For as long as we can remember diaries have been synonymous with privacy, a barrier for others. They collected the told and untold events, accomplishments, anxieties, and depression. It was an outlet for the unheard to feel heard, the repressed to feel some release. Join Kelley and Tae as they share personal diary entries to help raise awareness around mental health and what impacts it. Through the power of storytelling and honest conversation, this show will also feature guest stories in hopes to break down stigmas and empower others to continue conversations.
There's things we can't control but a lot that we can. Like the calories we take in, the shows we watch, the outlook we have on negative situations, and the patience to learn a new game...All things we cover in this episode.

Last episode of the year and we wanted to end it with another round of unfiltered. A conversation where Tae and Kelley air some holiday grievances and go off on a lot of tangents.
Take control of your mental health as many factors come into play during this time of the year...the weather...the holidays...we dive into our experiences handling adverse situations with friends and family.
Mental health starts young! Tae and Kelley talk about who influenced them growing up, parenthood, what they needed as a 7-10 year old, and bring on a very special guest. Hint: It's a 7 year old.
We go off in a tangent with those of you who shared some grievances with us. We'll talk about everything from certain ASMR sounds to littering and more. Share more of your annoyances with us on our Instagram!
November is National Adoption Month! What defines "family" for you? Listen in on a quick interview with Kelley around adoption and what family means to her.
Mental health is full of serious topics but it's also important to take mental breaks from it as well. Launching a new segment called Unfiltered where we collect responses from other people on every day annoyances. While it may not be funny in the moment, smiles still manage to break out when someone else can relate! This episode will go into what inspired Unfiltered and sharing other people's grievances! Can you relate to the ones we share?
Just two friends going off on a tangent around the one thing that can connect and divide people at the same time.
"Don't be afraid to ask for help!" We've heard this before, right? Easier said than done. It's easy to understand yet it won't make it's way out of our mouths so we continue to show split seconds of wanting help that if someone wasn't paying attention between blinks, they would never know.
We know, we know. Dear Desert Diaries launched in October. The title isn't a typo and we're not referencing a JT meme. It all started with an argument between Kelley and another friend...
Let's paint the scene. We're all new friends hanging out somewhere, you pick the spot (we're indecisive) but hopefully coffee and/or food is involved because we're about to unpack. How else do you get closer to friends if you're not bonding over life's struggles?
All of us may have similar recipes that make up our mental health but everyone has secret ingredients added to make up who they are today. We'll share what made Dear Desert Diaries, what to expect, and why you may not want to listen to us.
Coming October 2022 we'll start to dive into burning topics we've only written in our diaries. We'll talk anything and all things that impact our mental health adding a 3D effect to, sometimes, 2D perspectives.
