Introduction to Urban Climatology: Recent Episodes

Justin Oogjes

I’m completing my PhD in urban climatology at the University of Melbourne. Previously, I completed a Masters degree at Monash University with a focus on environmental governance, while also completing a minor thesis in aerosol physics, understanding the effects of bushfire smoke on maximum air temperatures in Darwin, Australia. My PhD project has appeared on ABC TV in Australia, and I have appeared in university promotions for science and environment. You can view these on my LinkedIn page. I am interested in gardening, traveling, hiking and some gaming. I live with my wife, Luna, in Melbourne, Australia, near the Yarra and Dandenong Ranges.
