The main points of this week's audio message include:
Review: It is important to review past material and synthesize course material. Application of this material to the field, and making it a part of practice, are critical.
Research Papers. All papers will be vetted through a plagiarism software.
Criminal Enterprise Armies; Narco-terrorists. The CEAs and Naro-terrorists are an increasing threat to US national security and other states. The expansion of capabilities, areas of operation, infrastructure, and weaponization and complexity of operations is troubling.
