Today Dan speaks with Jamie York from Aspire Property Group who, from humble beginnings has now amassed successful property businesses generating around £5.5m turnover. On this weeks episode Dan speaks with Ollie Mason from Channel 4's Mega Mansion Hunters. A member of Tyron Ash's Team he is one of the top sales people in the company.
Ollie is from Humble beginnings and was troubled with drugs and alcohol addition but turned his life around to become a large scale developer in Woking, having over 600 units in planning at one time. Unfortunately, due to various reasons some developments failed which led to the closing down of Magna Group and Ollie was left with debt and having personally guaranteed £10m worth of loans.
Times were tough but Ollie was resilient and came through the adversity, now focusing on selling multi million £ homes in and around London. Ollie is an expert in raising finance and is a top salesman, but this skill and strong willed mindset has helped him through his dark times.

David entered his first competition and won and went on to become the WBFF Pro and entered the world stage in Vegas. Having suffered with various injuries to his shoulders he has still managed to overcome this and succeeded.

Dan speaks with Lewis Blakelock, who is in the early stages of land and industrial developments. Lewis used to be a high-street food-chain restaurant Manager (Finger Lickin Good) and turned to property to escape the rat race, like many do. Through networking, changing roles Lewis opened the door up to many opportunities and whilst investing in his own education and personal development, met developers, who now he has fantastic relationships with.
Not only does he invest himself, he has managed to source on Land development opportunities and shares tips on important mindset is at this scale of property development, and how to protect or mitigate risks that may be unforeseen, which we know in property is a majority of the time.

They started their company in 2019 predominantly based in Wales they have scaled a successful sourcing company which has allowed them to scale their own property portfolio using the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance model and are now looking at Developments. Dan Green forms part of the Hedley Spencer group with his father Neil. Originally, Dan was in the construction sector following graduation where he then went on to work as a QS specialising in high rise student accommodation in the Midlands. Whilst in his job, he wanted to gain a better quality of life and to have more time and freedom.
Whilst working as a QS Dan started a Rent to Rent business where him and his dad experienced an aggressive level of growth growing from 0-110 units in just a few years...but it wasn't all as rosy as it seemed. The business experienced issues. Did they overcome them?
