Hello and welcome back to this episode on leveraging joy to generate energy, ideas and income. I'm always seeing where I can have more ease and flow in my work and fine tune areas of what I'm doing. Which it all comes down to brightening my energy.
That's the REAL work.
Managing my energy so that my business also gets that energy and vitality. Without it, it's lackluster and dull, boring and that's when I do major assessment with why what I'm doing is not bringing me joy. It might be time to course correct or just use joy more strategically in my work.
As a creative entrepreneur energy could go into all kinds of projects, ideas and launches.
We often times get hard on ourselves that something we enjoy isn't bringing in the income we desired then we stop doing it. But what if we still did that thing that gave us joy and brought that joyful energy into generating ideas and income?! Because the alternative energy is deflating to our creative spirit.
Creative entrepreneurship requires us to see and do things differently.
What I learned is that not all your income streams don't have to generate a sustainable income. The key is streams of income within your business and outside.
If you look at your business as a lifestyle, which I assume you are already at this place or desiring to create this for yourself, then what look at everything you're doing as multiples streams of energy.
Because money is energy just like JOY.
In this podcast I shared how I sold $3 my seedlings first as porch pick ups on my front doorstep during covid then at the farmers markets the following year.
It gave me joy.
That joy spilled into other areas of my business through generating ideas for courses and offerings that created revenue. I am always filling up on joy first then harnessing the energy into other aspects of my business.
Eventually you'll have multiple streams of revenue and if one dips, then the others are still flowing. This is such a general talk on this but the point is harness the energy of joy and get used to doing things quick on the spot even as the energy is flowing.
Because as entrepreneurs there will be dips in energy, confidence, and then rises. Capture those moments.
When I have great energy after a great conversation for example I get off the phone and go do something with that energy. I don't let it go to waste. I grab my phone create a podcast episode, write an email, capture the ideas, implement on an idea or blend tea. It doesn't matter what it is as long as it is moving me forward. It has a forward momentum quality to it as well as a freeing quality, like an exhale.
Which that's what it feels like, because your soul is expressing itself and you're allowing a vehicle for that expression of energy. You can leverage joy in any area of your life not just your business.
Do you know who does this really well? PLANTS and flowers!
They leverage the nutrients, the sun, the uplifting comments they get from us-- they're inspired to bloom and shine.. and in fall winter they go to hibernation to reserve their energy for the blossoms of Spring.

Hey beautiful we're almost, not quite but almost mid-year. How's it going for you so far?
So the whole world is in a shift of major sorts and in each of our personal lives. It's catapulting us to change, to grow, to live our divine destiny-- our soul's purpose. This energy is available but nothing is ever required however if you want transformation, there's work to be done with our divine mind, the light of our soul. Because change will happen whether we like it or not, transformation is up to us.
So, in this podcast it's shedding a light on the thoughts we think allowing our throughs help us take back control of our life. Because our thoughts have created the current picture of our life.
I've installed a personal bouncer watching the thoughts that come in (haha can you picture that?!). It's been quite a year of big changes for me so I have to be on top of my thoughts to recommit to the big dreams I have.
Ironically, as your thoughts brighten because they are projecting the radiance of your soul, then you brighten. And there might be people around your life that might not be happy with that, the bright outlook kind of person you've become and the happiness you radiate. This is creating polarity and it's a good thing. You get to see who really gets to be in your life because they want the best for you. This might be the hardest part of your spiritual journey, having to let go of what is comfortable but as you grow and evolve and people around you do not, they will project their soul's lack of radiance and will be unhappy for you; they are in the competitive life and you've tapped into a creative source of light, life and limitless love.

The power of Soul YES!
The big question is, do you want it, really want it? You will know if it is a Soul YES or Soul NO by the energy or lack thereof behind it. It is amazing how when you make that little subtle shift of SOUL YES things seem to come on your path to support what you want. Sure, there might be challenges and even big ones to get it or to your goal but it's nothing you can't move through when it's a Soul YES.
You'll want to. It's like you put that stake in the ground and claimed it.
So this show is about staking your claim. Going on all in. Putting everything you've got into it. Not dabble, but everything. In total alignment and integrity. Making adjustments along the way not needing things to be perfect because you know doing it this way is divine perfection.

Your body has a cocktail of hormones ready to be released when you're feeling good. Why aren't we fully utilizing this? Many reasons but I hope by the end of this episode you can think about PLEASURE in a way that is so natural to you and use it as a gateway to connect with your SOUL.

