real Mattehorn but from afar, it really resembles it because the mountain is very steep and the shape looks very much alike. I made an improvised video in English while we were descending for the fun checking out the surroundings and made quick 360 panoramic view. I hope you like it. I will create a full blog of my adventure and post it in the upcoming days.

Hi there Hive Family,
This weekend we decided to visit an open space Zoo corner with a lot of animals just wandering around not confined into cages. It was awesome! I will publish a detailed blog about it but for now I am uploading an amazing video with the main attraction there - the marveous Alpacas. It was explained to me by the owner of the Zoo that these are actually crossbred Camels and come from South America. He has bought them directly from there and now they are procreating here. We saw a few child Alpacas too :) Their fleece is also very valuable and they are being clipped during summer time both to endure the heat and feel lighter.

Hello Hive Family,
This weekend I decided to visit Black Peak in Vitosha mountain once more with a very good friend of mine. I will write a complete blog about it but decided to capture a video that is a bit different and original. Here we perform push ups in the snow with no gloves. She did 34 push ups, I rounded them to 50. I am trying to bring her to hive because she has a lot to offer. She is both beautiful and strong, yet crazy photogenic.
I will post some pictures with her in my next blog and it will be amazing. I hope that you liked this video and I am looking forward to uploading original videos prior to my blogs in the future for fun :)

Hello Hivers,
This bird started hovering for like 2 minutes straight. There was some wind but really it was just relaxing up in the air. When I started the video, it hovered during the whole beat and when the beat changed, the bird also stopped hovering and started flying normally. Pretty amazing and spectacular!
