We invite our students and teachers to discuss topics they are passionate about, from academics, to leisure, to current affairs. Expect meaningful debates and deeper exploration of subjects beyond the curriculum, as well as light-hearted discussions on interesting hobbies. As we discuss sixth-form enrichment options, meet this week's guests: Martha, Nancy, and Katherine. During the session we cover the advantages and challenges of an EPQ, alongside some inspiration from their own dissertations. Join us as we gain valuable advice and reassurance from our year 13s, regarding the notorious EPQ.
Following the year 12 work experience week, we decided to come on the podcast to share our thoughts on it. Unusually, we had no guests, but we decided that at least a small insight into the adult world would help. Thushita went to a GP surgery, Olivia to the Civil Service, and Saskia to a construction company. We explore the highlights and lowlights, and our best tips to find and make the most of your work experience.
