After enduring hardship in her own life with an unplanned pregnancy, host, Erin Fader, found unexpected support from a group of women going through similar grief, women she now calls her "Crystal Sisters". On this podcast, Erin welcomes women from all walks of life to share their own stories of affliction, insecurity, resilience and strength in this space free of judgement and criticism. With these stories, Erin hopes to inspire and empower listeners young and old to live every day as their authentic selves. At My Crystal Sister, your story is our story.
Erin Fader is a jewelry designer based in Southern California who has been designing, making, and selling jewelry for over 15 years. She is a Gemologist by trade & has owned multiple lines. Her jewels have been featured in several publications, including US Weekly, adorned the runways, including New York Fashion Week, and worked with several celebrities while being featured on National TV. 10 Heather Lake is a local celebrity here in San Diego, and she is also an incredibly dedicated professional and mother. Up at 3 am every morning, Heather is juggling her job as the lifestyle news reporter for Fox 5 San Diego, being a mother of two beautiful kids and feeding her soul with other passion projects. Today, Heather and I discuss the constant juggle as a working mom, how interning and finding her mentors paved her way to success in news, how she found her confidence and more.

3: Amanda Griffiths has the ultimate “My Crystal Sister” story. She received one of our bracelets from a group of girlfriends a few years ago after she had endured a tragic, life-changing event. Ever since, she has held this bracelet near and dear to her heart, and by an amazing chance, we crossed paths with each other and connected. In this episode, we talk about Amanda’s incredible mission of ending human trafficking one bracelet at a time with her Bracelets for Change jewelry line. In the first two months of selling the bracelets, she sold over $100,000 and donated 100% of the proceeds to Operation Underground Railroad. She also supports Willow International through her efforts.
