I have to say I feel this really is an important topic, because we live life focusing on so many things are we really focusing on what is right for us. Are we focusing on what is important? In this episode I discuss how we have focused on what we think or feel is important and to maybe challenge if this is right for us. Also in this episode is a short mediation at the end.

Is happiness our ultimate goal? Do we always feel happy when we have achieved what we wanted?
