The candid and casual chats are designed to inspire people to go out and achieve their goals. Luke has had a significant mental health journey for almost a decade and loves discussing mental health, mindfulness and resilience in order to show no one is perfect, everyone has struggles and anyone can achieve great things.

Luke and Dr Alix discuss childhood trauma, psychology and what it is like living with Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Dr Alix is a research fellow in Child Mental Health within the Youth Mental Health team at the Telethon Kids Institute and is working on the Embrace project.
