I heard some crazy stuff when I came down with cancer and the noise only increased when I had my stroke. Still today, if I'm not careful other people can impact my mindset. I have to really set boundaries when it comes to people.
You have to focus on the most important things when life is hard and challenging. Today we look at what those things are.
One of the greatest gifts in cancer was a clarity that all the stuff just didn't matter. Simplifying your life can make overcoming the obstacles easer. Choose the Best!
Courage is about hope. The ability to hope, see and live into a better future. Courage requires a simple step to become something life changing and magnificent. Choose Courage!
Have you ever stopped to think about how much fear impacts our lives. Too many of us are caught in a cycle of fear and anxiety. Today we talk about overcoming those fears.
Why are you here? What's your purpose? What kind of legacy will you leave? Today we explore the idea of purpose vs. place.

Few things help to clarify your values as much as a health crisis. When you face the challenges of life, you really hone in on what you value.

On Monday night February 26, 2024 while flying from Charleston SC to Atlanta GA, i had a massive stroke. I was blessed and fortunate to be in the right place with the right people who took care of me and ensured that I could get back to full health.
