Welcome OJR Family to the second episode of the year, I wanted to thank you all for the support and for the feedback and just overall enjoyment everyone has had listening to our latest episode.
But welcoming you now is an episode called “don’t hate the player, hate the game” and this episode is where I get close and personal talking about specific topics such as ;
•How personal feelings towards others must be controlled
•How emotional build up can affect relations toward others
•My meaning of “Don’t hate the player, hate the game”
•Real examples of mine and how to develop that mentality of acceptance
•Importance of understanding your actions are the representation of the reality you live
Thank you all, and I hope you are excited and as always family Growth Is Wealth not just in 2022 and beyond.
Much love and I hope your all well ❤️
Happy New Years to you OJR Family ❤️
Episode - “2021 me and 2022 me”
I am very glad to say that I will be coming out with my own episode out tomorrow at 11am as usual British time evaluating myself and talking about the following things :
•what I’ve learned from 2021
•the positives of 2021
•the negatives of 2021
•evaluating my growth as an individual
•evaluating my environment
•mindset to which I’m going into 2022 compared to 2021
And within this episode I will be talking really about how much I have changed what to expect of 2022 and really what 2021 make me understand of the type of person I am and who I am which as always comes with many negatives and understanding how different is that to the 2022 me.
Thank you all, I hope your well wishing you growth and wealth not just in 2022 but beyond and hope you all have an amazing week ahead ✨
I personally don't think there’s any better way to end off this year with this amazing interview. Akash Aradyhya, a short track speed skater who has represented India in world cups around the world for years. And with the joyful personality and comfort and detail he answered every question and gave examples and opened his whole heart to assure his story is told fully. Through his toughest of times and best of times sectioned very well through this interview we talk about:
Akash is defiantly someone with a very bright personality to which comforted me into being bale to ask what i asked and with the shire desire to assure and help and motivate and share his story onto the world i was extremely great full to have him and speak to him. Unfortunately due to Akash living in the mountains there are minor disturbances to which of course i have tried my very best to cover yet if anything please try to ignore them.
Thank you OJR Family and i wish you all a Merry Christmas and not yet a happy new year as this isn’t the last episode of the year ;) i wish you all well and i hope you are fine. Thank you all and may god bless you ❤️
A massive learning curve of lessons, stories, Noah Hoffman a 2014 Sochi and 2018 PyeongChang Olympian who represented USA in Cross Country Skiing, explains the importance of :
-Team work
-Team bond
-Self awareness
-Benign in the moment
And with his wise words talks in detail with everything he’s experienced as a young athlete and a experienced athlete. How he grew developed not just himself yet his mindset and his understanding of his sport. I was very blessed to listen to his words and truly he spoke very single time without any regrets and has had the career to which he loved and charrished every single moment of his life. This interview was amazing and i hope you all enjoy it! The audio was bit disturbed due to the connection yet it was tried to be fixed to the best ability as we could. Thank you for the understanding.
Thank you OJR Family i hope you enjoy and are excited as i am ! Hope you have a wonderful week and God bless you all ❤️

A touching episode to say the least. Face to face with my best mate Peter Riches and following up from our last interview we talk on aspects such as ; trials , personal life, motivations, values, progressions/ visions for the future and why we were put on this earth and what we want to achieve.
After spending 4-5 months training with Peter its been a blessing to have him to see him in the environment of a full time athlete and also finally being side to side about things we used to talk about as kids and living in Nottingham, the fact it became a reality for as little while was amazing.
Thank you Peter for the laughs, talks, support, love and joy you’ve brought me and the SSPP and the whole of Nottingham the time you were here. We all wish you the very best in your Long Track and you have the whole skating community behind you and supporting you and that’s a fact!
Laddies and gentlemen i hope you enjoy this humble and loving episode which we both were very proud and happy about, hope you all have a wonderful week!
P.S - episode includes inappropriate language yet it is censored and suitable for audiences that would be offended and dislike foul language.

Smile!
A word to which I always hear in my life very very often and one that people use to describe me with. Many stories and many things that can be said about this topic and about the word smile. But i take you on a journey to which this weeks of training and a training camp i took with the team in Wales and how the term and action of Smiling got me through the week and how it has made me grow and develop as a person.
Hope you all enjoy, thank you all and have a wonderful week ❤️
A start to new beginnings, where now we are back for good and i take you through my past couple months in the next episodes. This is a hello, a catch up and another proper update for you guys! I’m so so happy to be back and i hope through the episode you can tell that i am really looking forward into being back and being connected with my family.
I love you all and thank you for the continuous support and continuous feedback❤️
An episode about mindset mainly and how it actually opened a bigger picture and opened to me realising a lot about myself then i ever knew. How my dreams of being in the arm forces and army and other dreams to shift my believe and trust in myself and my journey. I also within this episode give of a different vibe then usual e.g being a bit louder then usual. Not my taste in energy but it was hard when i talk about some emotional stuff and situations such as mindset and striving in other things and paths as the mood switches from positive to emotional to serious continuously eventhough my plan was for positive energy only ... anyways thank you all and i hope you enjoy it and remember growth is wealth in 2021 and beyond !
Thank you OJR ❤️
This isn’t a full episode, just a quick update after my off time and my rest. Informing you guys on my way back up onto things and upcoming ideas i have and just moving forwards for the rest of the season.
Hope everyone’s doing well Ann are blessed , thanks to the whole OJR Family your support will always meant the world to me thank you all 🙏

