Our Host, Harry Mitterbauer, breaks down the common misconceptions in fitness by bringing on experts in every sport. Harry will not hesitate in telling you what you think is bull. He's here to tell you the facts about fitness backed by years of experience.

Harry has always been an athlete and a fitness aficionado. He competed in the international Alpine Ski Circuit and played soccer on various Austrian teams. Following his passion, he then obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Movement Science from the Sports University of Salzburg in Austria. He then continued with post-graduate studies at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, one of the most respected institutions in the fitness industry, receiving Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) degrees.

Harry’s experience allows him to understand the needs of athletes as well as the physical and psychological demands placed on them. The knowledge he has acquired through education and certifications gives him the ability to recognize and understand the application of human movement science.

Special guest Dr. Heath McAllister, ND and his expertise on the value of nutritional supplements and Nutrient Infusion IV-Therapy.

Dr. McAllister is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire and later with honors from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. He then went on to complete a general medicine residency. Dr. McAllister has served as faculty at several health-care institutions including Bastyr University in San Diego. Dr. McAllister combines the best of modern medicine with the most effective alternative therapies in order to offer a customized approach to each person’s health challenges specifically tailored to their individual needs. Dr. McAllister received specialized trained in Prolotherapy from the Hackett-Hemwall Foundation. Prolotherapy is a type of injection therapy designed to rehabilitate damaged tendons, ligaments, and joints as well as reduce pain. He finds this therapy extremely effective and one of the few that adequately addresses these issues. Dr. McAllister is originally from Maine where he was instilled with an intense fascination with nature. In his free time he enjoys foreign travel, cooking, hiking, and wildflower photography.
