Stop treating your pain like a verdict. We explore why so many of us secretly believe we’re “broken” and how that belief hijacks our choices, our boundaries, and our capacity to love. Through candid stories, compassionate reframes, and grounded practices, we map a path from shame to sovereignty—where every crack holds the gold of your becoming.
We unpack how self-abandonment takes root in cultural messages, family patterns, and even well-meaning therapeutic labels. Then we flip the script: pain isn’t a punishment, it’s a portal. You’ll hear how grief can mature into wisdom, how anger can clarify worth, and how fear can fuel growth when met with presence instead of avoidance. We offer a powerful cracked-bowl metaphor—honoring scars as luminous seams—plus mindful coping tactics you can use tonight: setting limits with numbing behaviors, grounding the nervous system, and choosing neutrality to open a channel for guidance.
Along the way, we share affirmations that rewire the inner voice from “fix yourself” to “remember yourself,” and we introduce guided meditations designed to anchor wholeness while you heal. If you’ve ever wondered whether your hardest moments mean you’re less than, this conversation offers a kinder truth: you’re a masterpiece in progress, not a problem to fix. Press play, reflect with us, and consider which crack in your story holds hidden gold. If this resonated, subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs a reminder that they’re becoming, not broken.

The noise of change can feel relentless—alarms from the news, shifting routines at home and work, and that tug to control what won’t be controlled. We invite you into a different cadence: a quiet, breath-led practice that helps you release the grip, soothe anxiety, and reconnect with the steady part of you that has been here all along.
We start by getting comfortable and letting distractions fall to the edges, then practice observing the breath without trying to fix it. That simple shift—witnessing rather than managing—settles your nervous system and reveals the spacious pause after each exhale where effort ends and trust begins. From there, we speak to the reality of change: even positive choices can spark fear. You’ll learn to meet that tension with compassion, choose safety for yourself and others, and zoom out to the bigger picture of what truly matters.
Together we explore an image of the inner self as a bright, grounded presence, then gently merge it with the outer personality that navigates daily life. This alignment reduces the split between who you are and what you do. We reframe anxiety as tiny floating leaves—seen, named, and transformed as your inner light expands—shifting worry into ease, doubt into confidence, and fear into love. You’ll leave with a practical way to come back to center anytime: notice the breath breathing itself, feel the pause, and remember that you can choose your words, actions, and attention even when the world is loud.
If this practice helps you find a little more calm and clarity, share it with someone who needs a steady breath today. Subscribe for more guided sessions, and leave a review to tell us what shifted for you.

Ever been told—quietly or loudly—that something in you needs fixing? We open a sacred space to challenge that script and guide you back to a steadier truth: nothing about your worth is broken. Across this gentle, immersive meditation, we start with the body—softening the jaw, relaxing the shoulders, and letting the belly loosen—so your nervous system gets the message that you’re safe. From there, we settle into the breath’s natural rhythm, the easiest doorway to presence, and trust gravity to hold what we’ve been holding alone.
With your body grounded, we introduce a simple visualization: a bowl placed before you. It’s a container for what you’re ready to release—old shame, tight stories, or the belief that you must be perfect to be loved. Then we turn to language that heals. Together, we practice precise affirmations—“Healing is remembering who I am,” “I choose to release the belief that something is wrong with me,” “I am a living work of divine art”—so the mind has new paths to walk when stress flares. You’ll hear a powerful reframe: your radiance grows not despite your story but because of it. Rather than erasing your past, we integrate it as a source of warmth, courage, and compassion.
We close by returning to the body: wiggle your fingers and toes, feel your lungs, notice the support beneath you. Hold three anchors as you move into your day: you are not broken, you are beloved, you are becoming. If this practice steadied you, share it with someone who needs gentleness today, subscribe for future meditations, and leave a short review—what truth will you carry forward?

What if the relationship everyone calls “codependent” is really a survival plan no one saw? We unpack the quiet, punishing script that so many families pass down—once you leave home, you can’t go back—and show how that belief traps people in toxic situations long after the Instagram smiles fade. Through a raw, compassionate story of a young woman who hid a decade of harm because she thought the door was closed, we name the pattern for what it is: generational exile trauma. And once you can name it, you can change it.
We draw a clear line between emotional codependency and survival under duress, explaining why the same behavior—staying—can have different roots and needs. Instead of shaming labels, we offer a trauma-informed lens and practical tools: what an open-door policy sounds like, how to make options explicit before crisis hits, and why concrete resourcing—beds, rides, deposits, safety planning—must sit alongside nervous system care. If you’re a parent, caregiver, or friend, you’ll learn how to model a safe return without judgment. If you’re surviving, you’ll hear language and steps that widen your choices and quiet the spiral of “I’m a burden.”
We also share a reflection practice, affirmations that reframe survival as strength, and a simple lineage-clearing prayer to release the “door is closed” belief. This is tender work and fiercely practical: part story, part strategy, all in service of safety, dignity, and connection. By replacing mislabels with truth and shame with support, we make room for exits that heal and a future where independence isn’t exile—it’s freedom with a home to return to.
If this conversation resonates, share it with someone who needs to hear “the door is always open,” subscribe for more trauma-informed insights, and leave a review to help others find the show.

A quiet room. A slow breath. Then a simple truth surfaces: you were never trapped, and the door to safety has been open the whole time. We invite you into a guided meditation that moves gently from breathwork to visualization, from honoring ancestral survival to naming and releasing the patterns of exile that kept love at arm’s length. The tone is soft but firm—there’s no rushing, no fixing, just a series of choices that let your body learn what your mind may already know.
We begin by shifting the nervous system out of survival mode with calm, repeatable cues—inhale safety, exhale fear; inhale strength, exhale shame. From that grounded place, you’ll meet a younger version of yourself in a room heavy with uncertainty and walk together toward a glowing door that whispers welcome. Stepping through becomes a ritual of consent and belonging, a way to feel the relief of home without abandoning the past self who needed you most.
We also speak directly to generational trauma—the closed doors, the silent messages, the burden myth—and offer language that honors ancestors while refusing to pass along their pain. Through clear affirmations—home is sanctuary, help is holy, I am never a burden—we replace the old script with a true one that can live in your breath and body. By the time you open your eyes, you’re carrying a story that doesn’t erase survival but reframes it as strength, not destiny.
If this practice meets you where you are, share it with someone who needs a soft place to land. Subscribe for more guided meditations and gentle conversations about healing, and leave a review to tell us which line stayed with you. Your words help others find the open door.

Take a deep breath and center yourself. Whether you're preparing for or recovering from challenging family dynamics, this guided meditation creates a peaceful space for profound transformation.
Through a powerful metaphor of a leaky boat, we explore the exhaustion of constantly bailing water to keep others afloat. You've been holding that heavy bucket for so long - scooping, straining, your arms and heart aching with effort. Yet somehow, you've kept going because someone convinced you it was your responsibility.
The meditation gently guides you to set down this burden and expand your awareness beyond the narrow focus of crisis management. All around you stretches a vast, shimmering lake of possibility - your life, your freedom. On the shore wait all the materials you need to build something new: a vessel that truly supports you and carries you toward your heart's desires.
When you whisper to yourself, "It is not my job to carry someone else's leaky boat," something profound shifts. This isn't abandonment - it's recognition of a fundamental truth. You're free to build your own vessel and navigate your own waters. The lightness that comes with this realization is both exhilarating and grounding.
As you walk toward shore, ready to create a life guided by love, strength and freedom, know that you have everything you need. You've always had it. You got this - not because someone else says so, but because deep down, you know it's true. This meditation isn't just about visualization; it's about reclaiming your power and giving yourself permission to thrive rather than merely survive.

Sanctuary awaits within you. This guided meditation opens the doorway to deep inner healing by creating a safe, nurturing space where your nervous system can finally unwind.
Begin by visualizing a protective golden light surrounding your body – a boundary where you're untouchable, where no harm can reach you. For those who grew up feeling unsafe or unloved, this practice acknowledges the survival strategies you developed and honors them with compassion. "You survived, you adapted, you did what you had to do" – these words validate your journey while creating space for something new to emerge.
The heart of this meditation lies in reconnecting with your younger self. Through a powerful visualization, you'll approach your inner child with the understanding and protection they longed for. "I'm here now. You're not alone. I've got you," you'll say, offering the emotional holding that may have been absent. This tender reconnection allows for the release of outdated survival beliefs like "I have to earn love" or "I'm not enough" – narratives that protected you once but now limit your expansion.
As old stories unwind from your being, new truths take root: "I am inherently worthy. Love no longer requires my suffering. I am allowed to be seen, heard, and celebrated." The practice culminates in a profound reclamation of your scattered energy and power, calling back every fragment you've given away in the pursuit of safety and acceptance. Feel yourself becoming whole again as you declare: "I reclaim my voice. I reclaim my heart. I reclaim my truth."
Remember, healing isn't linear, and transformation happens in layers. Return to this practice whenever you need to remember the truth: You are not broken – you are becoming. Welcome home to yourself.

