At the Table with PURE features your hosts, Stephanie Outten and Ereka Thomas. These college friends reconnected after life's ups and downs to form a business partnership that was truly a "marriage" made in heaven.
In Part 3, the final part of this three-part episode, Ereka and Stephanie share how fractures in your friendship can lead to fractures in business partnership. The hosts get so candid in this episode that it led to an off-camera continued discussion to talk about what exactly happened that fractured their friendship for years. But, God had another plan for these two, and He restored their friendship to greater than it was in order for them to operate as one mind, one heart, and one vision for the business He birthed through them - PURE Solutions and Consulting.
These ladies share some tips to keep friends in business from causing fractures in their business partnership:
1) Be open and honest with what is happening in your personal life that could affect the business.
2) Don't hide information from your business partner or mislead them. TRUST is key in business partnership.
3) Don't make any transactions (especially financial ones) without your partner's consent/buy-in.
4) Know your non-negotiables - what you will and will not accept in the business partnership.
