In this Leaders Leading Leaders podcast, I discuss the rigid thinking patterns known as ‘upper limiting beliefs’ that limit our potential, and what we can do to break through these hidden barriers and change the intrinsic mindset holding us back.

Welcome to another Leaders Leading Leaders podcast. Sometimes it can just feel like nothing is going your way. Today, I will be talking about how you can take back control when it feels like it’s you against the world.
’m Reem Borrows, this is Leaders Leading Leaders. I continue my discussion with Marc on his After Dark podcast, about applying the simplicity of taking action into processes.
If you want successful execution of your goals, you need to have the right processes and systems in place. However, I often get asked, “when are you going to have fun?”.
I simply include it as part of my process. My downtime only comes when I have completed my productive activities. It is how I reward myself for all the hard work I do behind the scenes in order to achieve my goals.
I’m Reem Borrows, this is Leaders Leading Leaders. In this After Dark podcast with Marc, I give my advice to young, ambitious entrepreneurs looking to start their own business.
Nike was onto something when they said, “just do it”. It is crucial to take action by understanding what you are doing and writing down the steps directing you to your goals. Most importantly, never be attached to the outcome. Shift your mindset to choose faith over fear. How people respond afterwards is none of your business and out of your control.

In this meditation, we’ll work together to help you let go and release your anxiety, stress, and worries.
Welcome to our Friday podcast. Today is a very exciting topic, actually. It’s all about fear and magic. It may sound a bit strange to put fear and magic into the same sentence, but stay with me and discover what they have to do with one another.
Welcome to this guided meditation. Let’s take a moment to feel the spark of genuine gratefulness and smile with every breath we take in.
Welcome to our Friday podcast. Today is a special day. It’s a day of reflection. It’s a day of having to look at how you’re feeling and getting aligned with what it is that you want.
In this meditation, we’ll acknowledge, work, and enhance our creativity as the movement of life itself as it unfolds.
Today’s topic that I want to cover is around fear. And what is the role of fear in our life? How do we understand it and how do we make it work for us rather than against us?
In this meditation, let's take a moment to be aware of our role as leaders, no matter the situation we are in, and how confidence and purpose are a key part of this role.
Welcome to our Friday podcast, Leaders Leading Leaders. Today we’ll explore in detail what does it even mean to be productive? And how do we remain productive and eliminate unproductive activities?
In this meditation, where we’ll be bridging the conscious and unconscious mind, we’ll be diving into some powerful questions, such as are you holding on to any negative emotion, is there something you need to let go of?
Do I want to be right, or do I want to be kind? The main question that arises from today's podcast. Today we approach the beautiful topic of the impact of unconditional love in the leadership framework. Let's try to understand how our ego gets in the way and the impact it has on results in our lives and the workplace.
Reem talks you through how disconnection from our spiritual being means we are constantly living in the external world and being controlled by the circumstances outside of ourselves, becoming our thoughts and letting them control us.
In this meditation, we are going to truly focus on paying attention to the sensations in our bodies and sounds, and even thoughts, discovering together the incredible things that appear to us when we are conscious when we are aware.
This week we discuss unconditional love in leadership, what it means and how a great leader will apply a holistic leadership model, let's call it health, heart and head, to become successful. Which brings us back to that 1 important question we should be asking ourselves, over and over again, everytime we make a decision - What would unconditional love do?
In this meditation, we’re going to explore some questions that will help us with our journey towards the future we want. Through this beautiful journey, we’ll get to envision and connect with the feelings we want to experience in our best life.
We approach one of Reem's favourite topics today, the gap and the journey of life. We talk about the 2 main elements for success, where are you now, and where do you want to get to?
Having always been very goal driven herself, with a very positive character, she realised she was still not happy, regardless of achievements or money she had made. Happiness only came for short moments. Why is this?
Listen for more on the journey, seeking growth, the gap between where you are right now and where your goals are, and finally, a theory Reem calls the contrast.