Have you been carrying the weight of others' emotions for so long that you've forgotten the sound of your own voice? This transformative guided meditation creates a sacred space for you to reconnect with your authentic self and release the emotional burdens that were never yours to bear.
We begin by granting ourselves the simplest yet most profound permission—to rest, to feel, and to exist without apology. As the meditation unfolds, you'll visualize a golden light of truth growing in your heart center, illuminating parts of yourself that have remained in shadow. Through a powerful encounter with your inner child, you'll offer the compassion and validation that your younger self has been waiting for: "You don't have to protect anyone's feelings to be loved."
The journey continues as we face the complicated relationships that taught us to silence ourselves. Without blame or bitterness, we acknowledge the human fragility of those who made love feel conditional, releasing ourselves from the patterns of people-pleasing and emotional caretaking. "I forgive you," we say, "not because it was okay, but because I am ready to be free."
The meditation culminates in a series of affirmations that serve as anchors for your newly reclaimed voice: "I am rooted in my truth. Their emotions are not my responsibility. I choose peace over performance." These aren't just words—they're medicine for your soul, reminding you that you belong to yourself now.
Listen to this meditation whenever you feel yourself slipping back into old patterns of silencing your truth to keep others comfortable. Your authentic voice is not just your birthright—it's your gift to a world in need of genuine connection. Subscribe to receive more guided practices designed to help you return to yourself, one breath at a time.

We unpack the hidden role of the confident child who becomes an emotional dumping ground for a vulnerable narcissist parent, and offer a path to healing through boundaries and self-compassion.
• Vulnerable narcissists often choose one child as their emotional confidant, creating a damaging pattern of parentification
• Unlike traditional parentification (cooking, cleaning), this role involves deeper emotional exploitation as the child becomes the parent's emotional regulator
• Children in this role develop identity fusion, believing their worth is tied to how well they can soothe others' emotions
• The "leaky boat" metaphor illustrates how the child is tasked with keeping the parent afloat while never learning to build their own boat
• Healing involves building inner safety, identifying inherited core beliefs, developing sovereign boundaries, and ending self-abandonment
• Six steps to navigate relationships with vulnerable narcissists include seeing the wound behind the behavior, releasing hope for accountability, and practicing guilt-free boundaries
• Reparenting your inner child is essential, speaking daily affirmations like "you are safe now" and "I will never abandon you again"

You may carry grief that isn't yours, patterns that don't feel like your truth, or fears with no identifiable origin in your own life. This isn't coincidence – it's generational trauma, the emotional and psychological pain passed down through your family line.
What if your DNA carries more than just physical traits? Research in epigenetics has shown that when your ancestors experienced traumatic events – war, poverty, abuse, displacement – their bodies responded by altering gene expression to help them survive. These changes were passed down through sperm and egg, impacting how you respond to stress and process emotions today.
The weight of this inherited trauma shows up as chronic anxiety, self-sabotaging patterns, relationship struggles that mirror your parents' dynamics, or a persistent sense of not belonging. These aren't character flaws – they're ancestral burdens you never consciously agreed to carry. But someone needs to break the cycle, or it will keep repeating. That someone can be you.
Through powerful healing modalities like inner child and ancestor work, somatic healing, forgiveness practices, and timeline visualization, you can transform this burden into blessing. When you face and feel what your ancestors couldn't, their survival becomes your sovereignty, their silence becomes your voice, and their pain becomes your soul's purpose. You become the bridge between what was and what can be.
This journey isn't just about healing yourself – it's about liberating your entire lineage. By choosing to untangle these ancestral knots, you heal seven generations backward and forward in a spiral of time. The ancestors who once wept in silence now walk beside you in reverence as you become the living prayer they never knew how to say.
Listen to the end for information about a guided meditation for clearing generational trauma – a sacred journey of healing for you, your ancestors, and the generations yet to come. What if you were born to heal your family tree?

Healing doesn't stop with you—it flows backward through your ancestral line and forward to future generations yet unborn. This transformative guided meditation takes you on a sacred journey to become the chain breaker your lineage has been waiting for.
We begin by grounding deeply into Mother Earth's supportive embrace, creating a safe container for the profound work ahead. As your ancestral line appears behind you—parents, grandparents, and countless others stretching back through time—you'll create space to honor their wisdom while gently releasing their unresolved pain. Through vivid visualization, you'll witness heavy burdens of trauma, abandonment, and heartache dissolve into the earth, freeing your ancestors from centuries-old wounds.
The meditation then guides you to cleanse your very DNA, visualizing those luminous strands being untangled and restored to harmony. Through powerful affirmations like "I release what does not belong to me" and "I choose freedom," you actively participate in rewiring inherited patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps most powerfully, you'll send healing forward to future generations, declaring "the cycle is broken, you are free"—a gift of liberation that transforms your entire lineage.
Whether you're actively working through known family trauma or simply feel called to lighten the unconscious burdens you carry, this meditation creates profound shifts in your relationship with your ancestral inheritance. Many listeners report sensing their ancestors' gratitude, experiencing emotional release, or feeling physically lighter afterward. This isn't just personal healing—it's sacred work that ripples through time in all directions.

Toxic love masquerades as intimacy while systematically dismantling your self-trust and identity until you believe your very survival depends on someone else. This powerful episode exposes the mechanics behind one of the darkest forms of emotional manipulation that often goes unrecognized and unaddressed.
At its core, abusive relationships operate through five devastating tactics: eroding your self-trust with constant criticism, creating financial or practical dependency, weaponizing guilt and loneliness, using intermittent reinforcement (the unpredictable cycle of kindness followed by cruelty), and gradually stealing your identity until you forget who you were before them. When these tactics succeed, leaving feels impossible—not just emotionally, but physically. Your nervous system becomes chemically addicted to the relationship dynamics, creating withdrawal symptoms that feel like you're dying when you try to break free.
What makes this episode uniquely powerful is the practical roadmap to liberation it provides. From establishing boundaries and healing your nervous system to reconnecting with your authentic self and creating daily rituals of self-affirmation, each step is designed to guide you back to wholeness. The episode also addresses crucial but often overlooked aspects of toxic dynamics, including spiritual abuse that uses divine language as a control mechanism and the fact that trauma bonds are chemical—not evidence of weakness or poor judgment.
Whether you've already left a toxic relationship, are contemplating leaving, or are supporting someone who's trapped in this dynamic, this episode offers profound validation and practical tools. Remember: you are not hard to love. That was a false belief installed by someone who needed you to forget your worth. You're not broken—you're becoming. Share this episode with anyone who might be struggling to recognize or escape toxic love, and visit undetectednarcissist.com for additional resources including guided meditation for healing.

Take a moment to settle into yourself as this meditation guides you on a gentle journey of return and reclamation. When we've spent years confusing intensity with intimacy or mistaking pain for love, our internal compass can become miscalibrated. This meditation offers a path back to your true north.
Through visualization of a soft golden light within your heart center, you'll reconnect with what love truly feels like—steady, safe, soft, and unconditional. The guided experience helps you identify and untangle energetic connections that have left you feeling depleted, confused, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. With each breath, you'll practice calling back your power, your voice, and every part of yourself that you've given away to survive relationships that didn't honor your wholeness.
The meditation introduces powerful affirmations that help rewrite your understanding of love. "Real love is gentle. Real love respects my no. Real love doesn't require pain." These truths anchor into your being as you declare your unavailability for connections that wound you. Instead, you choose yourself—not from a place of selfishness but from deep self-respect and clarity.
Whether you're healing from heartbreak, establishing boundaries in current relationships, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship with yourself, this meditation creates space for profound transformation. By the end, you'll return to your body feeling more centered, sovereign, and clear about the love you deserve. Welcome home to yourself.

Trapped in a relationship that hurts you, yet you can't seem to leave? The powerful psychology of intermittent validation might explain why. Angela Meyer delves deep into this hidden mechanism behind trauma bonds, unpacking how sporadic affection and approval create addiction-like attachments in our brains.
Discover why intermittent validation is so dangerously effective - it's the same variable reward system used in gambling and slot machines. When someone provides just enough love to keep you hooked but not enough to feel secure, your brain gets caught in a cycle of craving those unpredictable dopamine hits. This episode explains how this neurological trap works, affecting even those from healthy backgrounds, not just those with childhood trauma.
Angela walks you through the telltale signs you're caught in this cycle: obsessing over good moments while excusing bad ones, constantly trying to earn affection, and feeling devastated by withdrawal. She maps out the typical progression from love bombing to devaluation, showing how victims gradually lose their sense of self. Most importantly, she offers concrete steps to break free, including creating distance, rebuilding identity, and practicing nervous system regulation techniques. Angela emphasizes that real love feels safe and consistent, not addictive or chaotic.
Whether you're currently struggling in a toxic relationship or supporting someone who is, this episode provides crucial insights for recognizing and healing from trauma bonds. Share this episode with anyone who needs to understand why leaving harmful relationships feels impossibly difficult despite knowing something is wrong. Check out Angela's guided meditation "Untangling the Bond" to support your healing journey toward genuine, consistent love.

