The concept of Cyberbacker originally started and was first implemented in The Good Life Group, a real estate company of our CEO Craig Goodliffe. Craig believes that equal opportunities should be given and great talents can be found from anywhere in the globe.
Cyberbacker was established on January of 2018 with a goal of partnering great individuals to clients who share the same values and characters. We believe that like-minded individuals working towards the same goals or business have the highest capacity of growing. Cyberbacker aims to provide premium and world-class services to their partners. Today, in just the span of three years, we are servicing 3000+ and growing, delighted and satisfied clients.
Craig Goodliffe helps growth minded, emerging business owners, one Cyberbacker at a time.
Craig, the founder and CEO of Cyberbacker, works with international people specifically located in the Philippines. These hard-working people taking care of each family member in their household makes him wonder about whoâs going to take care of them when the time comes. Cyberbackerâs mission as an organization is to help our cyberbackers with retirement and being able to support while giving back to their community. Craig has started hiring internationally since 2012, and seeing the great talent of some Filipinos who worked in the call center industry before, he started hiring and built a great team to go through a hundred applications to find that one great person who meets our caliber and our criteria.
It all started with Craigâs colleague asking him about his secret. Even though they do the same job in real estate, Craig still has a lot of time to do other things and even rest every night and weekend. He revealed that having a great assistant is a life-changing experience, and another entrepreneur turned to Craig for help. This turned out to be Cyberbackerâs starting point, and from that point onward, we have experienced an explosive growth, from 120 cyberbackers by the end of 2018, to almost 1,900 cyberbackers by October 2021. These talented, highly-trained professionals from across the globe can help you with various things, from social media management to building a world-class website, any taxing or mundane administrative tasks that needs to be done can be easily finished. If you find the perfect fit that matches your needs after visiting our website, we are going to find you someone fantastic and train them depending on your given job description or do a quick dive to gather more information about your business and know exactly what you want. Our goal is to be able to partner with you to create more opportunities for you, your business, and your cyberbacker.

The first three models in the MREA taught how, as an individual agent, you could create and build a successful real estate career. The Organizational Model outlines how to exponentially grow your business by leveraging the talents of other people to handle administrative, buyer, and seller duties.
**Hey guys! KT here.
This is the last episode we are uploading using zoom as our recroding software. We have finally upgraded to give you all a better listening experience! We hope you enjoy the new and improved KT Temple Podcast.
Your financial freedom begins when you stick to a budget. It may seem counterintuitive that adhering to a strict plan for spending will ultimately lead to the freedom to spend your money â and time â in ways that are most important to you, but itâs true.
The keys to budget success are to implement the MREAâs Budget Model early in your business, keep it simple, plan annually, review regularly, and stick to it.
Whereas the Economic Model helps you understand where your money is coming from, the Budget Model explains what happens to that revenue between the time you receive it as gross revenue and keep it as net income. Its purpose is to highlight where you should focus your attention to reap the highest dividends.

Kent and KT talk to Jospeh Klosik about the lead generation model in the second segment of our 4 models of real estate.Â
Outlined in the MREA, lead generation is one of the Three Ls of a successful real estate business; leads, listings, and leverage; or the 20% that will yield you 80% of your results. Yet many agents struggle with maintaining a successful lead generation strategy or start veering away from it. Keller explains how lead generation must continue to be your most important focus, no matter how successful you become.
This week Kent and KT look at Hootsuite's annual social media trends guide to figure out what agents should be focusing on to help build their businesses through social media in 2023.Â
KT and Kent talk to Jon McLeod about how he is helping agents expand their business using the tools they proved at the Kristen Cole Network.
Expansion allows agents to tap into an already established business without all the monetary demands. We talk about when and why agents should consider joining an expansion team and what questions you should ask during the process.
Jon McLeod has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years with over 500 transactions in his career. Currently, Jon is a Regional Expansion Director for The Kristan Cole Network, Growth Director for Denny Grimes and Team in Naples, FL and a Keller Williams MAPS Coach. In his spare time Jon enjoys being with his family, cycling, playing guitar ad fishing. Jon can be reached at 239-357-8938 or via email: jonmcleod@kw.com
Whether youâre struggling to build a real estate career or focused on taking your team to the next level, step one is to understand the Economic Model laid out in pages 129-132 of the MREA.
The Economic Model is a formula that shows how your investments and performance in key areas of business work together to produce net income. Unlike other complicated methods, it makes a clear connection between your desired net income goal and the basic activities that will lead to that number. In short, itâs a simple formula for how your real estate business will make money.
Itâs that simple.

