In this episode, Relebone and Nkuli discuss how humans handle mass traumatic events like the coronavirus pandemic. How do we handle being stuck in an endless grief and trauma loop? How do I take care of myself when pain is everywhere in my life?
Nkuli Tleane, is a Psycho-social Therapist and founder of Kwelanga Consulting. She is a registered member of the Council of Counsellors South Africa (CCSA) and uses her skills as a public speaker and private therapist to change the perspectives of individuals, couples, families and groups to cope with mental health challenges they may be facing.

Black people famously avoid conversations on mental illness or take a less helpful approach towards it. In this episode, Relebone chats with her mother about the family's experience with Relebone's mental illness, as a kind of entry-point into how mental illness affects the Black community.
Mmashikwane Dabea Myambo has an upbringing that spans two villages (Ngobi and Mathibestad) and two sets of parents (Moeng's and Peete's), as she was adopted by an aunt at the age of 10.
She is a Pastor and educator whose care for students extends outside of the classroom. She is also a philanthropist, literacy advocate, sister to many, mother of two gorgeous and intelligent biological daughters; and mother to many more daughters she raised, mentored, and mothered through the years.
