Francine, is well acquainted with multitasking, juggling many aspects of her life

simultaneously, and always managing to squeeze in just one more thing when

asked. She has a degree in psychology but has always been drawn to alternative

modalities, and as such, has certifications in various healing therapies. Francine

works in finance and with the public, for over 30 years while simultaneously

establishing her own part time business in the therapeutic field. Writing has

always been in the background of Francine’s life. The pace of her life and the

energy that was required from the demands of not only her job but her caretaking

of family members were all amplified during the last couple of years with the

onset of the pandemic.

Francine’s house of cards came crashing down when her way of existing became

no longer viable. Her denial of her burnout and acknowledging her anxiety and

depression delayed her healing process. Grasping at what came innately to her,

Francine returned to her love of writing as a means to express what she was

hoarding deep within her. The result of which is her riveting debut book of poetry,

“Emerging from the Chrysalis”. In her book, she captures and draws the reader

into her journey from the erosion of her life, deep into the bowels of despair and

hopelessness and the subsequent transformative healing process that her writing

imbues. She bestows upon the reader, the knowledge that they are not alone and

that with help, they can begin to reshape their lives into a more healthy and

balanced way of being.

Feel free to connect with Francine on:

Facebook: @Francine Manuel_Author

Instagram: @francine_manuel_author

Tiktok: @francine_manuel

She combines nature and everyday elements in the world around her with her

own unique voice evoking contemplation, reassurance and hope.

Ft Alvina Ryan  A faithful servant of the Lord. She is a best-selling author, video podcaster, speaker, writing coach and entrepreneur.  In November 2020, she released her first book: iPray On Purpose Because which is a powerful book with stories of people from all walks of life and the different prayers that they pray.  It also teaches you how to pray if you do not yet know how to pray.  Her second book iTestify On Purpose Because will be released in November 2021.  It is once again a compilation of stories from different iWitnesses about God and how He was faithful to them.  Each writer tells a story of God’s ability to deliver them and shield them so that they are able to testify today of His goodness and His grace.  Alvina also participated in a collaboration as a co-author in Finding Joy in the Journey Vol 2.  Alvina was able to accomplish all of this in her first year as a writer.  She credits God for His guidance in allowing her to accomplish so much in a short amount of time.  She now coaches aspiring writers to get their work into print in 90 days so they can get published.  She also gives them a platform to promote themselves on her YouTube channel as the host of LET’S KEEP IT REIL (relevant, empower, inspire and legacy).   She continues to work with the youth and leaders of her church.  She loves giving speeches in churches and to community organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, running, swimming, sewing, reading, going to the spa and travelling.  She lives in Montreal with her two children.   You can contact Alvina on her website at www.authoralvinaryan.com.
