Jamie and Dan are joined by Tayyib to take a look back at week 5, including a big win for the Giants in London. The Jets first divisional victory in 462 years and the Bucs beating the Falcons. Among other things obviously.

This year we will predict the outcome of every game, and have a guest on to give us their predictions. The perfect start to the NFL Season as Opening Night sees the Bills travel to the Rams.
Rob and Dan round up the AFC Divisional Previews with a look at the AFC West - Possibly the toughest division in the league with 4 good teams - our opinions differed widely on this one - and we could make cases for the teams finishing in any particular order. The Chiefs are no longer the seriously scary outfit they once were. The Chargers are continuing to grow into a seriously competitive team whilst the Raiders made serious moves in the off season to try and bridge the gap. The Denver Broncos also have plenty of talent and hope to have solved their QB issue by trading for Russell Wilson, will that be enough for them to challenge the other three teams?
Dan and Rob preview the AFC South for the upcoming 2022 season - The Colts and the Titans have been battling for number 1 spot in the last few seasons but the Titans seem to be on the decline with personnel changes this year whilst the Colts look to have made improvements which could push them into the play offs. The Jags and the Texans now both seem to be on an upward trend after a miserable few years, we wouldn't expect either to challenge the top two but it will be interesting to see if their off season efforts can pay dividends.
Dan & Jamie take a look at the AFC East - Home to the pods 'best team in football' the Buffalo Bills, Jamies own New York Jets, and the Patriots and the Dolphins. No one has the strength to challenge the Bills for the divisional titles, but following a strong off season for the Jets, can they move from the bottom spot? Theres also a new coach in town for the Dolphins.
Following our previews of all the NFC divisions - Rob and Jamie kick off the AFC divisions with the AFC North - Changes at QB for two of the teams involved and the Super Bowl runners up will try to regain their divisional crown and have another run in the play offs but Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens will have plans of their own.
Dan Rob & Jamie round up their reviews of the NFC Divisions with a look at the NFC West - The division of the reining Super Bowl Champions the LA Rams, can they regain their divisional crown and challenge for the Super Bowl again in February? A really strong division with three strong teams but the lads all have one of them heading backwards rapidly.
Jamie & Rob look ahead to the NFC South before the 2022 season - Since our predictions Baker Mayfield has been traded to the Panthers and does this change how we think their season will go? We also look at the coaching hires taking place around the league and offer our thoughts on those taking charge of new teams this year.
Dan, Rob & Fred take a look back at Super Bowl LVI - The Bengals offensive line managed to do what they have failed to do much of the season, and that was protect Joe Burrow and not from any defence but that of the LA Rams led by Aaron Donald. However, their OL efforts ran dry in the second half and the Rams defence upped the pressure and managed to sack Burrow 7 times in the second half. The Rams controlled much of the first half without managing to put points on the board, Stafford threw a few interceptions and the Bengals had a dream start to the second half. 4 penalties in the first 58 minutes and 4 more in the last 2 minutes, and the Rams run out 23-20 victors on the night. We also wrap up our predictions competition for the year. Thank you to everyone who has listened to us this year.

By contrast the Rams have mortgaged the teams future and draft picks to fill their team full of stars. We take a look at both teams road to the Super Bowl and their strengths and weaknesses before running through our predictions for the game to round off this years predictions league.

Saturdays games came and went, the Bengals knocked defeat the number 1 seed in the AFC before the 49ers beat the Packers in a low scoring, defensive, victory inspired by their special teams. By the time we get to Sundays games, what a pair of games - the Rams go 27-3 up against the Bucs before winning the game with a last second field goal, and the Chiefs Bills go head to head in an offensive masterclass before the Chiefs win in overtime.
Dan & Rob take a look ahead to the Divisional Round games this weekend. On paper we are hoping to be in store for an exciting weekend of games. Can the Bengals upset the Titans following the return of Henry. Will Jimmy G and the 49ers be strong enough to overcome the Packers and Lambeau field? Tom Brady and the Bus entertain Matt Stafford and the LA Rams and the Chiefs will do battle with the Buffalo Bills after the Bills destroyed the Patriots in the Wild Card round.
Fred, Rob & Dan take a look at the 'Super' Wild Card weekend results, where there were 2 close games which both including referee controversy and the four remaining games were blow outs which took out some of the excitement from the weekend. Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills look the real deal as Josh Allen had more touchdown passes than he did incompletions. As the Chiefs offence started slow against the Steelers, they came to life and scored six touchdowns on six consecutive plays. The Eagles, Patriots, Cardinals failed to turn up. We discuss all the games and all the talking points.
Rob, Dan & Fred look ahead to Super Wild Card Weekend - with the Titans and Packers getting a first round bye, we take a look at the six wild card fixtures this weekend. We expand our predictions league from 3 games to 6 and discuss which teams we think will make the Super Bowl on February 13th.
Rob, Dan & Fred take a look at the final week of the regular season - despite pre match jokes about the Chargers and Raiders kneeling for 60 minutes to guarantee safe passage for both teams to the play offs, we had the greatest game of the weekend which did indeed nearly end in a tie. Brandon Staleys decision to call a time out with 38 seconds left has raised eyebrows as the Raiders were seemingly happy to run the clock. The Jaguars were excellent and the Colts dreadful and the Colts lost out on the play offs and the Detroit Lions get a huge win against the Packers
Fred, Dan & Rob record a preview for the first ever week eighteen in the NFL Regular Season - as we look ahead to the final round of games, with one divisional title still up for grabs will it be the Rams or the Cardinals that clinch that division? There's also plenty of play off seeding to be finalised and the last few wild card spots up for grabs. Throw in some dodgy editing on our part, and it all makes for an interesting episode!