Take your attention to your root energy centre and feel a sense of connection with its glowing, growing, and bright light. Join me in this beautiful meditation and let your wonderful energy shine bright.
Health is the main topic of today, health and our conscious awareness of it.
Many of us are guilty of chasing goals and dreams at the expense of our health. The base of today's podcast is about not taking the simple things in life for granted until we lose them, not allowing our minds to get so cluttered that we become our to do list, consumed by ticking things off and forgetting to live our lives.
And finally, we get into how you operate on a subconscious level when it comes to talking to yourself and how to build a new, more positive dialogue for yourself when it comes to your health.
Be present, be aware, be open. This is an invitation for you to feel, connect and embrace yourself as part of my new meditation, The power of acceptance.
Today we explore the concept of connections, the strength of what it means and why we disconnect anyway. What are the implications of disconnection, on ourselves as individuals and in the workplace.
If we allow fear to get in our way we disconnect and we begin to think that we need to have control of everything and solve everything on our own, but in fact we rely heavily on each other, we live in a world of cause and effect. Reem asks how can I solve the problem, what do I actually want? Looking for the answers in unconditional love, calmness of mind, an open heart, letting go and meditation.
Today we explore that innate need we all have to belong, where it comes from and the impact it has on creativity and innovation in our own lives and the workplace.
A little on nature and nurture theory, and how the brain is structured and designed to keep us safe. And of course, that old theory on how can you expect another to show you unconditional love if you don't love yourself first. Loving yourself is an essential practice and we often spend so much time trying to fit in and worrying about what others think about us, that it hinders our ability to love ourselves unconditionally.
This week we talk about conscious awareness and observation, a trend that's been on the rise for a while. A podcast based on leadership that relates back to the health, heart and head leadership model
As a leader, Reem asks - How are you creating the future you want, and how aware are you of the thoughts you are thinking? Are you operating from a place of love or fear? She deep dives into becoming consciously aware of building a future based on what you want, rather than based on your past. And, about becoming the observer of your thoughts, rather than becoming the thought itself.
When it comes to unconditional love, the first thing that comes to mind is how you love and treat others, especially the way you speak to them. Are you as kind and compassionate with yourself? We are often quick to judge ourselves and say things to ourselves we would never dare say to someone we love.
The journey towards unconditional love is often a tumultuous one, but the payoffs are infinitely worth it. Listen to this week's podcast where we reflect on how to begin your own journey towards loving yourself more unconditionally.
In this week's Friday podcast we ask the question - Why do people give up on their dreams?
We all have dreams and desires, we all want great health, and to enhance our time on this earth. Unfortunately, most people don't follow their passions and are left feeling unfulfilled. We often settle for things we don't want and play the part of an extra in our own lives.
Reem is a self proclaimed pragmatic dreamer and she urges you to choose consciously, hold onto your dreams, take inspired action and most importantly enjoy the journey.
We are all connected and interdependent, but somehow we miss this very point when living our lives on a daily basis and we tend to think of an ´us and a them´. Separateness is what drives us apart and causes many problems worldwide. It comes from a place of fear, not love. In this podcast we talk about how it's potentially the biggest problem humans face and how we can open our hearts and become great leaders by asking ourselves just one question.
This beautiful podcast is full of personal reflections from Reem and how she used calmness of mind to find her joy and true purpose again, in conclusion doing less and achieving more. We often get caught up in someone else's dreams, we get busy achieving and we tend to neglect what brings us joy. Reem talks about internal happiness, unconditional love and gratitude and how to find your own true joy again.
This Friday Reem delves deep into her personal background, where it all started and why she is where she is today.
A palestinean, Cristian woman, with an Israli citizenship who emigrated to Australia at the age of 14 after moving countries, cities and schools several times, makes for a very interesting story.
She talks about that common feeling of not belonging and having to constantly prove yourself as a result, jumping through hoops to seek approval from others. And finally about finding her why, about how Dreem Consulting was born, from passion, years of expertise and from a place of unconditional love.
