America has always been about freedom, opportunity, and the pursuit of happiness. However, most Americans are not free when it comes to the financial front. Most are under financial slavery due to losing their jobs, having stagnant wages due to outsourcing, inflation due to money printing, and debt of all kinds. Wealth and income inequality runs rampant across America while the middle class has all but disappeared! Where there is no freedom, there can never be opportunity nor happiness. Such a disconnect between who we are as Americans and our Financial reality cannot be allowed to continue. Therefore, Extraordinary America is about the abolition of financial slavery. It is about the financial freedom of the 99%. It is about Americans restoring the Extraordinary within themselves and setting themselves free! The truth is Americans are Extraordinary. As immigrants and descendants of immigrants, they have overcome insurmountable obstacles and barriers with their pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit, and this time is no different. Americans should never give up or surrender to hopelessness and despair, no matter how bad the situation is, no matter how much the odds are stacked against them. Just as spring overcomes winter, Day overcomes Night, the light within us shall overcome the darkness around us. Its time for us to know that we are our own saviors, that there is an Extraordinary within us waiting to be unleashed, that freedom is our birthright and that we shall realize the American Dream! The path to financial freedom is by educating and transforming ourselves into Entrepreneurs and Investors on the light side! In this podcast Cosmos Dar interviews Entrepreneurs and Investors who fought against the odds, and in many cases came from humble beginnings to attain financial freedom, to see how they did it. He hopes through all these stories that the Extraordinary within the audience shall awaken, that they shall take the actions necessary to abolish financial slavery from their lives and finally Realize the American dream! Is the co-owner of Pro-Sense, which is a lighting-buying group company, and is also the owner of Eden's Building Ventures, which is a remodel Company. He went to School to be a pilot, but 9/11 changed the criteria for how many hours you needed to be a commercial pilot.
He joined the Air Force, but with his heart problems, he didn't get far as much as he didn't want to. He called his father and asked about how to get started in the career that his father became very successful in, which is the lighting business. JR ended up spending 20-plus years in the lighting business and it was a great-paying career, but he just didn't have the passion for it.
So, at the age of 41, despite the financial risks of starting a business while raising a family, Jerrod took a leap of faith and dove into the entrepreneurship world. He started a remodeling company, bought into lighting, bought a good company, and bought multiple Firehouse sub-locations. Talia Jacqueline Bio:
Talia Jacqueline was just 21 years old when she learned the most valuable lesson in business: Your value cannot be realized until you learn how to communicate it. A year earlier, at the age of 20, Talia started her own trauma therapy practice. It wasn't gaining much traction. Just calling herself a "personal coach" or "consultant" wasn't going anywhere.
But after studying communication and business psychology, Talia realized that titles and labels put you into a box. To truly stand out, your message must be communicated with the right emotion, tonality, and strategy.
That's how Visceral Communication was born. Talia dived deep into the intimate connection between psychology and communication, and she has spent the last several years cementing those bonds after establishing Visceral in 2016. Working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and their most valuable team members, Talia has helped companies generate the recognition, traction, and growth that they deserve.
Talia currently lives in Austin, Texas, with her partner Max and their cat, Beau. She regularly travels to Los Angeles, where she was born and raised, and to countries around the world to visit friends and family. Outside of her business ventures, you can find Talia hiking around the flat landscape of Austin -- AKA walking -- as well as painting, dancing, and convincing friends to start their own businesses.

With headquarters in New York and more than 325 sister-centers strategically located around the world, the WTC Atlanta promotes and facilitates international trade and investments, providing the commercial environment, industry and government access, trade services, and educational programming that bring executives, entrepreneurs, governments, businesses, and markets together. Max has been on WTC Atlanta’s Board of Directors since 2017, is Chairman of the Executive Board, and has a seat on the World Trade Centers Association’s Global Trade Advisory Council.
Complementing his commitment to the WTC Atlanta, Max is a frequent Keynote Speaker and Panel Moderator at Business Forums and Trade Conferences to share insights, considerations, knowledge, and resources to strategically expand into new markets, domestic and international. By the time he was 19, David was a 400+ lb, pre-diabetic, suicidal, teenager with dangerously high blood pressure. He drank 15-20 diet cokes and would eat a Costco-size bag of Reese's EVERY DAY. David was depressed on the inside but pretended to be happy on the outside.
He felt stuck. Deep down, he wanted to be healthy and happy, but for some reason, he couldn't get myself to change. David knew what he needed to do but couldn't get himself to do it. He wanted to change, but never could. Then, one day, EVERYTHING changed. Fast forward a few short years, and now David is participating in bodybuilding shows and feels like he can HAVE, BE and DO ANYTHING HE WANTS IN THIS WORLD.
After going through his personal transformation, David found his calling is to help others who feel trapped and powerless just like he did. His mission is to show people it’s possible and provide them with a proven blueprint, which, when followed, will inevitably lead to results. Most people think having a 100+ lbs transformation is all about your body, but your mind is just as important if not more.