Love shouldn't hurt—yet for those caught in codependent relationships, pain often masquerades as devotion. This illuminating episode examines codependency through a compassionate lens, revealing how inconsistent early love creates dependency patterns that follow us into adulthood.
Through two powerful stories, we witness different paths to codependency. Meet Stan, a 70-year-old with terminal illness who discovered his wife of 48 years was a vulnerable narcissist, and Tammy, whose body created a mysterious throat condition to prevent her from continuing her pattern of rescuing "lost puppies." Their journeys demonstrate how our subconscious mind and nervous system get wired to confuse chaos with chemistry.
We dive deep into the energetic puzzle that draws wounded hearts together. Why do loving people attract unloving relationships? The answer lies in understanding that at a soul level, we attract not just what we want, but what we're ready to heal. Codependents carry the unconscious belief that love must be earned through sacrifice and saving others, while narcissistic partners believe love must be controlled to feel safe—creating a trauma bond where one overgives and the other overtakes.
The turning point comes when you stop rescuing and start respecting your own needs. We explore ten traits of codependency—from chronic people-pleasing to poor boundaries—and guide you through seven transformative stages of healing, each with powerful mantras to support your journey.
This isn't about demonizing narcissists or idealizing empaths—it's about honoring your deeply loving nature while learning that your worth isn't something to be earned. As you move from shadow love to sovereign life, remember: codependency wasn't your failure. It was simply your origin story. Now, you're the author creating a new narrative of self-worth and authentic connection.

Beneath the noise of daily life, scattered pieces of our essence wait patiently to be reclaimed. This guided soul retrieval meditation offers a sacred journey back to wholeness in just thirteen transformative minutes.
The meditation begins by inviting you to settle into a comfortable space where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. As you breathe deeply, a golden light begins to surround you—not as something foreign, but as a recognition of your soul's field that has always been present. This light serves as both protection and reminder of your inherent wholeness.
A powerful aspect of this journey is connecting with your higher self—that version of you that never forgot your true nature. With this wise presence beside you, you're guided through releasing energetic cords that may have formed between you and others or past experiences. "I no longer carry what was never mine to hold," becomes your gentle mantra as these connections dissolve not through force, but through loving release.
The heart of this meditation centers on calling back your scattered light—those golden particles of your essence that may have been left behind in relationships, traumatic experiences, or moments when you gave your power away to feel loved or accepted. As these soul fragments return "like fireflies drawn back to the flame of your heart," you experience a profound remembering of your completeness. The meditation culminates in creating a sovereign energy field that allows love to enter while deflecting harm, establishing healthy boundaries without closing your heart.
Ready to reclaim your scattered light and remember the wholeness that has always been yours? This meditation isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about recognizing you were never broken to begin with. Listen with headphones for the most immersive experience, and afterward, give yourself space to integrate by journaling or simply resting in the powerful energy you've cultivated.

The weight of unexpressed emotion is crushing an entire generation of men. Growing up, they were handed an unwritten rulebook - don't cry, don't show weakness, handle everything alone. This emotional suppression wasn't a choice but a survival strategy taught from father to son, generation after generation.
In this transformative episode, Angela Meyer delivers a powerful message to men who've been taught that strength means feeling nothing. Through the metaphor of a stone wall versus a flowing river, she illustrates how true resilience comes not from shutting emotions out, but from allowing life to move through you without losing yourself.
The conditioning starts early - those whispered "be a man" commands that plant seeds of emotional disconnection. Angela compassionately unpacks this generational messaging while making a crucial distinction between healthy stoicism (emotional resilience, perspective in adversity) and its unhealthy counterpart (complete emotional suppression). Men aren't failing when they feel deeply - they're reclaiming what was always rightfully theirs.
For those ready to break free, Angela offers a practical seven-step process to identify and process emotions, particularly fear. She guides listeners through naming feelings, sitting with them without judgment, separating emotions from behaviors, and finding the lessons each feeling offers. This isn't just theory - it's a roadmap for transformation.
The episode culminates with an emotional freedom checklist: daily awareness practices, safe expression opportunities, inner child healing, body connection exercises, finding brotherhood, and nurturing soul connection. These aren't quick fixes but doorways to a more authentic masculinity.
Whether you're a man struggling to understand why connection feels so difficult, someone who loves a man trapped behind emotional walls, or anyone interested in healing generational patterns, this episode offers both compassion and concrete steps forward. Because as Angela reminds us - the wall may keep you safe, but the river keeps you alive.

Discover the wellspring of resilience already living inside you with this deeply soothing guided meditation journey. As you're gently led through a midnight stroll in nature, you'll encounter a majestic tree that becomes both mirror and mentor for your own inner strength.
What makes this meditation uniquely powerful is how it transforms the humble tree into a profound teacher. Through vivid imagery and gentle guidance, you'll learn how true strength comes not from rigidity but from flexibility – just as a tree sways with the wind rather than fighting against it. You'll discover how weathering life's storms requires both deep roots and adaptable branches, a perfect metaphor for balancing groundedness with openness to change.
The narrative takes you through the tree's life cycle, from determined seed breaking through soil to mighty presence standing tall through thunderstorms, floods, and drought. This journey parallels our human experience, offering wisdom on how to move through challenges with grace while honoring every emotion along the way. Rather than suppressing difficult feelings, you'll learn how acknowledging them becomes part of your healing process.
As the meditation concludes, you'll experience a profound realization – that you already embody this tree of strength. The resilience you seek isn't something to acquire but something to remember and awaken within yourself. Whether you're facing personal challenges, seeking deeper self-connection, or simply need a moment of peaceful restoration, this meditation offers a soul-nourishing reminder of your innate capacity to stand strong through life's inevitable storms.

What happens when we look in the mirror and see our darkest aspects staring back? This episode dives deep into the transformative power of shadow integration versus the destructive path of spiritual narcissism.
I share my personal journey of encountering Teal Swan as my mirror – how we share similar wounds, traumas, and even the angel/fairy godmother archetype, yet chose dramatically different paths of healing. This isn't about cancellation; it's about conversation. It's about recognizing how unhealed trauma can either be weaponized or alchemized.
Shadow integration begins with recognition – identifying those triggers that reveal our hidden parts. Then comes exploration – understanding why these aspects exist within us. Finally, through integration, we bring these fragmented pieces home rather than projecting them onto others. This stands in stark contrast to spiritual narcissism, which uses spiritual practices to enhance the ego rather than transcend it.
The entertainment industry normalizes our shadow through anti-heroes and revenge narratives, conditioning us to accept darker patterns. But there's another way. By facing our shadow with compassion – our anger, manipulation, control needs – we transform reactive patterns into responsive wisdom.
Whether you're navigating your own shadow journey or seeking to understand the spiritual narcissism you've encountered, this episode offers clarity, compassion, and practical steps toward wholeness. Because when we dare to meet the darkness within ourselves and each other without judgment, that's how we heal – not just individually, but collectively.
Listen to "The Cracked Mirror: A Journey to Wholeness" meditation for supported shadow integration and embodied 5D consciousness. Walk gently, love boldly, and remember: you are not too much. You are a mirror too.

Take a deep breath and step into your inner sanctuary with this transformative guided meditation. We journey together through the ancient Hall of Mirrors—a sacred space that exists within you, where each reflection holds a fragment of your story waiting to be acknowledged and loved.
Standing before a cracked mirror, you're invited to witness each shard without judgment. These fragments aren't failures or flaws—they're essential pieces of your becoming. With gentle guidance, you'll cradle each aspect of yourself that has been waiting in shadow: the anger, the shame, the parts that chose control over vulnerability. As you speak words of acceptance to these exiled pieces, something magical happens.
Like the Japanese art of kintsugi, which mends broken pottery with gold, your mirror transforms. The cracks remain but now shine golden, illuminating the profound truth that you are whole not despite your fractures, but because of them. Through powerful affirmations and visualization, you'll experience what it means to truly reclaim all parts of yourself—light and shadow both.
This meditation offers more than temporary calm; it provides a pathway to deep self-integration. You'll discover that the very aspects of yourself you've hidden away contain powerful medicine for your healing journey. Whether you're new to shadow work or well-versed in inner exploration, this practice creates a safe container for transformation.
Remember, integration is a practice, not a destination. Return to this sacred space whenever you need to reconnect with your wholeness. You are the bridge, the love, the alchemist of your own healing—and you are never, ever alone. Are you ready to come home to yourself?

