**One of my pet hates with social media, especially Facebook, is when people ask for a friend request and immediately try pitching to you. It is like waving a red flag to a bull and It makes me mad. What happened to get to know the person first, and building that knows, like, and trust factor. It actually takes longer to build trust online, due to the number of scams out there. However using social media the smart way will make a difference, and I am sure you are the same as me, where we actually want to stand out from the crowd

I believe that this statement can be misleading because I know that many entrepreneurs are focused on generating new subscribers, however, they don’t spend as much time engaging with their subscribers.
**My belief is that it is not how many subscribers you have on your list, it is what you do with them. And that is why I spend a lot of time using automation to create engaging welcome onboarding sequences that build trust, authority, and relationships.

Spend 10 minutes at the start of each day to get your priorities for the day on paper, and set your timer for focused time blocks. I like to work in 4 blocks per day for 1 hour per block. Q) How do you find your audience to do the market research?
A) Here are some tips to help you to move forward
- Take a moment to look at who you would like to serve first. And niche down - for example serving a woman who has just had her first child, would be different from a woman who is moving into empty nesting.
- Then go where your audience hang out - Social media is good for research - Which groups would they be in - Join those groups and start to notice their conversations
- Do you already know of some people who would be your ideal clients- Give them a call and let them know that you are wanting to do some research, and you would like their opinion ( ensure you have questions ready )

- Complete some deep-dive interviews with your existing clients

A) Practise is a big part of selling off webinars. And here are some tips
- People are needing your support to overcome their problems and pain points, and you have the solution that will help them move forward
- Seed the offer early in the webinar - Let them know that you will show them how you can help them go deeper into this topic at the end of the webinar, at the beginning.
- Watch the tonality, speed, and volume of your voice - If you have a dramatic change, they will pick it up, and think that you may not be confident in what you are doing.

Q) How do you motivate yourself when you try so many things, and nothing works?
A) This is certainly tough to do, and it comes down to being resilient
- You absolutely need to be working on the things that you are excited about. Remember your big ‘WHY’
- Join communities that will support you and encourage you to keep going
- Sometimes less is better than more - Take some time for self-evaluation - Are you jumping from one idea to another, are you consistent with your publishing. There are a lot of questions to explore. This is why self-ovulation is so valuable.
