Welcome to The Familyhood Podcast! This is an unedited, non scripted, free flow conversation style podcast, discussing how our upbringing, environment and generational cycles have contributed to who we identify as today.

I created 'Familyhood' in hope to inspire people to create their own safe spaces, so they to can start having much needed open & honest conversations with their loved ones, on topics we are most often taught to keep silent about.

Are you carrying the weight of unhealthy/toxic generational patterns that were passed onto you(often unknowingly)? Well! Now is the time to identify and unpack all that weight so we can all truly live our BEST authentic lives. We are all going through this thing called LIFE together, so I want to see our world discards its ignorance and finally unify through our similarities rather than continue to remain separated because of our differences.
