Episode 3: PT Student Burnout ft. Garret Wilson

.

Hey guys! After a short break, we are back talking about the burnout that many of us experience as PT students. This topic is something we don’t discuss often, but we feel needs to be brought up. As you will hear, this has been a topic in the field for over 40 years with research in students withing the last 15 years.

.

Our discussion goes through what burnout is, how it presents in each of us, and some strategies we use, personally, to mitigate or even avoid before it sets in.

.

Hopefully, this resonated with all of you! Please feel free to drop some thoughts below about burnout or some ideas that make this a better learning experience for everyone!
