Hey beloved friends!!! Wow it feels SO good to be doing this again...it's been a while. This was the first and only take of this episode the words just came right out of me (for better and for worse lol) and I'm so excited to put them out there and be doing life with you again from behind the mic tehe... I've been off at uni doing a lot of growing up and learning but I think I'm back with some (hopefully) wise words to share with you. I'm not sure what this next season will look like but I'm so excited to see what God wants to do with it. I just wanted to let you know that without further or do......HERE'S MY UNI DEBRIEF!!! I love that this one isn't as polished as I would hope to make them but I have always said I wanted this pod to be 100% authentic and organic and i guess recording an episode at a campsite is as real as we could get!!! My friend Marcus and I talk about the youth today and how their experiences are so different yet so similar to ours and how that's affecting mental health. We draw from our own experiences in life to from the past and Marcus offers some observations from his work with young people today which bring such insight into the world of young people today. There is something to be taken away from this whether you work with young people or not - there is so much treasure if you look for it. Most importantly with such a heavy topic, our words are not gospel and we are just sharing some thoughts, take the time to discern for yourself and if in doubt check the BIBLE.