Rob Dan & Fred look ahead to week sixteen of the NFL - It's Christmas week so we can all settle down in front of our TVs on Christmas Day night to watch the Green Bay Packers take on the Cleveland Browns. Covid is rife amongst the league at the moment and it played havoc with schedules in week fifteen and players are questionable as to whether they will make this week. The Chiefs are back on top in the AFC after their poor start they've won 7 straight. There's plenty still to play for in the race for play off positions. Merry Christmas everyone!
Fred, Dan & Rob return after we missed last week - we look through the week fifteen action, the Chiefs have now won 7 in a row to lead the AFC standings with an OT win against the Chargers. The Lions cause the surprise of the season with a big upset against one of the strongest teams in the NFL in the Cardinals. The existing Super Bowl Champions fail to score a point in a game they lose to NFC South Rivals the Saints who themselves only managed to score 3 field goals. Tyler Huntley did a sterling job standing in for the Bengals but they fell short against the Packers. We talk through all the games and all the talking points.
Dan, Rob & Fred look ahead to week fourteen in the NFL - The predictions league is hotting up and there's plenty of good games to look forward to this week, we look at the second game between the Rams and the Cardinals - Can the Cardinals continue to show dominance on the NFC West or can the Rams get the victory and make a statement? The Bills will look to take on the Buccaneers in a climate much different to the game that they played in Week 13 in the snow. Rob & Dan take a look at all the action from Thanksgiving week in the NFL - The first game of Thanksgivings Thursday slate was not an enjoyable watch between the Bears and the Lions but the Cowboys Raiders was entertaining to say the least, despite the amount of penalties getting the headlines. After getting no predictions right in week eleven, Fred gets the first 100% record of the season in week twelve to extend his lead at the top of our leaderboard to three points.

Fred & Rob take a look back at the week eleven action from the NFL - the in-form team in the Titans lose to one of the worst teams in the league in the Texans - The Chiefs and Cowboys play out a low scoring game despite having two of the best offences and two of the worst defences in the league. The Eagles might reach 9 wins and should the Saints turn to Taysom Hill at Quarterback? We also look through all the other games including the Colts beating the Bills, the Vikings beating the Packers with a late field goal and the Cardinals continuing to get wins despite being without their star QB and WR duo.

Rob Dan & Fred take a look back at week 10 of the NFL - Are the Chiefs back with a blowout win over the Raiders or are the Raiders struggling with all the off field issues they've had to face. The Bills dominate against the Jets as expected and the Patriots dominate against the Browns. The Lions manage to get through a week without losing in a game that seemed to last the entire night where overtime couldn't separate them from the Steelers. Russel Wilson struggles on his return for the Seahawks and Kirk Cousins leads the Vikings to a good win against a Chargers team who are starting to struggle in recent weeks.

We've put the Bills surprise loss down to the Jags as a one off and fully expect a bounce back against the Jets and the Patriots Browns game could be down to whether Nick Chubb can return two negative Covid tests before the weekend. The Chiefs get back above .500 with a low scoring win over the Rodgers-less Packers but still look a shell of their former selfs. The Miami Dolphins win the battle of the single win teams and the Browns dominate the Bengals before losing their entire running back room to Covid-19. The Falcons nearly throw the game away to the Saints giving up 22 points in the fourth quarter before a final game winning drive. Josh Allen beats Josh Allen, but not the way you'd expect as the biggest shock of the week sees the Buffalo Bills lose to the Jaguars

