As a fighter, Scott has a love for adrenaline and the feeling of danger! The feeling of pushing his limits is what brings out the best in him!
Scott’s love for the outdoors provides him with both a place to test his ability’s/train but also an escape from difficult periods in his life and fighting career!

This week I spoke to the incredible Chloe McNiven ! Chloe has had an incredible journey which had led to become the founder of @the.soulhub ✌🏽❄️
Chloe shared how a challenging childhood provided her with the determination to achieve her dream of becoming a professional dancing and travel the world performing on some of the biggest stages possible!
Chloe then found her spiritual self and begun to channel her energy to overcome trauma and find her inner child and peace!

In this episode, I chat to Neil Paterson. Neil's love for the outdoors begun when he was 29yrs old. Before then he lacked confidence and often struggled with his weight which made being active challenging. However at 29, Neil challenged himself to climb Ben Lomond. Following years of watching his father complete Munros, Neil felt it was time to try it for himself. This hike changed his life.
Neil has now completed 222 Munros and plans to complete the final 60 in 2021. Tune in to listen to how a passion for the outdoors has transformed Neil's life and wellbeing. In this episode, I speak to Mike Jennings from the Hike with Mike Foundation. Mike has used his love for the outdoors as a tool to improve the lives of as many people as possible. What started as an idea to help work colleagues beat "Blue Monday" has turned into a foundation that is making huge progress towards improving the lives of others.

In this episode I speak to Emma Pedley, a lifestyle and travel blogger who has been experiencing the benefits of the outdoors her whole life!
By the age of 15, Emma had climbing Snowdonia, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and completed the Tour du Mont Blanc!!
At 21, Emma was diagnosed with Lupus, a chronic illness. This has provided Emma with a different kind of mountain to climb however her positive approach to managing this illness is amazing and deserves to be shared with as many people as possible.

In this episode, I speak to Jamie Neill, the two time Scottish badminton champion who found a love for the outdoors following the end of his professional sports career. The outdoors provided Jamie with the required physical outlet to continue pushing his limits and developing his overall wellbeing. Jamie has taking on some incredible challenges in the outdoors and through this has experience the benefits on his mental wellbeing without this being a focus.
