Liz Gunn speaks to Erika Whittome & John Armstrong on their efforts in requesting full public release of the contract made between the New Zealand government and Pfizer in relation to the Covid-19 jab rollout.
We deserve to know all the terms under which this agreement was made on behalf of us.
This interview was required to be held back until after the judicial review process for John & Erika's OIA was adjudicated. The verdict came back as being denied because “(this) case does not determine genuine public interest and thus no question of law”. Mr Justice Whata claimed that there was no public interest in the release of the Pfizer contract.
John gives a recent update at the end of this broadcast.
We obviously need to show the court that there is vast public interest in the release of the Pfizer contract. The easiest and most transparent way of achieving this, is through an Official Information Act request on the FYI website. Therefore we ask you to help John & Erika, and to get others to help by submitting an OIA and then emailing it to John to collate for the next filing.

Declaration of Independence , July 2 1776 was the date approved by the continental congress even though the document is dated July 4th . Was written after long deliberations among the different Colonies. This was the result of the British moving on Concord to confiscate the arms from the armory of the local militia . There are several reasons why they were kept in an armory, mostly from the standpoint that when needed and poor communications at that time it became a first come first served as to who got the arms generally supplied by the British, this was not for the purpose of crime control as everyone had their own private hunting arms. This occurred at the battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775, so it was a measured response over a year later that the Declaration of Independence was written with the names of 56 men who in effect signed their own death warrants by committing Treason in the eyes of the King. https://declaration.fas.harvard.edu/resources/text

The French Revolution , It was the French forces in the final battle of the American revolution lead by Marquis de Lafayette in 1781 at Yorktown that won the final battle against the British with 7000 French troops . Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson were later ambassadors to France. Thomas Paine who wrote the pamphlets, 'Common Sense' and a supporter of leftist ideology widely circulated in the colonies only escaped the Guillotine during the French revolt by accidental luck ! There were many reasons for what the French revolt took place but it was the oppression of the commoners that eventuated in protest and then the storming of the Bastille and the loss of control of the of the King over the country, in a large part by a lawyer Robespierre who headed the Mountain party which is cited by Marx and Engels as the base of their book the Communist Manifesto and later cited by Vladimir Lenin for his version of Communism . So, Socialist and Communist ideologies existed before and this is historically cited as a early experiment of that ideology. At the conclusion of the revolution the group known as the Commune was the governing body until a revolt against it threw out the new ideology to a more conservative referred to as the Thermidor which was later overthrown by Neapolitan. This was a clash between radical leftist similar to Socialists and Communist as exemplified by Jacinda Ardern , and the Thermidor exemplified by the Loyal party and conservative views of how a relationship exist between the people and a government , aka a people that direct the government or a committee of government officials that direct the people . Sneak preview history repeats itself in the Spanish Civil war 1936-39.

Jeanette Wilson tells her story of being brutally injured by New Zealand Police on February 10th, 2022, on the lawns of Parliament, exercising her right to peaceful protest. Within an instant, a member of the New Zealand Police caused her to sustain an extremely serious injury: a broken sternum, plus multiple bruises from being roughly manhandled, as well as extreme pain for the following months.
Jeanette is a healer and was unable to apply herself to her work for many months after her injury. As of June 2023, she has yet to see justice for how she was treated.
In this update with actor and writer Barry Duffield, we revisit Barry's story of suffering, experienced since taking his 2nd dose. We also discuss Barry's shocking medical test results since our first interview.

Julie & Rachel Norman give an account of the treatment of their mother Gillian by one New Zealand hospital which was obsessed with the labour government's heartless and discriminatory mandates at the height of the covid madness. Due to the mandates, Gillian was denied access to palliative care despite having lung cancer.
From this interview, we wonder how many other of our elderly Kiwis who declined this poison suffered similar cruelty in the closing days of their lives when they most needed support and compassion from the hospital and hospice staff.
Cheryl Amos is the mother of talented musician and songwriter Louis Amos. Louis died in early 2022, at age 19. Here, Cheryl remembers and celebrates Louis, his musical talents, and the gift to the world that was his brief but significant life. Cheryl also gives her brave personal account of hearing of his death while she was within the loving atmosphere of Freedom Village.
This conversation was recorded in late 2022 but held back because of Cheryl's concern for grieving family members.

We speak to independent journalist and post-Cyclone Gabrielle clean-up volunteer Zeb Jackson about the vitally important work she has helped provide to the flood-damaged areas of Hawkes Bay. Zeb facilitated the gathering of teams of willing workers who worked together to clean up as many properties as they could. Zeb has also captured vitally important records of many people's stories in the weeks after the cyclone, and she plans to head back in the near future, hopefully with all of New Zealand's support behind her, ready and refreshed to help more good Kiwis in their hour of need.

We speak with Dr Kirk Milhoan - a specialist in Paediatric Cardiology & Dr John Kupferschmid - a specialist in Paediatric Cardiology, Paediatric Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. They are two US-based medical professionals with a wealth of experience. They give their expert opinion on Baby Will's case, based on the pertinent information they received and observed. Crucially, they highlight the importance of finding a middle ground that works for all parties involved, especially in a situation of high stress and tension for a mother and child. This interview was presented last night as an important second medical opinion, differing from the Starship doctors' view that Baby Will was in need of urgent and immediate surgery. The two US specialists strongly maintained that while he required an operation on his heart, he would be within the margin of safety to wait up to three weeks, after Christmas. Starship said he needed an operation within days; these highly experienced American specialists said it was clear to them that it could be done within weeks.
They felt the more important factor for success was for the mother and baby to have time to relax and calm from all the stress in Starship and to go into the operation in a state that would ensure Baby Will's rapid and healthy recovery from such a major piece of surgery. Their conclusions were drawn from an in-depth study of Baby Will's medical records, and records of his vitals, as well as an extended visual analysis of him over a video call. They did say they still needed to see the Echo (Echocardiogram) but they were both separately satisfied that Baby Will fell into the "Less Urgent" category of the thousands of pediatric heart patients they have served. Judge Ian Gault rejected this, and instead added an extra permission, in an urgent judicial sitting that went late into the night, giving the state-appointed guardian, the Starship doctors, the right to use police enforcement on this family and around this 4-month-old heart baby.

The closure of this important piece of NZ infrastructure holds huge significance for every Kiwi -whether we each realise it yet, or not. It is clear that it is a seminal part of this government steering us off-course, towards a future in which our once proud and independent People will have a severely-reduced ability as a functioning, self-reliant and sovereign nation.
