Walking in the Spirit/Lordship of Christ
This was recorded with Frank on a cell phone. As he went into 'teacher mode' we didn't get back to it for awhile. Next session we bring Pastor Glen Aiken into the discussion.
Hop you enjoy it as much as we did.

Did Judas lose his salvation? How did he think about his betrayal before and after. Is there a lesson?
Many are intimidated by the word theology. Actually is easy if approached by linking the known with the new.
We start with more on the Apostles' Creed and trace how to use it in a guided study.
In the continuing discussion of the Apostles' Creed, it has become clear that we ought to discuss figurative language in the Bible and the beginning tools for correctly understanding and interpreting the Bible.
Pastor Glenn Aiken returns to discuss the Holy Spirit in the Apostles' Creed. The picture design is helpful to understand the relationships within the God-head.
This is the 3rd part of our discussion of residual guilt with our guest, Pastor Glenn Aiken, of Columbia, SC.
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Frank, Pastor Glen and Bob talk about the problem of feeling guilty. Sometimes because of sin before God, sometimes in relation to offenses or sin toward people. And sometimes with a false guilt based on an over active conscience or a spiritual oppression.
Frank and Bob talk with Pastor Glenn Aiken about Guilt. They start with false or residual guilt. Then talk about guilt as God’s prompting to surrender an area of life to His Lordship and ongoing spiritual growth.
We wrestle with personal decisions about the gospel and assurance of our relationship with Christ. Fun and some laughter on a serious subject.
Frank and Bob's first recording on August 8, 2022 to test recording and conversation flow. No topic or outline. Just free-style.
Incidentally, we have been friends for over 25 years.
As they say in editing, red ink is our friend. Let us know how to improve, and we really hope you enjoy.