Have you ever left a conversation feeling completely drained, as if your life force had been siphoned through an endless one-sided monologue? This episode dives deep into the phenomenon of the chatterbox – those who dominate conversations with non-stop talking, leaving little room for genuine exchange.
Behind every chatterbox lies a story of unhealed trauma. Many developed these patterns as children when they weren't heard, when they learned performing was the only way to receive attention, or when silence felt threatening. With compassion and insight, we explore the wound roots behind excessive talking: fear of not being seen, worth tied to usefulness, trauma responses to overwhelm, and avoidance of vulnerability. For those who recognize these tendencies in themselves and want to change, consciousness is the first step toward transformation.
But what about dealing with chatterboxes who have no interest in changing? These encounters aren't merely annoying – they're energetically depleting. What appears as simple talking is actually a form of domination that overrides your nervous system and, over time, creates hypervigilance and self-doubt. We offer practical strategies for setting boundaries, including how to interrupt the pattern, use time limits, develop energetic shields, and disengage guilt-free.
The episode introduces the concept of energy vampires – those who feed on others' emotional, mental, or spiritual energy through patterns like over-talking, constant crisis creation, or making everything about themselves. After interactions with them, you might feel exhausted, anxious, foggy, or emotionally disoriented – signs of energetic depletion rather than normal interaction fatigue.
Remember this empowering truth: your silence is powerful, your boundaries are sacred, and your energy is holy. You are not a container for someone else's chaos or a vault for endless words. By honoring your needs and setting clear boundaries, you create space for authentic connection – the kind that energizes rather than depletes.
Ready to protect your energy? Visit undetectednarcissist.com to access our special 5-minute guided meditation for energetically resetting after draining conversations. Your attention is currency – spend it wisely.

The raw truth about our pain stories is that they're not just wounds—they're doorways to profound transformation. At some point, we've all found ourselves stuck in the friend's trauma loop, reliving our heartbreak and betrayal until it becomes part of our identity. But there comes a pivotal moment when we must ask: what if this pain wasn't meant to break you, but to wake you up?
This transformative episode explores the crucial difference between our human experience and our soul's purpose on earth. When a friend came to me shattered by divorce, still loving his ex-wife despite her destructive path, I asked him questions that stopped him in his tracks: "What was the gift she came to give you? What did she teach you?" Two months later, he texted that the list of gifts from this painful experience was "endless"—the perspective shift had completely transformed him.
The alchemy of consciousness happens when we transition from 3D thinking (victimhood, confusion, blame) to 4D awareness (purpose, lessons, growth). This doesn't mean the pain disappears, but it's no longer the center of our story. The ancient wisdom teachings remind us: "There are no mistakes, only lessons" and "Others are merely mirrors of you." When we understand these truths, we begin to recognize that even the most toxic relationships serve as profound teachers.
Consider your own pain story—what memory loops inside you like a ghost with no home? More importantly, are you ready to find the lesson it came to teach? Because whatever broke inside of you might have been just the shell, and what's being born now is the real you—wiser, more compassionate, more embodied. This is your invitation to cross the threshold from victim to alchemist, from broken to becoming.
Take a moment to reflect on these journal prompts: What pain story have I been repeating? What soul lesson might it be carrying? What gift or strength did I gain? Remember, you are not your pain—you are the one who witnessed it, learned from it, and chose to rise anyway.

Take a moment to pause and breathe. This guided meditation invites you into a sacred space where pain transforms into wisdom and difficult memories reveal their hidden gifts.
The journey begins with gentle breath work, allowing your body to settle as shoulders drop and tension melts away. From this place of grounded presence, you're guided to approach a painful memory with compassionate awareness—feeling it without becoming it. This critical distinction creates the space needed for healing to occur.
Through vivid visualization, you'll imagine your painful experience as a box containing something sacred: a teaching, insight, or strength that emerged from your struggle. Maybe it's self-love rediscovered, a voice reclaimed, or a pattern finally broken. As this wisdom emerges, golden healing light fills your entire being, transmuting hurt into soul medicine.
The meditation concludes with powerful affirmations that anchor this new perspective: "I am not broken, I am becoming" and "Every pain carries a gift." These aren't empty platitudes but doorways to a more integrated relationship with your life story.
Whether you're working through recent disappointment or long-held trauma, this practice offers a gentle pathway toward seeing your experiences not just as wounds but as sources of profound transformation. Listen when you're ready to approach your pain with curiosity rather than fear, and discover what awaits when you open the box with courage and care.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to explore the cluttered corners of your mind—not with judgment, but with genuine compassion? This meditation does exactly that, guiding you through a powerful visualization of your "inner room," a metaphorical space representing your psychological landscape.
The journey begins with gentle breath work to create safety in your nervous system before you're invited to imagine a symbolic door leading to your inner world. What awaits inside isn't treated as something to fix or criticize, but as meaningful remnants of your life journey. "This room is not messy because you are broken," the meditation reassures. "It is filled with forgotten things: pain, stories, emotions, protections. Each object here once had a purpose."
This perspective transforms how we view our emotional patterns. Rather than battling against parts of ourselves, we're encouraged to kneel beside them with curiosity, asking "What are you here to show me?" Through this process, we discover that many of our challenging patterns once served as protection—they helped us survive difficult times. The meditation offers a powerful mantra that encapsulates this healing approach: "I honor what helped me survive and I welcome what helps me thrive."
What makes this practice truly special is its gentleness. There's no rushing to "fix" everything at once. Instead, you visualize a compassionate breeze that lifts away only what's ready to leave. The meditation concludes with a reminder that healing isn't about perfection—it's about presence. You've planted a seed of self-compassion that will continue to grow long after the practice ends. Take this 10-minute journey to transform your relationship with your inner landscape. Your past deserves honor, your present deserves attention, and your future self will thank you for this gift of gentle awareness.

What if that cluttered bedroom or maxed-out credit card isn't about laziness or lack of willpower, but something much deeper? The truth hiding in plain sight might surprise you.
Trauma leaves fingerprints everywhere – especially in our physical spaces. When life shatters our sense of safety, our environment often reflects that broken inner landscape. The woman whose spotless home slowly fills with clutter after her husband's betrayal. The shopaholic whose purchases provide fleeting moments of worth in a world that's taken too much. These aren't random behaviors; they're sophisticated protection mechanisms crafted by a wounded nervous system.
Through compelling real-life stories, this episode demonstrates how our spaces become external manifestations of our internal wounds. You'll hear about Sue, whose home transformed from welcoming to severely cluttered after taking back her unfaithful husband, silently screaming what her voice couldn't. And another client whose perfectly decorated living room stood in stark contrast to her chaotic bedroom – a deliberate fortress keeping potential partners at bay after heartbreak.
We explore how trauma becomes an invisible architect drawing blueprints in the unseen corners of our psyche, instructing us to "stay small, it's safer" or "keep everything, you might need it." These patterns aren't character flaws – they're adaptive responses to emotional wounds that haven't found proper healing channels.
Most importantly, you'll discover how to approach these behaviors with curiosity instead of criticism, asking "what happened to you?" rather than "what's wrong with you?" Through gentle guidance and practical suggestions, you'll learn how to reclaim your space not through force but through compassion, treating each object as a question: "Does this bring me into remembrance of who I truly am?"
Ready to transform your relationship with your space – and yourself? This episode offers not just insights, but a pathway toward liberation and healing. Because you are not your clutter, nor the architecture of your trauma. You are the soul who can now redesign.

Have you ever considered that your defenses—those protective mechanisms you've built over time—might be ready for a gentle transformation?
This guided meditation takes you on an enchanted journey through a twilight forest where you'll encounter your inner Porcupine Queen, the fierce protector who has kept you safe through difficult times. As moonlight bathes a sacred clearing, you witness a profound metamorphosis where protective quills transform into beautiful blossoms, each one representing a truth or piece of your soul returning home.
The meditation guides you through a deeply symbolic experience of shedding armor that no longer serves you, not through force or fear, but through recognition and peace. With gentle breathing prompts and vivid visualization, you're invited to remember that you are safe, powerful, and kind—that worthiness doesn't require hardness. The affirmations woven throughout help anchor these realizations in your body: "I am soft, I am safe, I am powerful, I am kind, I am sovereign and free."
What makes this meditation particularly powerful is its honoring of your protective nature while inviting evolution. Your inner Porcupine Queen isn't banished or diminished—she transforms, walking beside you rather than standing guard. This meditation isn't about escaping or bypassing your defenses; it's about integrating them into a more expansive version of yourself.
Whether you're working through trauma, navigating transitions, or simply feeling called to soften, this meditation offers a compassionate framework for moving beyond survival mode into the realm of becoming. Listen when you need to remember your wholeness and the strength that comes from allowing yourself to be seen.

