You're in for a real treat with this one. We're talking with Caleb the College Coach, host of the podcast Relatable thoughts. He's enlightening us on all things Life Coaching. We went from knowing nothing about the entire profession, to being on the look out for our very own thought leaders. There are even some that can help you get over the dread of grocery shopping. Truly something for everyone.

Be sure to check out Caleb's podcast and website!

Raise your hand if you know who first said "Show me the money". It's okay, our hands are down too. This week we're covering a whole bunch of popular movie and book references we all should probably know and we're doing it in quiz format! (i.e. Morgan repeating the phrase "clever girl" 10 times in a row before finally telling us where it's from). If you like this episode, be sure to leave us a review and share!

That's right friends, it's that time of month. But we're actually covering all times of the month, because this episode covers no just your period, but the whole menstrual cycle. If you're uncomfortable hearing about this topic (we hope you're not, but everyone's gotta start somewhere) or any period stories we have to share, feel free to hang on until next week!

Tis the season of another Sport Tournament we really should know more about: MARCH MADNESS! Our resident Sports Girl Sadie walks us through the teams and players we should all be looking out for, while Morgan and Maren use their innate-female-FBI skills to track down all the juicy details. If you're curious about which player born in 2002 boasts a 7 foot height paired with an 8 inch foot, this is definitely the episode for you!

Better late than never as they say. We were all too busy taking deep breaths and focusing on the flowers that we forgot to upload this episode last week. So enjoy our thoughts on all things meditation and mindfulness. No guarantees that our calming demeanors will ease you into a state of rest and recovery, but hopefully we can point you in the direction of those who can.

This week one of us ranked ourselves a -1 out of 10 for how well we knew this topic. And yet. We're still going to try and explain it. We go over the history of crypto, what the heck it is, why it's different from the stock market, and a whole bunch of other money thoughts that come to our minds.

It's the month for loving love. So we snagged JD Grover, co-host of The Polarized Truth for a special Valentines Episode(available on Apple, Spotify, and PodBean). We're talking about six different types of relationships based on Dr. Sternberg's love triangle. This is a full 180 from our episode on football, but we promise it's still worth your while. Go ahead and leave us a review and give us a follow on instagram for episode updates!

If you haven't followed the Super Bowl since your Elementary School did a competitive food drive, here's your official cheat sheet for this year's Super Bowl. We give you all the team details (i.e. the ones that we actually think are important), commercials to look out for (heads up - it's pretty much just chips and deodorant. The American dream.), and our top food recommendations (where Sadie may have compromised her place in the podcast after publicly admitting that she actually likes turkey).

Ever tried a fumble turnover? How about a pass interference pastry? Neither have we, but thankfully Sadie is here to clarify all of the common football terms we regularly mistake for various baked goods. We're going over all the basics of the game, just in time for the Superbowl, so tune in - grab your popcorn, your flaky pastries, and your jerseys. This is a fun one.

Still processing 2021? Same. We're just barely getting on board with the most popular TV shows of last year from Netflix, Disney+, AppleTV, and HBO. If you haven't seen any of these shows, don't worry. Collectively we've only seen two, but we'll still break down the tracksuit colors in Squid Games, why men on dating apps cryptically want to "watch Letterkenny", and the revival of the Spaghetti Western. And if you have seen all of these, feel free to message us your Venmo because you're definitely in crippling debt from all those streaming bills.

Welcome to the first weeks of the new year, where everyone's goal ambitions are high and realistic expectations are nonexistent. This week we're tackling some of the most popular fad diets: Keto, Paleo, and Intermittent Fasting. We'll take you through the goods and the bads of these weight loss methods, as we struggle to remember the definition of carb, hypothesize about why Fred Flintstone might have never eaten peas, and why the word tuber even exists.

Mayday, Mayday. Welcome to our first episode ever (and boy can you tell). Sadie, Morgan, and Maren are excited to get things going on The Dumb Intellects, where we talk about the things you should know, but don't. We're discussing our most recent embarrassing encounters with information we should have known more about, why it's so valuable to be learning something new every week (New Year's resolution anyone?), and how this is the year where we can finally become a Maven. Join us to learn about all the things we don't know, that will inevitably come up in conversation.