- we were programmed to be in the struggle. If you're grinding you're not making progress. Total untruth.
- pleasure has to be delayed until all work is done. Btw, do we ever get it all done? You know Friday end of week happy hour or weekend partying; Delaying gratification and pleasure until a later time. But what if that later doesn't come?
- pleasure is not for the ordinary householder. But you're not ordinary! You are extraordinary. Pleasure is for "them" who can afford spas. But honestly, pleasure has to be decided and it is now. Not at spas or anywhere else, it is anywhere you are and decide to experience.
See pleasure is an experience of your inner world as take in through the gateway of your 5-senses.
it GIVES YOU THE FUEL to have the endurance as a a sensual entrepreneur, I say sensual because you are because you magnetize your soul mate clients to you when you allow pleasure to FUEL you in your health, well-being, prosperity flow and becoming more of you. You're getting to know your desires, what lights you up through pleasure.
Are you saying YES TO PLEASURE or putting it off for when it's all done? You'll never get it all done unless you're dead and you're alive.

Your soul loves to play.
There's always room in our lives to lighten up. I know for me and I love to play but the past few years have given us great challenges. Here's some perspective on play as your spiritual power. It's part of my daily practice. I move my body in a way that feels expansive, free and play.. yes it could be super sensual!
Play reminds us there is wisdom in being spontaneous, being lighter on ourselves. It moves the excessive thoughts back to the heart. It leads us back to who we are.
I'm not happy when I ignore the nudges to stop what I'm doing when I'm frustrated with something I've been working on. It means I'm pushing on when it's more productive for me to step away and play.
Play could mean turning up the music, dance, get into the garden, play with your pet or kids, go for a drive.
It is so liberating to be childlike and be playful.
Ideas flow when you're relaxed, in play and in flow. You can write a whole course in play. Take a listen!

There's been a lot of fear expressing anger especially for the empaths and HSP that were conditioned it's not ok to get angry. But where does the emotion go because certainly it's healthy to express all ranges of emotions including anger, in healthy doses and expressed in a safe environment.
Anger is the lowest of the negative frequencies that can be transformed into a higher frequencies when done consciously. Here I'm talking about holy rage, the anger that is rising from so many women awakening to their soul power. The fierceness rising to the surface from all the suppression and deep conditioning.
Now we know this emotion is available to us and it must leave the body. If repressed they can be acted out in unhealthy reactive anger, all kinds of addictions especially fiery substances like drugs, alcohol, smoking. It could also lead to self-infliction of pain.
It's good especially during these times to become aware if you're holding anger back and instead express it, whether you're by yourself, with a friend or loved one you can trust who will provide a safe space to express or to nature.
I share a story of a fever that helped me express an anger I've been wanting to release, well didn't know it was anger at the time so I really feel the fever assisted me and during the time, I share in the podcast how I healed my inner child. It was an incredible experience of lightness and clarity and above all love.
Shortly after, a friend shared her experience of holy rage. So express it friends, we are brightening. Be fully you, expressed as your soul desires you to be.

This episode is a continuation of last episode #2, letting your purpose be revealed to you. And when you get a glimpse of that and living it, you’ll need to be fearless moving through it.
The fact is, we've created a society based on fear. We were not taught to live a life based on love and what that actually looks like.
We were so programmed to live in fear and that got us in trouble.
Fear of what people will say. Fear of not being loved. Fear of being alone. Fear of Fear of disappointing our partner. Fear of failing. Fear of being broke. OMG. Let me just stop.
Most of us are taught to ignore our intuition and that we were weak if we had and acted on our fears. I bust these beliefs in this episode. It's a good one. Listen if you feel paralyzed by fear, feel alone and unsure that to do next.
I used to be afraid to fly. I used to tense up during turbulence. An ex would be so loving when I clenched him Lol. He explained scientifically about turbulence and then it was clicking how ignorant I was around this fear. That flying was safer than driving in a car.
Imagine that? I did and now I love turbulence and flying. My body is relaxed and I love the window seat looking down.
If we're going to become someone new, experience the fullness of life, fear will be a part of it. And it is also the killer of dreams.
It's a big topic. Fear could be so confining.
To sum up this episode, face your fear and you'll set yourself free. It'll leave your mind. You'll have space for health and a whole lot of good stuff of life.

When I set out to be an entrepreneur, I didn't have a big purpose I could even think about back then. I started with a spark, and that spark one day at the library in Goleta, CA was when I saw whipped body butter. That was 2006. I started an internet retail store selling home spa products and launched my career in wellness all because of whipped body butter and I today still make my own body butter. It's my thing, like my personal agreement with the universe.
Most times you will know what that is for you, but most times it's fear that gets in our way of going for it. That's a good topic for the next episode #3.