Bill and KT talk about how to build an international coaching company. We also talk about how to become a coach as well as how to hire a coach and be coachable.
About Bill:
2008 may have been the worst time to get into real estate⌠or it may have been the best time. I had spent 5+ years cutting my teeth on building businesses, hiring, and managing a private restaurant group, but I was desperate for a new path and career opportunity.
In my first year of real estate, I had only made $18,000 in commission income and I was ready to hang it up and go back to the restaurant industry. To be honest, I was doubting myself, my abilities, the market, and almost everything else.
As a last ditch effort, I decided to attend a conference for a large national real estate franchise. To my surprise, I encountered hundreds of agents who were having the best years of their careers in what was arguably one of the worst real estate markets of our lifetime.
A 27 year-old at the time, I was either naive enough or smart enough (likely the former) to believe that I could replicate what I saw them doing. Lucky for me, it actually worked.
Fast forward, and over the past decade Iâve done almost everything you could imagine in the real estate business, and I have the t-shirts and battle scars to prove it! Some of the highlights have been:
In mid-2017, after spending the previous two years on the road, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted to spend my nights at home with my family instead of in hotels, while still being able to work with highly successful real estate agents. Shortly after, Middleton Elite Coaching was born. In a brief period of time, MEC has gone from non-existent to being the âsecret weaponâ of many top real estate teams across the country.
When Iâm not coaching and training top sales people, my wife, Sarah, and I are running 1,000mph raising our 3 young boys: coaching baseball, going on family trips, enjoying the beach, and watching Disney movies on repeat.

Matt is in the top 1% of all Outer Banks Brokers and has over $475M in sales volume.
Jospeh and KT talk about what activities agents should be focusing on during this shift and the mindset that they should have around it.
Joseph started in real estate in the Atlanta area in 2001 with Keller Williams Realty. After working as a sales agent for 4 years and then spending 6 years as a team leader, (BIC) and coach, Joseph joined his wife Lynne in her sales business to form Salt Marsh Properties, within Keller Williams. On the team, Joseph serves as the listing specialist and CFO. Joseph currently serves as the Operating Principal for the Keller Williams Charleston â West Ashley Market Center as well as the Broker in Charge and investor in multiple Market Centers. His biggest passions are teaching and coaching agents, which have led him to travel the country in order to do this; he has helped real estate agents build their businesses and create lives worth living.
In 2018, Joseph was accepted into the Keller Williams Realty International Master Faculty, a group of fewer than 50 people worldwide within Keller Williams. Having served on Grievance, Professional Standards, the MLS BOD and as a past president of the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing service, Joseph has spent many years serving the local agent community, advocating for them to be able to build their business as entrepreneurs. Joseph and his wife Lynne live in Mount Pleasant where they are active in their church, Saint Peters. Having hearts and the time to serve, they dedicate as much time to the churchâs local ministries as well as traveling out of the country to come alongside a ministry in Honduras. In their downtime, you can usually find them on the boat or hanging out with their dogs at their home, enjoying this beautiful Lowcountry.
Keith and KT discuss how Keith became successful in real estate so quickly while at the same time taking care of his physical health and getting in shape.
Keith OâHare (Keith O) is a real estate agent with Keller Williams Legacy in Apex, North Carolina. Keith O covers the broader Triangle area of North Carolina working with both sellers and buyers. In 2021, Keith O closed 40 transactions and $19.4 million in volume and ranked as one of the top individual agents in his office. Keith O prides himself on using a relational approach to real estate and works predominantly by referral with repeat clients, raving fans, and agent referrals. Follow Keith O on Instagram (@keithorealty) for a fun and engaging take on real estate or learn more at keithorealty.com.Â
Blake and KT Temple discuss Blakes's journey to becoming a real estate agent and how he in just a few years built out a team and took ownership with in his own brokerage.
About Blake: From the time I was 6 years old, I was drawing houses. My heart has been in real estate since, literally, as long as I can remember. I love all kinds of architecture and most importantly, I love helping find the best fit for them. I have been in real estate since 2003; I've seen the great times, I've seen some tough times.
The Ginther Group motto is simply this, whether you're looking to buy or sell now, 3 months from now, or over a year from now, it's never too soon to start the process. We're here to communicate clear expectations and plans from the very beginning, unlike many agents (and us for many years), we've learned to clearly lay out the path from the beginning; Everyone wins when this is done.
You can buy or sell with anyone, give us 20 minutes to show you what sets us apart from the pack.
Matt and I dive into how he built his team and how this leverage was able to keep his business running while he was recovering from a Kidney Transplant. We also talk about wealth building through real estate and how building good habits early on was the key to his success.
Matt has lived in the triangle since 1980 and graduated from
Cary High. Matt next attended North Carolina State University, graduating magna cum laude in 2002 and
began his career as a high school math teacher and basketball coach. After working a "summer job" as a
fill-in agent for a local builder, Matt discovered a passion and talent for real estate sales. He realized that
educating his clients and coaching them through the sales process mimicked much of what he loved
about teaching, and so began his successful career in real estate!
After a few years gaining accolades as a top onsite sales professional with a consistent 100% customer
satisfaction score from every client he assisted, Matt went into general brokerage and established The
Perry Group in 2011. His passion for helping his clients has resulted in a referral base of over 85% for his
business. Under his leadership, The Perry Group has been recognized as Top 10 among all 11,000+
Triangle Area real estate brokers for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. In addition to running The Perry Group, Matt is the Operating Principal for the Keller Williams Elite Realty office in the Triangle.
The Perry Group has earned many awards, Matt's most cherished is the "Best Reputation" Award they received from Triangle Real Producers Magazine. This award is backed up by the hundreds of 5 Star
Google reviews from clients and fans.
