The ARES After Hours Podcast

We are a group of instructors within our fields of fire, EMS, law enforcement, medical, and military. As a close circle of friends that predates our careers, we began working to bring better quality training, awareness, and sensibility to our fields in the areas we saw lacking and thus our companies were born. At the helm of this podcast is the owner of ARES; Robert Roy. The team is rounded out by High Risk Rescue owner and fire/EMS/law enforcement extraordinaire, Justin Miller, as well as Fire Chief and paramedic Chase Edwards.

We have collectively accumulated over 50 years of experience across all aspects of first response, both in the military and civilian worlds, and are here to mentor, train, and help guide both new and old first responders as the world continues to change around us and new equipment, technology, and tactics become mainstream. We have special guests from all walks of life that intersect with that of the first responder, including agencies such as FEMA, the FBI, and other experts such as medical directors, emergency medicine physicians, medical scientists, nursing scientists, and more!
