The Work Week Walk Podcast is all about practical and authentic ways to live out our faith in Jesus in the every day work place. We’ll be featuring stories from every day people (and some pastors/teachers) in every industry we can think to cover, of how they’ve grown in their faith, and lived that commitment to Jesus out in their jobs and careers. From construction to the courtroom, from the classroom to the fitness center, we’re going to learn from each other and our pastors who have also worked in the every day work world how we manifest Jesus in Holy Spirit empowered ways to those we work and serve with.

Scott Estep, Realtor & Spiritual Advisor for Danberry Real Estate in Toledo, OH, joins Craig on the podcast to talk about living faith in Jesus out in the Real Estate Industry. What does it look like to minister to fellow Realtors (who are technically competitors when it comes to getting listings), and what does it mean to minister Jesus to your home buyers and sellers?
Often when you think of the Christian Faith, and Higher Education, you may be tempted to think: This sphere is hostile to faith. So how do you live as a follower and student of Jesus in a realm that seems to be intolerant of your faith? Tim Shaal, a Higher Education veteran joins us on the podcast to talk about being a Disciple in the challenging realm of working in higher education.
Rich Becker, a route sales representative for Aramark, a company that serves in the textile industry (uniforms, aprons, mopheads, floormats, etc) joins the podcast to talk about the realities of living out his faith in Jesus on his day to day uniform and floormat delivery route. Sales is one of the most challenging careers to work in. Quotas, customer satisfaction, growth are constant forces to deal with. It can be tempting to do things with little integrity in order to achieve goals in the world of sales. So how do we live out our faith in a sales career? How can we re-present Jesus to colleagues and clients while selling?
Our guest is Jim Lange, a former IBM Software Account Executive and Sales Leader. He now serves as the Toledo area Truth at Work Chapter President, and will be sharing his experience living as a Believer in Jesus in the sales world. He'll also be sharing about Truth at Work, a Christian Business Roundtable designed to support Christian Business leaders in both business and faith.
