The Rock E-Church
Jesus made it clear who we are , Matthew 5:13-16
1) Light of the world
2) Salt of the earth
3) City upon the hill that can not be hidden
We are called to make a difference
The gift of discernment is needed more than ever. There principle of God and of the world are being blurred. It is discernment that will separate us
Two reasons, 1)Its by determinant counsel of God. Act 2:22-24. 2)If we do not use the power in us to combat the plan of the enemy. We need to discern how and what needs to be done
Change comes when the heart of man is open to the Word making a difference. There are four types of hearts waste side , stoney, thorny and fruitful. Choose to be fruitful
We are in a time where we have to discipline our ears. If we dont study for ourselves in this time we submit ourselves to wrong doctrine.
What does it take to be great ? intimacy. Deep and intimate work with God will make the difference.
We must choose peace, we must choose peace amongst each other. As believers we peace oriented
Isaiah 58:9
We need to take the word serious. Ephesians 6:10, we need to be strong in the Lord. The strength of the Lord keeps us going in the journey
2 Corinthians 5:7 . We don't walk by physical sight, we walk by spiritual insight and revelation sight.
We need Jesus but we also need favor with men. Men are necessary for our journey as believers. Favor with men is important also.
Colossians 1:29 , energy is required to accomplish the goals we want as believer. Energeo is necessary carry out the work in which God has assigned us
Spirits dont respond to grammar. In the realm of the spirit its the sacrifice of Jesus that makes the difference.
Its important to identify differences in the body of Christ. Knowing the differences in our offices and roles without offense strengthens the work of God.
Dont give up, it might be difficult in the moment but change is coming. Remain encouraged
We can remove competition and contention will be different if we return to how it was in the days of old. Our strengths should be used to help other
Power and strength are needed to complete the assignment that God has given us. The work will be hard to complete with out Gods backing.
Finding the right company, there are people who are genuine and are committed to the will of God. We can not do it alone.
In your journey as a believer we will meet many people, they all will have different functions in our lives. We need to make room for God to use them
A called saints is called for a purpose. In order to complete this its important to be in strong in the Lord.
Another person's failure is yours. It's not a good perspective to generalize people. Dont quit trying
False prophecies come with negative consequences for the hearer and deliverer of the prophecy. Be a vessel of honor and give more attention to doctrine so our discernment is heightened.

In this generation patience is necessary to get results and last. The promises of God can be obtained with patient
James 1:4
Hebrews 10:36
If we ask God is faithful to give. We do not need to covet what another has. God is more than able to provide for us.
As believers we can make Jesus happy. Easter is celebrated everywhere, however we have to be intentional about this day. We have to tell people about Jesus Christ, thats how we can make Christ happy
As believers we have to keep faith. We will experiences challenges but our faith keeps us intact. Keep the faith , we are overcomers
We are stronger with others, when two believers agree on a matter there is power to see the supernatural.
Rejoice with others, the progress of others doesnt hinder what God is doing in our life.
At times we have to take time out of a busy schedule to refresh and realign with God. Taking time allows our strength to be renewed
Not giving up is one the secrets to lasting. As believers we press on and fight till we get to the expected end.
The book of revelations is known for many things , however it is the full display of Jesus Christ. Its divided into 7 sections which all point to Jesus Christ
We are in times where the Word of God is being corrupted. We need to use discernment to differentiate in the spirits behind the teachings
Humility is the key to sustaining Godly character and maintaining that which God has given us.
God provides people to be of help to us in every area of our life. We will experience frustration without the help of others. Lets continue to pray for those who God has assigned to us.
The Word of God has been proven and has passed the test of time. Do not be deceived by what the devil is trying to do by downplaying the efficacy of the Word. God's Word is final
Philippians 1:28
We are to focus on Christ and not on the enemies. Focusing on the devil serves as a distraction
Fighting to building Christian character is our priority. We ought to run from bad character that does resemble Christ.
Knowledge separates people. On our spiritual journey and in our personal dealings ignorance is not helpful
In this time of great deception we need to intensify our spreading of the Word. We combat deception with the truth.
We fast with a leading of the Spirit , our fasting is not because we are following trends.
Human experience is unique, however is for an individual. We are to follow Christ for our build so we can walk in our divine calling.
As believer we should practice modesty.Modesty creates boundaries that prevent us from engaging in inappropriateness.
As believers we need to be careful with our pursuit to be like others. God has made everyone unique in their calling.
As believers we need to be cautious in our speech. We are either condemned or justified by our words.
Success with God comes through His means, lets endeavor to do everything with leading of the Holy Spirit
