Happy Palm Sunday (March 24 / 24). “Almost a week later”, Jesus reinterprets the Passover meal as The Last Supper, the Communion. Washing the feet. Jesus predicts his betrayal.
John 11, verses 33 - 57. The rising of Lazarus. The persecution of Jesus Christ and the prophecy of a sacrifice to come.
A call to return to the Lord after…the blessings and curses. is that returning to a geographic place or is that the call to come back to the Lord in a new covenant of grace and repentance
Jesus says He is the Door, (the Doorman) to the Father and the True Shepherd of the Sheep. And he says: don’t listen to others who claim to be prophets of God because they are counterfeiters and Brand X.
Jesus talks to the woman at the well. Jesus points to inner heart nourishment and about integrating into the heart of God
Ownership, consideration of others and sexual purity. (Why I will continue reading in the NLT, despite the fact that I now think the NKJV is slightly more accurate)
The wedding at Cana and Jesus clears the Temple: he clears our hearts - the inner temple - with His Spirit
The gospel of John. The word of God made flesh is The New Man, The Promised Christ: the blessed Lord Jesus Christ
A call to Holy Living as priests of Jesus and warnings against false prophets who lie and make false predictions.
Do not give blemished sacrifices to God. Do not entertain pride. Stay humble. The king or ruler who dispenses laws should strive to remain humble (by reading the Torah in this case).
Paul is accused falsely (just like Jesus) by the Jews (just like Jesus) and appears before the Governor (just like Jesus).
Ceremonially clean and unclean animals. Not salvational but— Any correlation to health principles and diet? Tithe stuff

Faith brings joy. Jesus is the Anti-type of Adam. Adam brought death, but Jesus brings Life Eternal and Relationships that never Fade.
God’s judgement again sin. The “new covenant” redefinition of what it means to be “a Jew”.
God’s registration of warriors and His commitment to them to organize them properly. (A symbol of us)

Rules for priests (of the Old Covenant). We are priests of the New Covenant. Do all/some apply to us today?
God says, “I am the Lord your God you must be holy as I am holy”. Inviticus, unconquerable, loving and disciplined. 💪
Ceremonially unclean (type - concrete) vs. Being washed (antitype - spiritually cleansed)
Food sacrificed to idols. Is diet important? Is what you put into your mouth - your food intake - important from a spiritual perspective and/or individual health perspective?
Cleansing from skin diseases and treatment of contaminated houses. Our houses / minds / bodies are contaminated by sin
Serious skin diseases - partially read. Treatment of contaminated clothing - not read. You can if you wish
Avoiding lawsuits with other Christians. Endeavouring to stay pure in an impure world. God lives in you because He died to set you free.
The Sins of Nadab and Abihu. Real fire? Spiritual fire? God’s wrath against sin (expressed in words about fire)?
Paul’s message of wisdom (and of the New Covenant universe to come. God said it and I believe it and that does it for me!)
