Follow our journey as we prepare over the next 300 days, to sell all of our belongings and our house. Pay off our debts. Purchase a travel trailer, and hit the road, living wherever we want, when we want for 3 to 6 months of every year. Eventually landing in Texas.
In this episode, we talk about the frustration of waiting out the weather to get this ball rolling. We received another 3 inches of snow just today with more on the horizon. Our goal to get our house on the market by April 15 seems to be falling by the wayside and it is a bit frustrating.
We announce our giving back plan for our travels which we cannot wait to implement.

This week We took on Mississippi, And although for weeks and weeks I tried to get people I saw on Facebook that lived there, and an Author that writes about its beauty, and I called several Chambers, I got little to no help in finding out info about retiring in the Magnolia state other than what I could find on the internet. Southern hospitality... I think not in this case.
But Mississippi has a lot going for it, even if people do not want to speak in its defense I guess I will. Listen in and find out.

This week we take on Tennesee as a potential retirement state. Truthfully there was probably a month or two that we were convinced that, Tennessee was the state that we were going to settle in. We had the pleasure of interviewing another friend George Martinez, great info George, and thank you.
Tennessee does seem to have it all going for it as far as pretty, outdoor activities, and no income tax.