We discuss the Titans and Colts who are both teams with play off aspirations but with a 0-2 start for the Colts, a loss here but not be the start they wanted. Fred is looking forward to the Patriots matching up against the Saints, after a hugely impressive win over the Packers in week one, followed by a poor performance against the Panthers, which Saints team will show up this week? Fred, Rob & Dan take a look back at the first week of the new NFL season. We recap on our three chosen games, as well as touch upon other games around the league including the Texans, Jaguars, Bills, Falcons & Eagles.
It's finally here! The return of the NFL Regular Season. We look ahead to the main talking points of week one, discussing three games we think are some of the best games to watch this week. Then a quick round up of the best of the remaining games. We welcome back Amo to the pod who gives us the bookies thoughts on the games and some of his favourite bets across the games.
Dan, Fred and Rob finish our divisional previews with a look at the NFC West - Arguably the most competitive division in the NFL with four teams all capable of stacking plenty of wins if things go there way. The Rams felt they were a QB away from being great so traded Jared Goff for Matt Stafford in an attempt to make that jump before losing rising star Cam Akers for the season. The 49ers are back fit and healthy again and who will get the nod at QB between Jimmy G and Trey Lance. There's varying views on all four teams, especially the Arizona Cardinals who also have a deeply talented roster but are in a division that does them no favours and the Seahawks can't keep Russell Wilson on his feet. It's a hugely interesting division heading into the 2021 season.
We take a look at everyones favourite division - the NFC South. The reigning Super Bowl Champions, Atlanta Falcons with their new head coach but will be without star receiver Julio Jones this year. The best player in the NFL returns for the Carolina Panthers and everyones least favourite team, the New Orleans Saints have managed to somehow escape cap space hell for one more year. We look through all the teams and discuss how we think things will play out this year.
Fred, Dan & Rob look ahead to the NFC (L)East - The Cowboys will be hoping to have a much better year with the return of a healthy Dak Prescott and we all think they will be the best team in the NFC East. Another agreement is that the Eagles will be at the bottom of the division with another season of struggle. Will Danny Dimes be able to prove his worth as an NFL Quarterback and will Fitzmagic be enough to make the best use of the talent on offer in Washington?
Dan and Rob look ahead to the NFC North. Aaron Rodgers is returning to Green Bay for one last run at the Super Bowl. The Packers are the runaway Division winners as we have the remaining three teams all with losing records. The Bears, Vikings and Lions all have reasons to be optimistic for the year and Dan has the Bears as Division winners in 2022 once Rodgers and potentially Davante Adams have moved on to pastures new.
Rob, Fred and Dan round up their AFC divisional previews with a look at the AFC West. It comes as no surprise that everyone has the Kansas City Chiefs as the run away winners of the division but there were varying views around the final positions of the other three teams. Fred has the Vegas Raiders finishing second much to Dans surprise whilst Rob thinks the Broncos will fare better than Fred and Dan do. From next week we turn our attention towards the NFC divisions starting with the NFC North.
Dan, Rob and Fred discuss the AFC South, home to the biggest joke in football currently, the Houston Texans. Two potential top end teams are due to battle it out for the divisional crown in the Titans and the Colts, whilst the Jaguars are looking for brighter times with their new franchise QB and a full set of new coaching staff.
Fred, Dan and Rob continue their Division preview episodes and take a look at the AFC East - It will come as no surprise that everyone had the Bills as the Divisional Champs, but Dan and Rob have the Jets as finishing second and the Pats bottom, whilst Fred has the Pats taking 2nd place and the Jets finishing bottom. It was all agreed this was a season of huge importance for the Dolphins and their second year QB 'Tua' who Fins fans will be hoping makes strides in his second year with a new look receiving corps around him.
Rob, Dan and Fred start taking a look through each division in the NFL, starting with the AFC North. We discuss this exciting division which includes three top end young Quarterbacks. We look at each teams and their strengths and weaknesses heading into 2021 before making some bold claims about division standings and team records
We are pleased to be participating alongside 11 other great podcasts in a Charity Fantasy Football League. Fred and Rob recap on last weeks episode. The Julio trade is now done and he heads to the Titans much to the delight of AJ Brown. We also discuss Aaron Rodgers not attending Mandatory Training Camp and how the rest of the sage is likely to play out. The London games are returning and we have an early preview of the Falcons Jets and Dolphins Jags before discussing the biggest trades of the off season and whether someone in the NFC North can dethrone the Packers if Rodgers doesn't return.

