Planning Activities that creates Positive Effects in our lives, Physically, Relationally, Emotionally, Mentally, Psychologically etc. Activities that produces stress in our lives need to be addressed and those we cannot addressed, avoid or eliminated, we should attempt to have a really good, Positive Attitude about them.