The journey from wounded warrior to sovereign woman lies at the heart of this transformative episode that explores how many of us adopt a "bad bitch" persona as protection against a world that has shown its teeth.
Through the enchanting Tale of the Porcupine Queen, we discover how protective armor develops in response to pain – each quill representing a boundary erected to prevent further injury. While this armor serves a crucial purpose in our survival, it was never meant to be our forever skin. The episode compassionately unpacks why so many women rebuild after trauma using emotional detachment, ruthless independence, and aggression disguised as confidence rather than embracing their inherent strength and vulnerability.
What makes this exploration particularly powerful is the distinction between wounded power and healed power. Wounded power manifests as control-seeking behaviors, using sexuality for validation, dismissing softness as weakness, and proudly declaring total independence. In contrast, healed power stands in sovereignty, embodies sensuality as sacred, recognizes softness as strength, and chooses interdependence over isolation. This framework offers a roadmap for recognizing when behaviors stem from wounding rather than wholeness.
The practical tools shared provide concrete pathways for moving beyond armor into authenticity – from naming your inner protector to reclaiming the body through movement to seeking community rather than competition. These practices support a gradual transition from defensive posturing to genuine empowerment, addressing both mind and body in the healing process.
Remember – you don't need to kill the bad bitch. She was never your enemy but your bodyguard. Now she can rest as you reclaim your throne, embracing the truth that softness isn't weakness but a different kind of strength. Have you ever confused intense infatuation with genuine love? That overwhelming, all-consuming feeling that makes you believe you've found "the one" might actually be limerence – a psychological state of obsessive attachment that mimics love but lacks its substance and stability.
In this transformative episode, Angela Meyer untangles the complex web of misconceptions surrounding love, particularly for survivors of narcissistic relationships. With compassion and clarity, she distinguishes between the addictive high of limerence (complete with intrusive thoughts, idealization, and emotional volatility) and the steady warmth of authentic love (characterized by mutual respect, freedom, and consistency).
Drawing from her expertise as a mental health professional and her personal journey of healing, Angela introduces a powerful metaphor – The Garden of Many Doors – that reimagines boundaries not as walls that close us off, but as doorways that protect our hearts while still allowing connection. This fresh perspective helps listeners understand that unconditional love doesn't mean unlimited access; it means loving with wisdom and discernment.
The episode weaves together psychological insights with touching personal stories, including how Angela learned about unconditional love by watching a mother cat care for her kittens. This seemingly simple observation became a profound template for understanding what genuine nurturing looks like – something many survivors of toxic relationships never experienced growing up.
Whether you're healing from narcissistic abuse, questioning your current relationship, or seeking to build healthier connections, this episode offers a roadmap for transforming how you give and receive love. Have you ever felt you should be "further along" in your healing journey by now? That frustrating sense that despite all your efforts—the books, the therapy, the soul-searching—you're still dealing with the same wounds? This episode offers a profound reframing of what healing truly means and why it unfolds in its own sacred timing.
Healing isn't a straight line from pain to breakthrough. It's a spiral—a sacred spiral that honors the layered nature of trauma and the soul's wisdom. When we align with this truth, everything changes.
Drawing from both spiritual wisdom and trauma-informed approaches, Angela unpacks the six reasons why healing takes time and why that's actually perfect. She explains how trauma stores itself in layers throughout our nervous system, energy body, and even our ancestral lineage. As we gain more safety and capacity, deeper layers become visible—not because we're failing, but because we're ready.
The episode explores how our cultural obsession with timelines and measurable progress creates unnecessary pressure. Your soul isn't concerned with how quickly you heal—it cares about how deeply you embody each lesson. What if you're not behind at all? What if you're exactly where you need to be?
Through moving metaphors like the impatient gardener and the girl who thought she was late to the light, Angela reminds us that healing happens even when it's invisible. The most profound transformations often occur in stillness, in dreams, in the spaces between active work.
Experience a heart-centered activation to help you release the timeline of your mind and honor the pace of your soul. You'll receive a free guided meditation to support your journey whenever that perfectionist part fights against your natural healing rhythm. Stop rushing what needs to ripen—your wholeness is already here, unfolding in divine timing.

Have you ever felt like you're somehow behind in your healing journey? Like everyone else has figured it out while you're still struggling with the same patterns? This guided meditation offers a sacred pause and a profound reframing of what healing truly looks like.
Through gentle breathwork and visualization, you're invited to see your healing not as a linear path with deadlines and checkpoints, but as a beautiful spiral—each curve representing not failure but opportunity for deeper integration. As you walk this imagined golden spiral, you'll revisit parts of yourself that once felt broken, offering them breath, whispers, and hands of love.
The meditation guides you through releasing the weight of all your "shoulds"—those self-imposed expectations that you should be farther along, more healed, or completely okay by now. Through a powerful visualization of burning these expectations in a sacred fire, you create space for a new truth to emerge: you are not late, you are arriving; you are unfolding and blooming in sacred time.
With soul-nourishing affirmations like "I trust the spiral of my healing" and "I honor the pace of my soul," this practice helps anchor these new beliefs into your body and consciousness. The gentle reminder that healing follows its own rhythm—not the timelines of others or the demands of productivity culture—offers profound permission to be exactly where you are.
Whether you're navigating grief, trauma recovery, personal growth, or simply feeling the pressure to have it all figured out, this meditation creates a sanctuary for your authentic process. Take this time for yourself and remember: you don't need to rush your healing; you only need to trust its rhythm.

Protective walls around our hearts don't appear by accident - they're built with purpose, with wisdom, with love. These invisible barriers once helped us survive moments of hurt, betrayal, and overwhelm. But what happens when the very walls that once protected us begin to imprison us instead?
This gentle guided meditation creates a sacred container for you to explore your heart's architecture with profound compassion. Through visualization, breath work, and affirmation, you'll be guided to identify the walls you've constructed and lovingly question whether they still serve your highest good today. There's no judgment here - only tender awareness and the invitation to soften what no longer serves you.
The journey begins with grounding in bodily sensation and breath, establishing safety before venturing into potentially vulnerable territory. You'll visualize a warm light emanating from your heart space, representing your eternal, wise soul. From this foundation of inner connection, you'll gently investigate the nature of your protective barriers - perhaps they appear as stone, metal, or glass in your mind's eye. You'll honor these walls with gratitude for their protective purpose before considering whether they still benefit you now.
What makes this meditation uniquely powerful is its respect for your autonomy. There's no pressure to dismantle all defenses at once. Instead, you're offered the chance to peek through cracks, open small doors, or simply witness these walls with new awareness. The meditation offers beautiful affirmations to support this exploration: "It's safe to let love in. It's safe to let love out. I am learning to live without my walls." Through self-forgiveness and the choice of courage over fear, you'll experience the possibility of living with an open heart in a way that honors both your need for protection and your desire for authentic connection.
Ready to discover what lies beyond your heart walls? Take this gentle journey inward and remember - the light within you is always stronger than any barriers you've built around it.

What happens when the walls we build to protect ourselves become the very barriers that keep us from living fully? In this deeply moving exploration of emotional fortresses, I take you on a journey through the invisible architecture we construct around our hearts after experiencing trauma, rejection, or betrayal.
These walls—built brick by brick through painful experiences—once kept us safe when the world felt dangerous and unpredictable. For those who've survived narcissistic relationships or childhood trauma, these protective barriers were essential survival tools. But what happens when these same walls begin to block not just pain, but connection, intimacy, and growth?
Drawing from my experience as both a mental health professional and someone who's walked through the darkest valleys of trauma recovery, I share personal stories of dismantling my own walls after devastating betrayal. Through powerful metaphors of castles with high stone walls and gardens enclosed by forgotten fences, I illustrate how we can gently, compassionately begin the process of opening ourselves again—not by tearing everything down at once, but by removing just one stone at a time.
You'll discover practical guidance for recognizing your own walls, understanding when they've stopped serving their purpose, and approaching them with the four essential tools: courage, compassion, forgiveness, and grace. The journey isn't about exposing yourself to further harm, but about discerning when protection has become prison.
For anyone who resonates with thoughts like "I'll never trust again," "I'm better off alone," or "love always ends in pain," this episode offers a heartfelt invitation to consider the possibility of something more. Through guided embodiment practices and affirming meditations, I'll walk alongside you in this sacred work of reclaiming your capacity for connection while honoring the walls that once saved you.
When you're ready to transform protection into presence and fear into freedom, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are—with gentleness, wisdom, and profound understanding of what it means to heal.

Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is trying to change the difficult people in your life? What if the key to your peace lies not in their transformation, but in yours?
Grace through acceptance becomes possible when we release our grip on how others should be. In this deeply moving episode, I share my personal breakthrough moment—when I stopped trying to "fix" toxic family members and discovered a profound liberation. This shift wasn't about giving up or tolerating harmful behavior. Rather, it revealed how love transforms when we no longer filter others through our wounded ego.
I walk you through practical techniques that saved my sanity, including the "Seeds Blowing in the Wind" visualization that helps you let toxic words pass by instead of planting them in your mental garden. You'll learn why some difficult people actually anticipate your emotional reactions and how to rise above these dynamics with dignity. The "River and Rock" concept offers a powerful metaphor: you can be the flowing water that moves around obstacles rather than futilely trying to remove them from your path.
My son recently asked how I remain so calm around triggering people. The answer lies in a consciousness shift that anyone can achieve—seeing the soul beneath someone's personality, the wounded child beneath their mask. This episode isn't about spiritual bypassing; it's about finding genuine compassion while maintaining healthy boundaries.
Ready to transform your most challenging relationships? Listen now to discover how acceptance creates the space for true healing—not because others change, but because you do. And be sure to check out the accompanying guided meditation on our website to embody these principles before your next difficult encounter.

Take a journey to the river of your soul in this transformative guided meditation. Through gentle visualization and breathwork, you're invited to discover the profound wisdom that exists when we learn to flow with life rather than resist it.
At the heart of this meditation lies a powerful metaphor: you are a river, fluid and wise, encountering a solid, unmovable rock in your path. Rather than teaching you to overcome or eliminate obstacles, this practice reveals how true grace emerges when we acknowledge and accept what we cannot change. The simple yet revolutionary phrase "you belong too" becomes an invitation to include rather than exclude the challenging aspects of your experience.
As you're guided deeper into the meditation, you'll explore the delicate balance between surrendering to the flow of life and honoring your own solid presence. "I am the river. I surrender to the flow of life. I release the need to control what I cannot change." These affirmations help integrate the practice, reminding you that you contain both qualities—the adaptability of water and the groundedness of stone.
Whether you're facing difficult circumstances, challenging relationships, or inner resistance, this meditation offers a path to greater peace through acceptance. By the time you gently return to awareness, you'll carry with you the knowing that you can weather any storm with ease and grace, flowing around obstacles rather than exhausting yourself fighting against them. Listen when you need to remember the art of allowing and the freedom that comes with it.

Have you ever wondered why forgiving someone who deeply wounded you feels almost impossible—even when you know it's supposed to be "for you, not them"? In this transformative episode, Angela Meyer tackles the challenging spiritual terrain of forgiving the unforgivable with wisdom born from personal experience.
Drawing from her 20+ years in mental health and her own journey of healing from profound trauma, Angela shares why true forgiveness requires divine strength, not just human willpower. Through the powerful metaphor of a stream becoming clogged with the debris of resentment and pain, she illustrates how unforgiveness creates energetic blockages that eventually manifest as stagnation in our lives and even physical illness.
The heart of this episode unveils Angela's nine insights for approaching seemingly unforgivable situations, including the understanding that true forgiveness happens through the soul, not the mind. Her innovative forgiveness technique incorporates what she calls "the why factor"—addressing the deeper reasons behind our pain stories and finding compassion for those who hurt us by recognizing their own wounded childhoods.
Most powerfully, Angela reveals how to know when you've truly forgiven: when you think of the person who hurt you and feel neutral rather than triggered, when their actions no longer define your story, and when you've reclaimed your energy from the past. Through the moving teaching story of "The Woman and the Snake," she leaves listeners with a profound truth—the unforgivable act may never be made right, but your soul doesn't need their apology to be free.
Ready to release old wounds and reclaim your energy? Visit undetectednarcissist.com for the accompanying blog post and free meditation to support your forgiveness journey. Remember: forgiveness isn't a gift you give to the person who hurt you; it's a gift you give to the soul you're becoming.

Betrayal cuts deep, leaving wounds that can shape how we view ourselves and future relationships. This guided meditation offers a gentle yet powerful journey through the complex terrain of heartbreak and healing.
We begin by creating safety - grounding our bodies and acknowledging that while the past contained pain, we are safe now to process our emotions. From this foundation, we move into naming our truth, recognizing that the anger, grief, and confusion we feel aren't signs of weakness but natural responses to broken trust. There's profound medicine in simply acknowledging: "What you did hurt me. It broke something I believed was sacred, but it will not break me."
The heart of this meditation lies in reclaiming our energy. Many of us remain tied to those who've betrayed us through invisible cords of resentment, justice-seeking, or lingering attachment. Through guided visualization, we dissolve these connections and call back our scattered energy, watching as it returns like golden threads filling our being. We're reminded that we are not defined by betrayal, but are sacred, whole individuals worthy of devotion.
As we close, we seal our hearts with protective light - not to close ourselves off from future connection, but to establish boundaries that honor our worth. We make a powerful commitment: "From this day forward, I will no longer abandon myself for anyone." This isn't just healing from past wounds; it's establishing a new template for relationships that mirror our inherent value. Take this gift of presence you've given yourself, and carry it forward into a life where you no longer settle for less than you deserve.
This guided meditation includes the Solfeggio Frequency of 639 Hz. This tone can be used to deal with relationship problems and support the heart chakra's healing.

Betrayal cuts deep, leaving wounds that can take years to heal. In this powerful exploration of why people cheat, we pull back the curtain on the psychology of infidelity to reveal that cheating is never a mistake—it's a choice rooted in emotional disconnection, fear of vulnerability, and unhealed trauma.
We dive into six revealing patterns that often precede infidelity: inconsistency between words and actions, emotional unavailability, excessive need for external validation, blame-shifting without accountability, push-pull dynamics that create emotional whiplash, and the rare but important case of someone realizing they're gay while in a heterosexual relationship. Each pattern reveals a different facet of why people betray those they claim to love—not to excuse the behavior, but to understand its deeper roots.
The most transformative insight might be recognizing that attracting serial cheaters isn't random bad luck. It often stems from being an over-giver who craves validation, confuses chaos with passion, or carries the subconscious belief that you must prove your worth to be chosen. Breaking this cycle requires raising your standards, redefining what healthy love feels like, and choosing from wholeness rather than fear of loneliness.
For those healing from betrayal, I offer practical guidance on rebuilding trust—in yourself first, then potentially in others. Remember that you didn't deserve to be betrayed, but now you get to rise. This pain doesn't define your worth; it reveals where your soul is asking for more honesty, self-honor, and aligned love. And for additional support, look for my bonus meditation episode "Releasing the Betrayal" designed to help you reclaim your self-worth and stop sabotaging your future happiness.
Ready to break free from patterns of betrayal and create the honest, devoted love you deserve? Listen now and begin your journey toward real connection—with yourself and others.

What happens when forgiveness becomes the most radical act of self-healing? Angela Meyer returns with Season 4 of The Undetected Narcissist podcast, offering a revolutionary approach to recovering from narcissistic abuse through compassion rather than continued anger.
After nearly concluding the series, Angela was profoundly moved by listeners who found her unique perspective transformative when other resources kept them trapped in resentment. One gentleman's story particularly resonated—after following another narcissism expert for years, he was disturbed when they rejected the concept of "forgiving the unforgivable." Through prayer, he discovered Angela's work, calling it "the answer to my prayers." This validation confirmed the critical need for her compassion-focused approach to continue.
This season delivers 25 comprehensive topics designed to support your healing journey, including exploring codependency, breaking trauma bonds, developing sovereign boundaries, healing from generational trauma, and finding forgiveness for the unforgivable. Each episode integrates practical tools: metaphor stories that clarify complex concepts, journaling prompts for self-discovery, quick meditations, grounding techniques for anxiety, affirmations to rebuild self-compassion, and strategies to reclaim your personal power.
As a mental health professional, trauma-informed human consciousness guide, and empowerment strategist who has personally walked this healing path, Angela speaks from authentic experience when she says true recovery cannot happen while remaining stuck in hatred and fear. Whether you're just beginning to recognize narcissistic patterns or working to rebuild after a toxic relationship, her guidance offers a path toward genuine peace rather than perpetual victimhood.
Subscribe now to embark on this transformative journey toward self-empowerment, self-realization, and becoming whole again. Have specific topics you'd like addressed? Email Angela directly—your feedback will help shape future episodes while potentially helping others facing similar struggles.

After watching the Fair Play movie, written and directed by Chloe Domont, I realized that millions of people, including Chloe are in the dark about, "reactive abuse". Over a dozen popular magazines, news channels, movie reviews, and film festivals were all brilliantly gaslighted or plan not educated about mental health. For example, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, Today, Netflix, New York Times, Sundance Film Festival, and ABC News. Therefore, I want to teach you to see and hear what I took away from watching this movie, Fair Play, from a mental health professional. LOL...This is episode 69. What concerns me the most is the avoidant and disorganized attachment styles because these two can make someone become narcissistic. I also share a funny story towards the end of the podcast. Enjoy!

