In this podcast, you will be challenged. If you are willing to move, even and inch, change is inevitable. Each episode will be full of information, so bring a notebook along. Every episode will also include some kind of reflection, journal prompt or practice for you to try in between episodes. These may feel hard to do, but I promise they will create movement. Sometimes when something resonates with you, it can feel positive. But, be aware that many times, conviction can feel uncomfortable. So, if something I say creates discomfort, sit with it. See what God is trying to move in you.
