This episode of Love Like a River begins a four part series that explores the basics of a Biblical worldview. What are the building blocks of understanding a Biblical worldview? It is our belief that once an individual understands the truths from these four episodes they will be prepared to gain a much greater understanding of the entire Bible. The first of these four (4) episodes is titled - "ONE GOD." and looks at the Biblical statements of God regarding himself as the One, True and Living God. This is the first foundation stone of a Biblical Worldview.
In this episode we ask the Key Question: “Are You IN the Vault of God’s Wealth?”The answer to that question determines if you will experience the Wealth and True Riches of God and His Kingdom.Join us in this series as we seek to make the Wealth of God’s Treasures practical in our everyday life.
The first and second chapters of the book of Ephesians record one of the greatest lists of the Spiritual Riches that every true disciple of Christ possesses, “In Him”.
This Podcast is a brief introduction to our New Series that will uncover those riches and enlighten each of us as to how we can make them practical in our everyday life.
When all of the instruction is completed, when you have finished your training it is time for ACTION.
Jesus said that it was the person who listened to His Words and then ACTED on them, who was building their life on a solid foundation. The one who hears but DOES NOT ACT is fooling themselves and building their life on sand. It will NOT stand the tests and trials of life.(See Matthew Chapter 7:24-27).
This Podcast is a vital reminder that we must TAKE ACTION and ACTUALLY PRAY in order to see the benefits of prayer in our lives and the lives of those whom we pray for.

What do you ask God for on a daily basis?
In the Disciples prayer, Jesus gives us some very specific instructions regarding what we should ask for.
Join us in the sixth chapter of the Gospel of Matthew, as we listen to, and review the instructions he gave to His Disciples.
In this episode we look at that portion of the Disciple’s prayer that asks for God’s will to be done “ON EARTH.”
Jesus instructs us to pray “ Thy will be done, ON EARTH, as it is in Heaven.”
So a natural question would be “How is God’s will done in Heaven?”
Then a follow up question would be, “What does His will look like ON EARTH?”
Jesus prayed, “Not My will, but your will be done”.
Why did He do that? What does it mean to ask for God’s
will in place of your own. What did Jesus want us to
understand about prayer when He gave us the
instruction to pray, “Thy will be done.”

What did Jesus mean when he said “Thy Kingdom come”? What is this “Kingdom” he was talking about? Does the Bible tell us anything about this “Kingdom”? Where is it?
What did Jesus mean by “Come”? Was He really talking about the Kingdom of God coming to the Earth? When did Jesus say that would occur? What does the Bible say about the timing? Should we expect His Kingdom to come during our lifetime?
What does the term “Hallowed be your name”mean?
What was Jesus instructing us to do when He told us to “Pray this way...Hallowed be Your name?
What does it mean to HALLOW someone or something? And How do we do it?

He told them to speak these words and to have this attitude in prayer.

Where should we direct our prayers? We know that our prayers should be directed to God the “FATHER” but where exactly is HE?
Where should we “aim” our prayers?
When we are praying, where are our prayers going? Are they going anywhere? In this short study we look at the DIRECTION and DESTINATION of prayer. Is there a specific place where we should direct our prayers? If Yes, where is it and how should we go about it?
What do you think when you hear the word “Father”? For some this title brings back good memories, for others, pain and fear.
We all have an earthly experience regarding the Father we did or did not know. At a minimum, that individual’s existence gave us life. Beyond biology, our lives were positively or negatively affected by the individual known as “Our Father.”
This Podcast looks at how that earthly relationship affects our relationship with our Heavenly Father and How we can gain a proper perspective of our true Heavenly Father.

Jesus gave His disciples examples of how NOT to PRAY. Our last episode looked at the futility of Pagan Prayer and the clarity and power of true, God focused prayer.
