The son of Haitian immigrants, Dr. Narcisse moved with his family to Long Island, New York, in the pursuit of a better life for him and his siblings. As an English language learner, Dr. Narcisse learned to navigate both the social and academic obstacles that confront millions of students today. His success as a student led him to enroll at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Mr. Patrick Watson spent most of his educational career in the West Bloomfield School District at West Bloomfield High School where he worked continuously to inspire students and staff for 26 years. He started in the classroom teaching, was a dedicated coach for baseball and basketball, served in the dual role of District Athletic Director and Assistant Principal, and finally as principal.
Mr. Patrick Watson received his Bachelors of Science in History and Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. He returned to EMU where he earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching and a Specialist in Education in Educational Leadership and Administration.
His extensive community involvement includes serving on the With One Voice and Kevin’s Song Advisory Boards on Suicide Prevention. He received the Spirit of the Community Award from the West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce and is active in the National Alliance of Black School Educators. Dr. Michael J. Mantel has dedicated much of his life to mobilizing churches to bring water to the world’s thirsty while sharing the love of Jesus Christ. As the president and CEO of Living Water International, a faith-based global humanitarian organization, Mike is a firm believer in the miracle of safe water, and in the biblical vision of the unity of the Body of Christ.
Since 2008, Mike has led Living Water International through years of unprecedented growth by helping church communities around the world become more effective agents of gospel-driven change. Thirsting for Living Water is a response to the desire of many American churches to help their people find adventure and purpose in God’s redemption story. Mike’s 30 years of experience working with churches in the US and around the world offers a unique perspective on the global Church, as does his passion for helping church communities come alive through world-changing action.
After earning a business degree from Calvin College in 1983 and a decade in business, Mike witnessed firsthand the impact of water when he visited impoverished rural communities in Senegal, West Africa, where his then-employer was sponsoring the drilling of wells. It was during this trip where Mike felt a divine invitation to help thirsty people access clean water—a catalyst for physical and spiritual change.
Prior to joining Living Water International, Mike led various teams at World Vision, earned a PhD in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, enjoyed many years in business, and received the Distinguished Alumni Award from his alma mater Calvin College.
Recently honored by the Houston Business Journal as a Most Admired CEO, Mike has authored, contributed to, or been featured in, articles in the Houston Business Journal, Houston Chronicle, USA Today, Chicago Tribune, Christianity Today, as well as other publications and a number of books.
Mike serves as an elder at Grace Presbyterian Church. He, his wife Natalie, and their four daughters have traveled the world in service with others, and he cherishes the opportunity to invite others to make a difference at home, among near neighbors, and even to the ends of the earth.

Dr. Kevin Tulipana, President and CEO, Arizona Market and Hospital Medicine physician at Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), Phoenix, is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. An ordained deacon with the Catholic Church, Dr. Tulipana is finely tuned to both the physical and spiritual needs of his patients.
Dr. Tulipana earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery. From 2000 to 2003, he was a resident in Family Medicine at Mercy/Mayo Family Medical Center, serving as chief resident from 2002 to 2003.
From 2003 to 2010, Dr. Tulipana provided traditional family medical care at a large regional medical center in Missouri. He then served as Hospitalist at a large health-care facility in Oklahoma. During his career, Dr. Tulipana has also held several administrative positions focused on quality improvement, operations, payer relations, innovation, and other aspects of patient care. He joined CTCA®in January 2015.

