I love encouraging others in their weight loss journey, and as I shared last week, I credit that as the "secret sauce" of staying on track with mine! I often had to "borrow" the beliefs of others (including my own health coach) to get started, and now that my life has been transformed, it's become a burning desire of mine to pass it forward.
In today's episode, I dig into how I help others, through coaching, understand what their deep "why" is and as a result: how to get the transformation they want!

Is it possible to have motivation without focus, or focus without motivation?
Today I'm digging into the difference between the two and the roles they BOTH play in our health journeys!

In last week's episode, I mentioned a conference I had recently attended, where I heard John Maxwell speak. What he had to share on the topic of habits I found especially interesting, challenging, and share-worthy!
His 5 habits are: Read | Write | File | Think | Ask Questions
And he does them:
Are you starting to see a pattern? These habits have developed into a system for him...and have enabled him to write the 88 books he's written over his lifetime!
My question to you is "What are the habits (systems) you have that bring you closer to the goals you have in your life? What are the habits (systems) you have that have drawn you away from the goals you have?"
Habits are the result of mindset and will help you to move forward. Conversely, a lack of them can keep you stagnant!
