How to free yourself from feeling stuck in just 5 simple steps. What do you want to change about your life? Curious how to affect change? We've got the right recipe for your new life!
This week we dive into the Triangle of Disempowerment also known as the Drama Triangle. We share how we can identify when we are in the disempowerment cycle, what our actions may look like from the outside looking in, and how we shift out of the pattern by changing our mindset and replacing our learned behaviors. This is what we call work, but it works!
It can so tempting to control how things manifest in our lives - and it is VERY easy to passively wait for life to manifest those things… we can get lost in waiting for something to happen to find joy - but the trick is learning to live in that light, that love, that joy ... right this very instant. Even when we need to dig deep! The journey is where it’s at - we can find joy in the process. Surrender to what the universe has to offer, show up as yourself, with authenticity, and participate in the process of your life. We never know how much sand is left in the hourglass of our lives. Trust the process and lean into what gives us JOY.
Time is finite. Our time on this plane is limited - how much of our time is consumed with what is no longer serving us or never really was serving us? What are our dreams? What are our desires? What is standing in the way of us achieving them? In this week's episode we dive into clearing space for what we desire. We are not able to place what we desire in a place that is occupied by something else. When we create space, nature will fill the void.
When we use an external solution for an internal problem, it will never work, we will never create lasting change.
By showing up for our practice everyday, we create our environment instead of being a product of it.
Your practice has the power to save you.
Your practice has the power to transform your life.
We need absolutely zero money or objects to transform our minds. Zero.
The only thing we need is the integrity to commit to the promises we make to ourselves.
Our presence is our power.
This week's episode is game changer!!
As we navigate this new year and work with our resolutions and intentions - we wanted to kick off the first quarter with unpacking tools that help us move towards a healthy mindset. Each week we will tackle a different topic - unpacking tools such as our Mindsets and Attitudes, our routines and personal practices, clearing out clutter both in our minds and environments, creating change, and manifesting! Each of the tools we explore will ground us in the true principles of manifestation - leading us to the life we desire, the life we are choosing to design and build.
This week we are kicking off the New Year with our Mindset, Mood and Attitude...which is where EVERYTHING starts.
Our mindset and our attitude are the fundamental building blocks that progress stems from. Our results are controlled by the way we think. Our destiny is determined by our decisions.
The most successful people are those with the right mindset vs the most experience. Our success is determined more by our mindset and our attitude than our ability to execute and our experiences. If you believe you will achieve. When you believe you will become.
In this episode I share personal takeaways and the massive growth + change that comes with reflecting on 2022. We share how I broke through patterns, created new habits and re-engaged with familiar ones in order to rebuild my personal practice. Embracing change is complicated - but with some perspective, we can see how much we have grown while we navigated the process.
One of my frequent stress response triggers is when I feel a sense of instability. In this episode, I crack open the book of my personal life and discuss trauma cycles: how to spot the signs and the steps to unpack our triggers so we can release what is holding us back.
When we are struggling with trying to control everything around us, we can immediately lean into organizing ourselves. The way we organize ourselves is by using our minds to tap into our core system that regulates our thoughts, our emotions, our energy, and our frequency. These actions will create an immediate shift and change our circumstances. Learn more on today’s podcast.
This week we share the KEY to DESIGNING YOUR DESTINY and it is easier than you think!

Experience and Knowledge - two things that no one can ever take away from us. How we choose to apply each to our pursuits is how we facilitate wisdom. In this quick bite size ep, we share 3 tips to leverage growth in the pursuit of Wisdom.
Remember in Forrest Gump, when Forrest tells Jenny he quits her? How could we not, it's iconic! This episode is about quitting all the things and people that hold us back. Working with our tools to identify what is not serving us, why, and how to wash it out of our lives in a healthy way. Being compassionate and kind when letting things go is so important because when we are negative and mean, we are really only acting that way because we believe that is what we deserve. It hurts us more than anything or anyone else. This ep is short and spicy - just like a jalapeno margarita... now let's go have one and celebrate bringing in new growth and opportunity into our lives! We don't settle!
This week we share the elevator metaphor for life. As we navigate our journey to our goals, it's important to acknowledge that sometimes on our way up, we may need to say goodbye to what no longer serves us.
Here's the deal: Change brings opportunity for growth.
Developing these skills takes time, patience, and discipline.
We are learning how to reframe our perspectives when we feel stuck, discouraged, fearful, and shift our mindset from a place of resistance to curiosity.
WE CAN CHANGE OUR LIVES THROUGH AWARENESS
We can improve ourselves, we can change our patterns, our thoughts, our application towards life. It’s possible. However it takes work, and it takes awareness. When we dig into who we are, why we are, become vulnerable enough with ourselves to truly reflect, take inventory, discover and acknowledge all the parts of us we put on snooze - or pretend don’t exist - all the good and uncomfortable aspects of us and our lives that we choose to hide from... that’s where the key unlocks the door. That’s where it all clicks into place. Where we activate that awareness so that we may evolve and ascend to the next level.
In this week's ep we dive into Boundaries: Why we use them, When we use them, How to communicate them. Boundaries are sticky things that can cause a lot of stress and conflict - but they don't have to be. Boundaries can be effective tools, especially when we know who we are and approach our communication of them with authenticity. Dive into this brief ep where we dissect three main steps within the conflict, resolution, communication pattern - and hear all about how I personally had to enforce some boundaries very recently.
This week we talk through several actionable steps that help us approach our relationships as our whole selves and why it is so vital and important for us to lean in and do the work. We discuss A Frame and H Frame relationship models, core tenets in a relationship, and how to reflect and release patterns that are holding us back.

This week, I share my own values, how I operationalize them and how I challenge myself every single day to push the needle forward.
Our values allow us to clearly see who we are and what we are looking for when we cannot see the forest through the trees. If we find ourselves in a moment where we are spinning wildly out of control, our values will fortify our boundaries so that we can slow down and create space to collect data - which allows ourselves the ability to make informed decisions vs being reactive.

A quick how-to on identifying our values and creating a leadership brand. How do we change if we're not clear on who we are, what we want, and where we are going? Our values are our compass as we navigate life, if we don’t have a crystal clear vision of our values, we may find ourselves being run by life vs us running life. Short and sweet like a hot potato dipped in ketchup. I went there.
Friends, it has been a week (or two!)!! I have been really "in it" and decided to share a couple actionable steps that I am currently using to create new habits and neural pathways. Relatively short and sweet. Can't wait to update you next week.