Dr. Andraé Townsel is a graduate of Detroit Public Schools (Cass Tech High School). He attended Howard University as a student athlete (football scholarship) in 2002. Mr. Kirby is serving Lake Orion Community Schools as the superintendent after his selection as the LOCS Superintendent by a unanimous 7-0 vote at the board meeting on Monday, June 29, 2020. He has successfully led the district while educating students during the pandemic. The district has supported approximately 7,000 learners in-person, remotely, and virtually.
Previously an assistant superintendent in South Lyon Community Schools since January 2018, Mr. Kirby was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Public Relations and overseeing the Transportation and Athletic Departments.
Before joining South Lyon, Mr. Kirby worked as an associate superintendent in Ionia Public Schools from July 2007 – January 2018. Shauna Reitmeier serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Northwestern Mental Health Center, Inc. for a six-county rural and frontier Community Mental Health Center in NW Minnesota and has over 20 years of administrative and clinical experience. Mr. Ulmer was born and raised in Orangeburg, SC. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and was commissioned to a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Army as a Medical Service Corps Officer from South Carolina State University in 1993. He earned his Master’s Degree in Hospital Services Management and Human Resources Development from Webster University in 2000.
Mr. Ulmer served in the United States Army for over 24 years with multiple deployments and assignments. His career included Medical Platoon Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division to a Healthcare Administrator for Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Mr. Ulmer retired as the Executive Officer of the Four Star Army Headquarters Forces Command Operations Readiness Division. Highlights of his military career include, three Combat Tours, Army Command and General Staff College graduate, achieving the Expert Field Medical Badge, and being awarded The Bronze Star Medal for his actions in the Iraq War.
Upon retirement in 2012 from Fort Bragg, NC Mr. Ulmer worked for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control as the state Emergency Medical Services for Children Public Health Administrator. In this role he was directly responsible for managing and executing a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services federal grant designed to focus upon the special needs of pediatric patients in emergency situations, ultimately reducing the mortality and morbidity of pediatric patient outcomes throughout the state of South Carolina. Mr. Ulmer also served as the United States Army, Fort Jackson, SC installation Public Health Administrator. He spearheaded the planning, organizing, and execution of the Community Health Promotion Council responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent high-risk incidents across the installation. Prior to coming onboard here at Heart of Florida Health Center Mr. Ulmer was recruited by the CEO of Rural Health Services, Inc. (Federally Qualified Health Center), Aiken, SC to serve as the Chief Operating Officer. He assumed oversight responsibility for all services, activities, and operations of the organization. In just two years Mr. Ulmer has made a tremendous impact to the patients and community of Ocala and Marion county.

Matthew Morin is a serial entrepreneur who got started at a very young age. Any time he and his brother, Kevin, learned a new skill they tried to figure out how to make it a business. Whether they were repairing bikes, fixing boats, or shoveling snow, they always had some sort of project or business idea blooming. When Matt was 19 years old (and Kevin only 16) they learned how to build computers through a Boy Scout project. Less than a year later, they opened Macro Computer Services, which was later renamed Macro Connect. Matt has been the CEO of Macro Connect since its inception in 1997.
Over the past 23 years, Macro Connect has grown to 30 employees and now generates over $4 million in revenue per year. Its main focus is providing IT and data support to K12 schools around the country. While Macro Connect is their primary business, that habit of starting new things never died. Over the past 20 years, Matt and Kevin have also owned and sold a successful restaurant in Downtown Detroit, renovated a 120 year old former police station in the McDougall-Hunt Neighborhood of Detroit and turned it into a coworking space, and patented the concept of a robotic buoy that can automatically set up sailboat race courses using an app on your phone. These buoys, called MarkSetBots are currently used all over the world including the US, Monaco, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Germany. While Kevin's passion burns brightest for technology, Matt is driven by a desire to create amazing experiences for their customers and to build a truly great team of people who care about each other and change the world through their work.
Ashley Kjos, PsyD, L.P. is a Minnesota licensed psychologist (#LP5534) and the Chief Executive Officer of Woodland Centers, a community mental health center which has its main office in Willmar, MN. Dr. Kjos earned her Master’s (2009) and PsyD (2011) in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. After being a staff psychologist at Woodland Centers from 2011 to 2014 then the Clinical Director from 2014 to 2016, she became its CEO in 2016.
As CEO, Dr. Kjos is responsible for the overall coordination of the internal operations of the private, not for profit CMHC with a seven county catchment area in west central Minnesota. The CMHC has a $13M budget; 180 employees including 45 behavioral healthcare professionals; and a robust continuum of outpatient, rehabilitative, and residential behavioral healthcare programs serving youth and adults. The CEO also provides professional assistance to the Board of Directors; manages activities and relationships with external entities in order to enhance the organization’s mission and viability; and is responsible for the budgeting and fiscal management of the organization. As Clinical Director and a staff psychologist her clinical duties included diagnostic assessments; psychological testing; individual and group psychotherapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; crisis assessments; crisis intervention and stabilization; clinical supervision; and public presentations.