Dan, Rob and Fred discuss their early season predictions for 2021. We discuss who will win the Super Bowl? Rookie of the year, Defensive player of the year, rush yard and receiving yard leader as well as the over achieving and underachieving teams and players. Our final episode in our team season reviews - We've dedicated an episode to all 32 teams in the NFL joined by 31 amazing guests to talk us through their teams season. Our final episode sees us review the season of the Super Bowl Champions. An episode which sees Dan very happy and Rob not so much. We are joined by Bucs fan Matt to talk us through his expectations for the 2020 season before we talk through the season which saw them lift the Lombardi trophy. After returning basically all of last years winning team and adding further depth through free agency and the draft. Can the Bucs do it all again in 2021?
Dan, Rob and Fred are joined by Packers fan Garry to discuss the Packers 2020 season - The Packers made the headline in the 2020 draft when they opted to draft QB Jordan Love in round 1, much to the disappointment of Aaron Rodgers who would much preferred adding more weapons to his arsenal. Despite this, the Packers made it all the way to the Conference Championship Game before losing out to the Bucs. The discontent in Green Bay has continued throughout this off season and Rodgers is rumoured to not want to return there next year. We discuss all the talking points and what happens in 2021.
Fred, Dan and Rob review the Bills season - unfortunately we were unable to find a Bills fan for this episode but luckily we were well placed with Fred being a closet Bills fan. We talk through how we saw the Bills season, Allens performance and a lack of running game. How does signing Matt Breida improve their running game? Can the Bills keep up their high performances going into next season and what's the ceiling for this Bills team?
We go back to our team season reviews this time joined by Ravens fan Tom to discuss the Ravens season. They got into the play offs after ending the season with 5 straight wins to end with an 11-5 record. A masterclass in stopping Derrick Henry saw them overcome the Titans in a 20-13 win before falling in the Divisional Round to the Bills with a 17-3 loss. We discuss whether Lamar Jackson is more than a glorified running back and look ahead to the 2021 season.
Rob, Fred and Dan are joined by Andy to discuss the NFL Draft. We run through the round 1 picks and discuss our thoughts on every selection. We then discuss who the winners and the losers of the draft were and who went higher and lower than we expected.

Rob and Fred continue our round the NFL season reviews and are joined by Jason to discuss the Titans high powered offence which included the leagues top rusher Derrick Henry. Scoring points wasn’t an issue for the Titans but equally they couldn’t keep teams out of their end zone. We discuss the season and look ahead to 2021 where the Titans will be without Offensive Coordinator Arthur Smith as he leaves to become head coach of the Atlanta Falcons
Rob and Fred are joined by Chiefs fan Joey to discuss the team highly fancied to be crowned Super Bowl Champions at the start of the 2020 season. The Chiefs went through the season, sometimes without asserting too much dominance winning 8 games by just one score. Injury concerns to Patrick Mahomes in the play offs made things more difficult and then they lost out on the big prize following a hugely impressive performance by Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We talk through the season and look ahead to what the Chiefs need to do in the off season if they are to regain their crown in 2021.
Fred and Rob are joined by Saints fan Nathan to discuss their season. So much went right at so many points, so why did they fall short? Drew Brees, Taysom Hill and a busted cap are all talked about at length.
Dan and Fred are joined by James to discuss the Browns season. The first where the Browns have had a winning record since 2007. After going 11-5 through the season the Browns then got past the Steelers in the Wildcard weekend before falling in the Divisional weekend to the Kansas City Chiefs in a tight game. Things are looking brighter in Cleveland and after discussing the season we talk through all the off season talking points and discuss how the Browns can continue to build ahead of 2021

The Bears opted against taking Mitch Trubiskys fifth year option and signed Nick Files to compete at QB. Trubisky struggled early on and Nick Foles took over, but less than impressive performances saw Trubisky come back in for the last few games of the season. Trubisky has now moved on and despite talks to trades for the likes of Russell Wilson, the Bears ended up with Andy Dalton. The Bears have gone 8-8 for the last two seasons, something they can no longer do with the addition of the 17th game. We discuss the season in depth plus look at free agency and draft needs.

The story is the same, Brady wins a Super Bowl alongside Gronk and Antonio Brown was there this time for the ride, but it wasn't with the Patriots. As the Patriots move on from the GOAT QB and TE - how did their season go with Cam Newton under centre? What's next for the Patriots as the franchise moves in a new direction and how quickly can they back to competing at the top?

The team struggled before their bye week but Kirk Cousins turned it around afterwards and they ended the season much stronger than they started. They've some weapons on offence and picked up the best WR in the draft in Justin Jefferson. Their problem is whilst they can put up points, they were weak on defence. We go through all the key talking points of the season and then cover team needs in the off season and look ahead to next year.
