In Jeremiah 42:1-22, we see people making their plans to go to Egypt but coming to Jeremiah to seek the Lord's will for them. While it is good to seek God's approval, it is far better to ask for His guidance and direction.
In this devotional, we will explore the importance of surrendering our own desires and submitting to God's will, seeking God's guidance, obeying His voice, and having faith that His plan will prevail. Let us commit to trusting in God's plan for our lives, knowing that He has good things in store for us. Be blessed as you listen!

The story of the road to Emmaus, as told in Luke 24:13-35, reminds us that there are times when we may see Jesus but fail to recognize him. We may be so consumed by our worries, fears, and doubts that we miss his presence in our lives. But as we seek to see Jesus more clearly, we can learn to recognize him in the people and circumstances around us.
In this message, we will reflect on how we can create a space for Jesus to work in our lives and reveal himself to us.
God gives us strength in our weaknesses, and divine ability in disabilities. The story of Gideon teaches us to trust God for strength and not look into our weaknesses.
When God appeared to Gideon, He told him of the task he had ahead for him to deliver his people but look at himself as incompetent to accomplish the task. Gideon only sees weakness in himself as he touches his family background and the his person limitation. He asked God, how can I save Israel?
Most of us have similar moments today when we question God about our abilities. We believe in what the world tells us about our strength and background.
Let God's word concerning your life shall prevail and not what your circumstances say about you. Trust in God and he will bring something good out of your weakness.
Listen to me, In every disability their is divine ability. You can decide to make lemonade out of every lemon that your circumstance throws at you, and popcorn out of the hard corns that you got in life.
Lean on God's grace and strength today!
May you be blessed as you listen to this inspiring message by Isaac Melle.
Most of us struggle with the past. We carry on the past to the extent that we find it difficult to forget. We usually go back to our old life and we start re-living it.
The past is a trap we must avoid as it can deny us the joy of the present and the prize ahead us in future. When Apostle Paul was writing to the church at Ephesus, he wrote in Philippians 3:13. "Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting those things which were behind, I press forward to what lies ahead."
Paul was deliberate about letting go of the past. Like him, let's throw away the burden of the past as it can hinder us from getting the prize. For our Christian race, we need to take the up-look, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.
Don't let yesterday's failures derail you from the goal of your upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Press on for the gold medal prize until you meet the Lord Jesus at the finish line.
At times when we pass through adversity, God may be telling us that don't expect to get out of that thing soon, it's meant for our growth. God may actually want you to grow and develop into a better person through it.
The story of the nation of Israel that were taken captive to Babylon tell much of this. The exiled Jews were expecting a quick deliverance to return home from captivity as falsely prophecied by Hananiah but God later sent Prophet Jeremiah to tell them His plan is different that they were to spend 70 years there. He specifically told to not be in haste to come back but to build houses, give the children out to marry, seek peace in the land and prosper there.
This is unexpected from the exiled Jews but at times God also deals with us in the same manner. We may be expecting a quick answer to a prayer to get out of a trouble and God may be telling us it's not now to get out of it. That he wants us to grow, develop in it and prosper in the situation.
We can prosper and be fruitful in any situation. The presence of problems should not prevent us from being fruitful. God told the Isrealite to remain in the land of captivity, grow and prosper there
Today, God is not only thinking about you but his thought is focused on you. He will bring you out of your adversity soon, earlier than expected.
Trust him today, grow and prosper in this present situation while you wait on Him for deliverance. When you do this, your deliverance will come sooner than expected!

This message on will expose to the power of the word of God as a weapon of spiritual warfare. Listen and be blessed!

Isaac went to meditate when the camels came. Your blessings will come your way at the place of your devotion.

God helped Abraham's servant to choose the right wife for Isaac. To accomplish the tasks requires a sign...a girl who will willingly accept to draw water for Abraham's servant and the camels. Getting enough water to feed the 20 camels requires a miracle for a young girl to do for a stranger but Rebecca whose lifestyle has been a life of kindness and generosity was able to accomplish that feat.
God wants us to be kind, passionate and ever ready for His task. Do you still wait to be pushed before you show an act of kindness? Are you ready to go the extra mile to help people?
Your promotion in life is tied to your act of kindness and commitment to God's assignment. This message by Isaac Melle will inspire you to live a life full of kindness and get passionate about the Lord's business. Be blessed as you listen!
Do you desire to prosper in life? Then you need to gain knowledge. The knowledge you gain will give you power to do all things. One of the best place to acquire spiritual knowledge is from the scripture. And according to Joshua 1:8, when you read the scripture and profess it day and night, it will make your way prosperous...that is, give you supernatural enablement or ability to prosper.
There are two forms of knowledge, gnosis and epignosis. The latter epignosis in Greek means full knowledge. God wants us to gain full knowledge of Him. Since the word of God is God (John 1:1), we can gain full knowledge of God through His word, the Bible.
As believers, we are in dire need of knowledge. We must seek to gain spiritual knowledge. Spiritual knowledge can be classified into these categories; interlectual, experiential and revelational knowledge.
Seek and obtain knowledge today and your ways shall be prosperous.
