In this series of podcasts, I will be discussing the mental health issues that concern the immigrant community in America. I will be talking to multiple people that directly have experience dealing with this issue, such as; a counselor/immigrant, psychologist, immigrant, and a student.
In this episode, we will be talking to Natalie Velasquez, a senior in high school and child to an immigrant. I will be asking her questions about her childhood and growing up with an immigrant mother.
In this episode, I will be talking to Tzion Sonny Dayan about his experience as an immigrant in America, and his mental health challenges in his home country and in America, and the ways that he not only overcome but made peace with his issues.
In this episode, we will be talking to Dr. Marla Liberman who is a clinical psychologist who specializes in children, she will be answering some questions and be discussing some common assumptions.
