An average Indonesian hoping to share my stories with the vast majority.
I believe everyone has a story to tell - so here’s mine!

Following my previous episode where I discuss tips and tricks on how to answer interview questions, here is another 5 most frequently asked question asked during an interview.
Over the last 14 months, I applied to approximately 600 jobs, and I had 100 interviews. It is not easy for an international graduate to compete for a job in a reputable company. As we grow older, we get more freedom and power. But as Spiderman said, "with great power comes great responsibility". Uni life is definitely different from high school, especially if you're an international student living far from home. If you're a young professional, working can be tiring and often feels repetitive. If you're starting a side hustle, achieving you goals and meeting those imaginary deadlines you create for yourself may require lots of energy.
In this episode I share three advice on how to never miss a deadline and to keep yourself motivated every step of the way. These things helped me to excel in everything I do that involves a goal and a deadline. Also remember to dream big.

As you grow older, you will be in environments that sometimes push you to do things that compromise your values and beliefs. As Peeta from the Hunger Games said "I Don't want them to change me in there, turn me into some kind of monster I'm not."
In this episode I share my own experience on how I refuse to compromise, even it means quitting my job without anything secured. Even if it means losing is every measure.
