In the first episode of the θank You for Sharing podcast, we explore the impact of flashbacks in media and personal life. They discuss how flashbacks trigger emotions, offer therapeutic benefits, and share personal anecdotes. The hosts also touch on the phenomenon of déjà vu, connecting it to subconscious processing.

Effie, one of our team members, met Desirée Klemmensen, creator of the sustainable fashion brand "Inuit Beads" and together they created an interesting #podcast on #sustainability, #upcycling and #femaleentrepreneurship
Let's listen to their story: "I met Desirée while working together in a project on social entrepreneurship in Estonia back in February. I admired her colorful beaded earrings and wanted to know more about them. While sitting down for a friendly chat, I was astonished to learn that she actually makes these earrings herself and that she has just found a way to minimize the use of plastics when shipping out her products. Her inspiration is drawn by the unique Greenlandic culture and landscapes, the birthland of her mother. Beading is a way for Desirée to connect to her Greenlandic roots and though beading, she hopes to contribute to sustaining and developing the Greenlandic culture. A pair of earrings takes up to three hours to be completed and the beads require careful sewing. What I found particularly interesting is that she uses the waste product of fox fur as an upcycling method to create some of her most unique fluff earrings".

Today´s episode of Travel Footprints features Sarina, who spent five and a half months backpacking through South-East Asia. We find out what motivated her to embark on this trip through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Malaysia, as well as some of her favorite aspects of the whole experience. In the past 2 years, we all faced the same problem: limitations of movement. Here in Hellenic Youth Participation, we hope the situation will go back on track soon.
In the meantime, we would like to warm up the expectation of traveling abroad and inside your own country or even city. Exactly, that's why this episode has received the name "Both sides perspective". It has been divided into three parts, as its 3 international guests will share their views on the topic.
In the first part of the episode, our volunteer Maryna has talked with Stepan Bolotnikov, who comes from Estonia. Stepan gave helpful tips about traveling in his country, reflected on his experience abroad (including Russia, the USA, and Cyprus), recommended food to try, and many more things.