Rest and Self-awareness:
A episode i talk about truly understanding your own version of rest and how you can use it to benefit rather then destroy you. Seeing what’s appropriate individually for yourself and how to feel good about it. Plan and be understanding that rest can truly be the difference towards why you can be moving forwards in anything that you do or want to achieve rather then backwards or slow down the progression.
Self-Awareness touches on the things that surround you and how you may see things. In terms of are they beneficial for you or a distraction. I simply give my view on things and some examples ive learned to love and things ive hated in the past and how ive found that what’s around me or what i see is good or bad for me.
I hope you all enjoy and thank you for your patients as they were complications and its the second upload.
Bless you all and thank you , OJR Family❤️
My Career , My Olympics And My Retirement :
An amazing interview with Belgium PyeonhChang Olympian Jens Almey. A calm very detailed interview to which Jens focuses on motivating the younger generation and current generation of skaters to thrive for their goals and achieve them as he did himself. He talks about his Olympic experiences, camp and childhood growing up and development into the short track world, talking in depth about his all over the world experiences and how he trained and mindset he grew to become the Olympian he grew to become. In addition talking about his retirement in a respectful and very professional way due it being a hard topic to talk about he did it in a way to educate and support and help anyone who may face similar situations. Never to hurt or anything.
Through this interview ladies and gentleman wether you’re a skater , a parent of a skater or even a athlete and a non-athlete i promise there is something to take away from this amazing interview from this amazing individual.
Hope you all enjoy and thank you , OJR ❤️
Patience And The Skipping Stones Theory :
A episode i talk about my experiences and views on patience and a theory i live of by now called “the skipping stones” to which i explain in part 2 of the podcast of what exactly that is and how my mind processes it. This episode has a different approach to it and a different just exicution in the ways i explain stuff and its less edited. Not in a lazy way trust me but more of to show you guys that i actually do have fun with this because of all of you that take the time and listen that i am great full for all the support and help and love. In this i left my mistakes , stutters and laughs because i just thought it will be a good way to connect and see that i enjoy and will give you guys episodes every single Monday if i can and be as consistent as possible and yeah I’m just really having fun and hope you all are enjoying it too.
Next interview out next week keep up with updates in the next upcoming weeks !
Thank you OJR ❤️
I’d like to apologies in advance for this episode , I have a cold and it may sound a bit off, there’s more then usual pauses and the episode is a bit all over the place. Yet I still hope you all enjoy. I’d like to thank everyone for the crazy support and love we got from out last episode with Peter Riches and I’m glad to inform you all more is coming! And as soon as this cold has passed we will be back with better episodes and greater ones.
This episode however I just talk about my emotions and how I feel when it comes to good and bad days, what they look like for me and how I deal with them. I give examples of when I've had bad days and good and how i evaluate its just a part of life and growth and individually believe as long as you learn , evaluate and appreciate the day is filled with nothing but blessings and development to growth .
Thank you all , OJR Family ❤️
This is something special... From 7 years on here we are and we unravel our feelings , emotions , memories and just a talk of lessons learned , taught and how we reflect on our times skating together and against each other.
Ladies and Gentlemen , you dont have to know who we are or what our sport Is to listen to this interview and be inspired and motivated cause trust me i myself took so much away from it and cant wait to continuously talk and just hopefully see Peter Riches again. And with every guest if you get to the end of the talk you’ll get to find out Peters : Best Advice , Worse Advice , One Line For Anyone Listening To The Interview And One Word and trust me it represents that this young man and with the growth of mindset and maturity will move far in life and grow to one day achieve his true passions and dreams to which we talk about and share throughout the interview.
Hope you all love this episode cause I had so much fun doing it and cant wait to introduce you family to even more inspirational individuals and people who will continuously expand our growth as that’s the only thing that’s wealth to us in not just 2021 yet beyond 🙏
OJR Family ❤️
Self-Discipline and emotion, two every difficult topics to talk about again. To build a picture of how Ive grown as an athlete and individual, the thought process i had before when i didn’t enjoy what I was doing to now something that i love doing now and have big vision for the future. This week i have presented and talked about this weeks stories and lessons and emotions ive gone through as its important to introduce you to a weekly thought and rewards and little things that presented true self-discipline in terms of appreciation and growth.
Hope you all enjoy and that as always its better then the last and continues to keep making you all happy and learning and developing and understanding of me ❤️
As always thank you to all our weekly listeners and as always please do let us know on social media on how we can improve and feedback on our episodes . Stay safe and god bless 💕
This episode is a different one . Much slower paced then the last one in terms of emotion. I talk about why i decided to create or even have a weight loss journey to which i am still going through and how i did it. Even though this topic is particularly hard to talk about i tried my best. I even wasn’t confident in posting it due to some things i said yet i realised as a family we have to be honest and the only person i can be honest with is YOU so i hope this episode is just as good as the last one and the quality and production of my episodes continue to be as good.
Love You All x
Why I Skate , an episode about where my : love and where my passion or even vision for the sport came from. Where it started and things I remind myself daily of things that have gotten me to where i am. Yet through everything these small talks , small interactions I had with people are cherished with me. To which there are MANY MORE to come. Like I said these are only small stories yet meaningful ones there’s many more to come and many more people I will be talking about in future episodes and talk about how they have effected me and how truly they help me develope to the person I am. Thank you all for listening and coming on this journey with me.