How to know the difference is the false one's come from a place of control that you must conform (energy level 150 - which is FORCE), they have split thinking, you must obey, and I know what is best for you. I want to teach YOU how I was able to learn how to decode and detect a narcissist. It took practice, but once you learn it, it can be pretty amazing. It's almost like a super power because you can see through the lies, manipulation, power trips, and games. WHY this skill is so important and critical to learn is it can be very hard to decode and detect a narcissist when you are experiencing it first hand...in the moment. In the moment, we are processing information coming at us, how we are going to respond, there are emotions, tone of voice, body language, threats, mind games, etc. In order to really learn this skill, you must be "detached" first. As if you are seeing it from an outside perspective. That is why I love movies and mini series. These two platforms are going to be your teachers. And the wonderful thing about these platforms is you can pause it, rewind, and watch it over and over again.

Fear of dating another narcissist is more common in our world today. The problem is there is not a lot of resources out there that come from a place of Love. I tried being a part of a few Facebook groups, but everyone was complaining and were very angry. I want SOLUTIONS, not lighter fluid dumped all over the fire of resentment, anger, and feeling like a victim. I wanted TOOLS and wisdom in how to no longer attract that type of person in my life and the lives of others. That is why this subject matter is broken down into three parts. Each part is important, informative, and gives you the tools you are seeking. I am also providing supporting documentation that you can print out. Here are two links and the documents are FREE.
This morning I had a fantastic idea bubble into my consciousness. Many mental health professionals talk about red flags and green flags, but what everyone is missing is it would be better to say, "Red Light, Green Light". Many of us played that game as a kid. Therefore, we do grasp the concept of the game. Why do we need to change it from red flag to red light? Here is my theory. To read more, go to the blog post. Enjoy!

Now I know many of you are excited for me to talk about this subject matter - fear of dating another narcissist. I know, I felt the same exact way last year. What you need to know is how you feel and think matters. After dating a narcissist, you quickly learn that boundaries are essential for your well-being and sanity. If the person you are interested in starts to push your comfort zone boundaries, I would take things "really" slow. And if some of those boundaries feel like the person is trying to make you do something you are not ready to do, than you must stand your ground. Your feels and body are giving you warning signs that something is off. Let me explain.

Do you have the fear of dating another narcissist or fear attracting another narcissistic person into your life? Many people, including myself, can develop a fear of dating or attracting another narcissist into our lives. That is WHY I stress that everyone needs to be educated and informed about narcissism. Not all narcissist are evil and bad people. We have to remember that they were created that way by their society, environment, trauma, abuse, or another person. When you are educated and informed, you now are in the position of power. You are in the position of having a choice coming from a place of awareness. Why I feel people end up getting abused and hurt by the narcissist is because they are not educated and informed. They are in the dark and confused about the narcissistic person's actions, behaviors, and manners. When a person is confused, you are more likely to take things personally, instead of recognizing the narcissist is projecting their own issues upon you. So let me give you a few examples of what I mean before we dive into this subject matter.
In order to better support my kiddo and all of you, I am all about educating myself on different subject matters that can support me in making a positive difference in a person's life. I recently started listening to an interesting audio book called, "Parenting Children of Trauma". I did not know the book was written for parents that have adopted or fostered a child. Listening to this book has taught me so much about parenting and parenting a child coming from a place of trauma because these loving parents who took these traumatized kids into their homes were so confused. Just like you might be with the narcissist. These parents felt like failures at times, they took it personal, and were in the dark. This book transformed so many parents lives and gave them the knowledge and tools they needed. Once they were informed and aware, they no longer took the child's behaviors "personally", they more saw it as a cry for help and compassion. The book written by Dr. Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey, "What Happened to You? Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing", educated me about how trauma impacts the brain and supported me in comprehending various trauma responses. It truly opened my eyes and heart. Now when I see and hear someone coming from a place of trauma, I can now better support them, instead of thinking they are crazy! It is just the trauma talking and my heart is full is full of wisdom and compassion. That is why I wrote my book, "The Undetected Narcissist". I wanted to spare children and loving parents from further abuse because a narcissist can go undetected. Perfect example is the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trail. The smartest this Mr. Depp did was to bring in a psychologist and have Ms. Heard observed. I really feel that was a game changer, but 100% necessary. And the sad truth is, I had the same thing happen to me and my son. Yet, I did not have a psychologist in my pocket. Therefore, once I healed from psychological abuse, I needed to speak up. I felt is calling from a higher purpose to share our story and truth.

This podcast is bonus material for anyone that has come to the realization that enough is enough. You or someone you know is considering ending/leaving the abusive relationship, work environment, or home. Why I created this podcast is the average attempts a person makes before finally being free from their abuser is SEVEN! That is a high number. Therefore, I want to reduce that number by giving you information on the 50 obstacles one might face when trying to leave the abuser as well as what to expect when you do end it. Because trust me, you will experience aftershock. Aftershock can make you second guess yourself and the abuser, which might sabotage your efforts in safely leaving the first, second, or sixth time.

I had an experience the other day that really shocked me. I realized that I needed to share this experience with the world because so many of us are too busy with life to notice what is REALLY happening in the world around us. This story might make you stop and think about your world, the people you care about, and what we all need to do for each other - to be seen, heard, and supported during our moments of disconnection, trauma, and devastation.

Empowering empaths and healers is vital for living a balanced life in your physical body. Are you an empath or think you might be an empath? Are you looking for a course to help you better understand yourself and others? Are you being called to be a healer to support people with interdimensional wellness? Kim Holman at 8 Hands Healing offers a wonderful course in person and online that is designed to make you an empowered empath.
Empowering empaths and healers is so important. Why this should be important to you is a narcissist is attracted to empaths. It is like the moth to a flame. And in doing my research, I discovered that many empaths do come from a home environment where there is a family member that is narcissistic. Being an empath, you need to learn how to deal with these difficult people, maintain your energy, and how to use your abilities to enhance your life as well as the lives of others. If you are not educated and informed about narcissism and the keywords to describe their behaviors, you will most like become victimized. I want to prevent that for you. I would like you to become an empowered empath and healer.

I want to talk about WHY I am talking about narcissism. I also realize that my happiness and joy can trigger some people. It triggers them because it can be almost impossible to believe that someone like me, who was tortured and abused, can turn around and still be kind, loving, happy and joyful. How I did it was I came to terms with this TRUTH. My life matters more than my abusers. I am not disregarding what they did to me. There are no excuses for their behaviors, actions, and various forms of abuse. I just came to terms that I was sick and tired of feeling like crap. I was sick and tried of feeling bitter, resentful, angry, fearful, and destroyed. I wanted to LIVE. I owed this to myself, my children, career, friends, family, clients, and the world. And when I say the world, that means YOU. I wrote the undetected narcissist to wake the world up. What happened to us was a real life crime and they got away with it. Our world is so messed up right now. I do not think anyone would disagree with me. The world needs people like me to say enough is enough. I am a survivor of psychological and emotional abuse. Therefore, I want to lift you up. I want to inspire you to believe that you matter because you do.
I realized that by allowing myself to stay stuck in anger and resentment, I was giving so much power to my abuser, even though to abused had ended. Those assholes were taking up too much space within my heart and head. I needed to make a choice. Who was more important? Who was more deserving? And why was I allowing these evil twisted people to control my future? I knew they did not care about me or how I felt. They wanted me to stay down and not speak my truth. Staying down and not speaking my truth gave them power and control. Well, enough is enough. I got good and pissed off. I burst into flames and stood my ground.

Recently I was a guest speaker at an Empowering Empath class and a student asked me why is love bombing bad? She went on to say that so many people that talk about narcissism make it seem bad, but doesn't everyone love bomb a person when they start dating? I loved her question and I want to talk about it today. My answer would be yes and no. First let me talk about the NO, meaning not everyone loves bombs when they start dating.
When you meet someone new, it should be fun and exciting. You are flirting with each other and discovering what makes this new person in your life different from other people. Do they make you smile, laugh, feel comfortable, and accepted? Are they listening to you and I mean REALLY listening to you? Does this new person validate what you have to say, think, and feel? Are they considerate, conscientious, respectful, optimistic, and understanding? And are you really listening to them? Are you connecting with each other or do they give off a strange vibe? What are their core values and do they match your own? In away, it can feel like you are both love bombing each other because there are times when you can be so excited to meet this new person. You want to know everything about them. You might want to show appreciation by sending them a text messages, giving them a gift, or wanting to spend more time with them. This is normal and all good. I view it as a healthy way of connecting with a new person and not the manipulative style of love bombing. So, if the word love bombing makes you feel bad about yourself or triggered, do not worry. You might love bombing when you meet someone new, you are just not doing it to manipulate or control that new person. You are just overly excited and curious.
Dating is a courtship to see if you are both compatible. Some people have deal breakers and that is why communication and taking it slow is key. Jumping into bed too quickly can either make your connection stronger or it can destroy it. How? Well, most couples do not talk about sex during the first or second date. You are most likely trying to discover if there is any chemistry or connection. And connection is the key to any lasting relationship. Now if you have an attachment disorder, it can make it more challenging for you to allow someone into your personal space or bubble. The real different I have found in love bombing is decent people do not have a hidden agenda when it comes to love bombing another person. I will explain more in details very soon.

