Intuition, internal conlfict, and flow are all pieces of our relationship with our inner selves. This inner self is magical, as it keeps us alive, pumps our blood without thought, breathes air without gasping, and gives us creativity, sadness, passion, fear, joy, anger, and intuition. Intuition is a gift from our inner selves. As beings with a conscious mind, we are constantly interacting with our magical selves, creating/removing resistance, setting boundaries, judging, celebrating, and teaching. Internal conflict is the result of having a subconscious inner self and a conscious self. Flow is our potential when harmonizing our magical selves with our conscious selves. In this podcast, we will explore a practice of connecting with our inner selves and we’ll look at how our relationship with our inner selves creates our internal landscape which then creates our entire existence.
