I have never even thought to record while driving before but when something pops into my head that I feel is worth sharing, that voice memo comes in real handy.
As I'm learning about what other people have gone through and listening other people's stories, I keep processing through my own and new things continue to come up for me.

In this episode, I come to terms with the fact that I am not nor will I ever be PERFECT! All that this 'toxic perfectionism' does it makes me procrastinate and put off the things that bring me the most joy!

Happy birthday baby girl! In this episode we are reflecting on Age 6 and going back to all the stuff that happened around that time for me.
Come with me as I continue on this chaotic journey at 16, running the streets, being homeless, trafficked and almost un-alived... Scary times, call for future anxiety and irrational fears!
In this episode, I talk about how I ended up in a youth shelter and how this was a huge part of teenage years!
I feel like 16 was the age my life started spiralling. I didn't realize it at the time but all the trauma I previously went through were starting to effect my mental health. I became sexually active, started abusing substances and desired independence like never before.
Please leave a review on this podcast, so I know you're listening and that will encourage me to work on future episodes and get them out faster.
Love you, Desi

This was definitely a tough memory to dig into! It is one of those things that would constantly come up in my life. I feel like this episode is something that inflamed my knowledge of future sexual relationships. Intimacy was not something I treasured, it was an abuse that I was now seeking out!
I wanted throw in a little it of my personality between the beginning episodes. Either as you're getting to know me, or as you're hearing some of my crap, it's nice to remember who I am now.
In this episode, I go over the 1st few years of my life and some early moments of what we may not realize are now triggering us into adulthood.
Apparently I had so much to say before I actually started diving into everything. This is a second Intro about stuff I needed chat about. - Desi
