The housing market is hot, obviously, but Soledad is HOT! Inventory here is so limited, there have only been 6 sales in the past month and homes are selling at either full ask or above full ask, in just over a week. This is madness!

Most people don't realize that even their smallest expenses can compound into large amounts of money years down the line. Be frugal, be smart. It may not be the most glamorous thing you can do, and people may make fun of you because they have a nice car and you don't, but years down the line the tables will turn and you will have the last laugh. But don't laugh when you do get it, stay humble and be nice 👍
