I am a seasoned family practice physician who believes in a whole-person approach to medicine.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves by helping them address their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
To practice good medicine, I needed a place where I could take my time to really get to know my patients and develop meaningful relationships with them. I wanted the ability to meet my patients’ needs in a deeper way – to be an advocate for them.
Much of medicine today involves impersonal care dictated by middlemen. I started Coastal Complete Direct Primary Care (DPC) because the DPC model gives the power back to the physician/patient and allows the physician to prioritize quality over quantity.

Krishna Bhatta, MD, FRCS is an author, surgeon and an inventor, currently practicing as chief of urology at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine. Dr. Bhatta began his life in a small Indian village, attended Patna Medical College in India, continued his education in the UK, and completed his research & medical training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Bhatta is equal parts practical and spiritual; he speaks and writes on meditation and spiritual topics, and frequently travels across the globe to meditate at holy sites and speak with luminaries from various spiritual traditions. He lives in Maine with his wife, Nayantara, who is an OB/GYN and their two children, also physicians.

Dr. Richard Steinfeld’s orthopaedic practice includes sports injuries, hip, knee, and shoulder reconstruction, general orthopedics (including foot/ankle and hand surgery), as well as fracture care.
Dr. Steinfeld completed his internship in General Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. After US Naval Flight Training at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute, he spent three years as Flight Surgeon and Head of Aviation Medicine at Naval Air Station Key West. Dr. Steinfeld returned to the Mayo Clinic and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. He was then chosen to undertake a Clinical Fellowship in Knee Surgery with John Bartlett, MD, in Melbourne, Australia finishing in June 2001.

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Science in physiology from Michigan State University and his Medical Degree from Wayne State University where he graduated a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
After a one-year internship at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Dr. Mallon completed a three-year ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee. He then completed a one-year fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery with Ophthalmic Plastic Surgical Associates of Memphis.

Dr. Sinatra is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Nutrition, and served two four-year terms as the Chief of Cardiology at Manchester Memorial Hospital, where he had previously been Director of Medical Education for 18 years.