For 10-years, I have taught and coached my clients by using the Map of Consciousness. This week I was in a class and we talked about what can be our contribution to this world. Teaching you how to use the map of consciousness in learning more about yourself and others is vital for open heart and effective communication. That is WHY I am able to connect and communicate with "some" narcissistic people. I will not work with a covert narcissist because from their perspective, there is nothing wrong with them. And they are correct because they are designed to be our teacher of how not to treat another living human being. I now know the difference between narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and a covert narcissist (CN). It took me a long time to learn it and that's okay. In using the map of consciousness, I had to practice it, embody it, and then become it. Now it is WHO I AM. This is a new way of coaching and communicating using the map of consciousness and it is something I CREATED. I have never met or heard of another human being coming up with this tool or concept in using the Map of Consciousness. So, if you are a therapist or anyone working with clients, please tell them that this concept came from me. It was shown to me and given to me from Divine Love to support the growth and evolution of humanity back in 2011. It took me a year of listening, mastering, and then using it with my clients. I have many clients that can back this TRUTH, so please be respectful of this gift. Much of the information you will read is coming from a place of Divine Love.
You can use the map of consciousness to gauge a person's energy level. Using the map of consciousness, you can learn through practice how to raise them up vibrationally from your wisdom and vibrational set point. You can also learn how to listen to your own intuition, and become self aware to better support you when you are dealing with difficult people. If you have ever tried to communicate with an emotionally charge person or a narcissist, you know it can be scary and challenging. Words are powerful. They can build a person up, support life and even destroy a person's life. A person can use their words as a weapon, which can back fire on them. I want to empower you with this wisdom today that has supported hundreds of people. First, I need to unpack this information because each part is important. Therefore, I am being guided to teach you that each part of this blog post is like a beautiful tapestry. One part of the tapestry is...
Every part of this beautiful tapestry is woven together to create heart opened, self awareness, connected COMMUNICATION with yourself and others.

In part two, I want to talk about how a narcissist can and could change. If you have not read or listened to the podcast, "Can a Narcissist Change? Part One", I would suggest looking into that material. I know I will have some people do a knee jerk reaction and immediately say, "No! A narcissist cannot and will not change. I don't care what you have to say. They just cannot change." And when someone has that mindset, I would agree. When your mindset is rigid and only sees things from a black and white perspective, it is hard to comprehend the gray areas. And, because this subject is so delicate in my opinion, I first want to support you, the listener or reader, in maybe comprehending how someone in "general" can and will change. It has been reported that over 67% of all adults have unresolved trauma, often from early life events and situations, without even realizing it. I will explain this theory in this blog post. One thing I know for sure is if you have been narcissistically abused, you absolutely have significant internal trauma. Some people might disagree, but I want to explain my insights today. I know that it is reported that only 2 to 6% of narcissistic people do seek help. Therefore, this section is about the extremely small percentage of narcissistic people that want to change. I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but when I was working with a psychologist to quit smoking and I asked him if he knew about "parts or parts therapy", he shared that he was not trained in this area. I am trained in this area. So, if you work with anyone in the mental health industry or even want to better understand yourself and others, this information could be enlightening. I want to unpack it all and then loop back up to the main topic, "Can a narcissist change?"

I have worked with people all over the globe for the past twenty years. Whenever I talk about narcissism, the most common question people ask me is, “Can a narcissist change?”
My answer is always the same – yes and no. Explaining the no part is easy. This information can also be informative to someone who is narcissistic to help them better understand themselves. I am not a psychologist, but this information comes from my own clinical perspective and experience. I have spoken to a few experts in this field of narcissism and they know I have figured it out. I must confession that I have never been able to understand a narcissist 100%. I am not narcissistic, but I was raised by a narcissist parent. Over the years, I have educated myself and gained knowledge that can be applied to how a person thinks, feels, acts, and responds to various life situations. Therefore, I will explain it now. People are not born narcissistic, they are created. A narcissist can be created by a primary caregiver that lacks empathy, a narcissistic role model, repeated negative life experiences such as being bullied, raised in a dysfunctional environment, and/or they were traumatized.

In writing the blog post, 50 obstacles to leaving an abusive relationship, I realized there is one more obstacle. Smear Campaign is the 51 obstacles to leaving an abusive relationship. Let me explain. If you own your own business, are well known in your community, a public figure, and/or famous, you are most likely going experience a smear campaign if you are dealing with a narcissist. This can happen during and after the relationship. The narcissistic individual can threaten to ruin your reputation, destroy your business, and steal your clients. You can be smeared so badly that nobody will hire you within your town or state. A narcissist can threaten to smear you so that you will be kicked out of the church congregation. If you are in the film industry, a narcissist can threaten your career if you expose them.
When the narcissist starts his or her smear campaign, you can be completely clueless. You can think everything is fine in the relationship. People get into fights or disagreements all the time. You think or feel the disagreement was resolved, but if you belittle, embarrass, humiliate, upset, or even slightly shame the narcissist, you better watch out. Some narcissistic individuals are extremely passive aggressive and will want to teach you a lesson. A lesson of WHO is really in control and WHO has the power in the relationship.

I have always been curious about human nature and what makes us tick. I have worked with people all over the globe. People with different beliefs, backgrounds, religions, professions, family issues, and traumas. In writing this book, I started to change. I first was in a place of anger like most victims. Then as the anger melted away and my heart opened, I was able to see things much more clearly. I started to put the puzzle pieces together when it comes to childhood trauma, domestic violence, narcissisms, and how we treat one another.
Therefore, I wrote this book to shine my light out into the world. For I was in the dark like many other people. I had to heal my wounds and pick myself back up. When I realized, our story is happening to others around the world, I felt this strong urge to write this book. I needed to share our story to spare millions of children and families from abuse, trauma, and pain.
Like many other victims, I went on a quest to learn more about narcissistic traits and behaviors. I sadly discovered that it appeared many websites and blog posts were not coming from a place of love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness, but from a place of anger, hate, and victimization. If you truly want to heal and discover your authentic self, you must come from a place of LOVE!
Victims of narcissistic abuse have been led down the path of being afraid because FEAR has been their teacher. I want to take a different approach. I want LOVE to be your teacher. Fear is all about force and the energy/vibration of fear is weak. If you Google images of “Clinically Proven Map of Consciousness”, you will see that the energy levels below 200 are false, lack integrity, and do not support life. Energy levels above 200 have truth, Integrity, and support life.

Anger is a huge part of narcissism and unresolved issues that cause domestic violence and even arguments. Hot rage is when your emotions control you. You can start to shake, sweat, your heart rate increases, the volume of your voice increases to display a sense of dominance, you feel this rush of adrenaline, or explosive anger. Some people call it hot anger. You can become impulsive or overly passionate about a subject matter. You anger around other issues can leak out when you are speaking to someone that you have "unresolved" issues with. Therefore, you project your anger onto another person because you want or need to fight/argue. The person was just a walking target. That person might be trying to help you, yet your anger consumes you and you have been waiting for someone to dump your anger upon. I know this too well.
Hot rage or anger can feel very overwhelming because it is hard to control. It almost feels like it takes on a life of its own. You can have a public outcry that could turn terribly wrong. Hot rage or anger can cause trauma and frighten another person. You can experience hot rage when an injustice has occurred. Hot rage or anger is a natural and rightful response to re-establishing healthy boundaries. Yet, I have learned that a narcissist loves to push boundaries. They can claim you were on their property and in fact, you were standing in the street or sidewalk just talking with them. A narcissist will "escalate" the situation if there are unresolved issues because they are like a walking time bomb. They crave drama. It is difficult to have a rational, friendly conversation with a narcissist who is full of unresolved anger issues.

It appears that every person that finally reaches out for help when dealing with a narcissistic person is struggling with a lost sense of self. The light within has been blown out. Here is visual perception of what I mean.
Imagine a campfire. The flames are strong, determined, and bright. There is motivation, purpose, and a drive for life. After all, fire is alive like all other elements within our universe. You can feel the warmth from the fire and it brings you and everyone around you comfort. When someone is psychologically abused, it is like a stranger comes along and kicks dirt onto your campfire. It can be even more damaging and destructive when it comes from a person you trusted and loved. Overtime, you try to rebuild your campfire and keep the fire burning bright. But each time the same person comes along and kicks dirt on your campfire, the harder and harder it is to maintain. The fire become weak, for some odd reason the wood no longer supports the fire, and the winds of self doubt start to disrupt your campfire. Eventually, despite your best efforts, the fire slowly burns out. Everyone around you can see and feel it. You feel empty and cold inside. You do not recognize who you are anymore. You are just existing and no longer living or thriving. This to me is exactly how it feels to have identity erosion. It is the death of the old self.
